He did a great job on the backyard of my former home, so I called him to redesign my new house's patio and give me an estimate. He came over and was very friendly but I never heard from him again. read more

I have used Juan for years to trim my trees and have always been happy with his price and the job they did. Their crew is excellent. This last Spring I decided to landscape my ugly dirt hill that was good for nothing but weeds. I asked if did landscaping and he said he did. I wanted stairs put in so that I could go to the top of the hill and use it. I showed him pictures and told him what I would like to see. Well it is magnificent. Every day I walk and sit there and see a new type of plant blooming. He also put in fruit trees and vegetable beds at the top. He added lighting, that we can enjoy in the evening. It looks like a resort. I is my daily vacation spot. Magnificent! He also comes by to check on it. read more

I wish I could give a better review, but I have to be honest and give the facts. I contracted Juan and his team to trim an old oak tree on my property. Juan came the same day to give me a quote, which showed he wanted my business. We agreed on price and set a date. The date got pushed back twice, and I understand how things go, but Juan never called me to tell me that. It was always me calling him to confirm the day of the scheduled service upon which he told me he couldn't make it. When the team finally came, they did a decent job of trimming my oak tree, but before they were done, Juan departed without talking to me. He sent one of his workers to tell me they were done and collect the check. I noticed that one of the cuts was ragged. I paid them and they departed. Afterwards, I saw that they forgot to clean up one of the cut branches which had fallen in my hedge, there was a large chunk of tree limb that had rolled away after being cut still sitting there on my property. I texted Juan a couple of days later asking if he could come back and finish the job properly. I got no response, but I see that he deposited my check the next day. I know my job wasn't a big one for his small company, but doing a good job is important to me whether big or small. I feel like they don't care. read more

I saw Reyes Tree Services doing another job in the area and decided to give them a call for an estimate to trim my big 20 year old Silver Maple tree. Due to last years' rain, it really had grown! Juan came out within a day and gave me an estimate and I decided to go with his company. His guys made quick work of this big tree and did a beautiful job. The neighbors were really impressed too. The crew cleaned up every bit of leaf debris, which was substantial. The tree will now make it happily through our windy season. Thanks Juan and crew! Look forward to working with you again. read more

We needed 2 trees trimmed. Of the three estimates we got, Juan's was 65% of one and only 30% of the other. Yeah! Additionally, he spent the most time talking to me about the job and educating me on why he was going to do what he was going to do. Though the crew showed up one morning before a date was set (there was some confusion), it was no problem for us. They worked fast and cleaned up well. I would hire Juan again in a heartbeat. Great guy. Great service. Great pricing. read more

The work itself was well done. However, the landscaping changes we discussed were not really installed as I had asked. The irrigation system had been reworked as well, but a fitting came loose and it took about two weeks of constant pestering to get someone out to repair it. A lot of water was wasted and it cost me a lot of money paying for that wasted water. read more

We are extremely satisfied with Juan Reyes and his crew. They did an amazing job replacing our lawn with new sod, irrigation, haul away and worked with us on great ideas.
