Disappointed with Reyes Pool Service I had a very negative experience with Reyes Pool Service. Initially, they were not adding the correct chemicals to my pool, which led to calcium buildup on my slate rock and tile. When they came out to "fix" the issue, they ended up turning my beautiful black rock white, and now the top of my tile around the pool looks extremely aged. It's been over a month since I first reported the problem, and I have received no communication from them. They've sent a service technician out twice to resolve the issue, but nothing has changed--my pool still looks the same. I'm very frustrated with the lack of communication and the poor quality of service. I would not recommend Reyes Pool Service based on my experience. read more

I had them for the past four years they broke a part and he shut everything up. When I first called I spoke to the girl cristal she said she was going to ask the guy. Then she called me and says yes he broke but she doesn't know why they didn't do a report. So then like two weeks later an other girl called me and told me the part was over 200. I said wait a minute you guys broke it. Even crystal called me and confirmed it. The they said they will continue to service me but they were not going to service my filters. Any time I had an issue or need to change my service dates, they have accommodated me without question. A couple months ago, when my pool timer broke which led to a high electricity bill, the owner went to my house immediately and fixed the issue. As of 08/04/23 Reyes Pool canceled my service with them due to the fact I gave them a bad review on yelp per the bookkeeper. My pool service with them was every Thursday however they did not show up to do my pool serve this last week. When I called them on Friday morning to see why they did not come out the bookkeeper/ biller stated that they made the decision to cancel my service because I gave them a bad review and the reviews hurt there business so they were canceling my service. I asked her then why wasn't I told that on Thursday Per bookkeeper because they just made the decision to cancel on Thursday. WW I asked to speak to owner and have owner call me but of course owner has not. I received a call from Reyes Pool HR Department on Friday. The man I spoke to said he was calling to see if we could get a resolution for the billing and get it taken care of. I advised him per the bookkeeper they canceled service already. He said he would talk to owner and bookkeeper and call me back on Friday He never called me back on Friday. I called him this morning (Monday) and left vm. The man in HR department called back and said yes you will need to get a new pool service. Beware of this company we have had other issue with this pool company. read more

I do not recommend this pool service company. They can never get their billing sorted out. I get bills showing I'm 4 months past due but yet they get auto paid every month. I went to my bank and have check numbers and cashed dates yet they continue to send me delinquent bills. TERRIBLE. HORRIBLE LIARS!! This company replaced our booster pump last year in November. In April of this year a fitting they installed busted and the pump ran dry effectively burning out its bearings. I called Reyes. Spoke to Cindy. Ask they come out and the fix the problem as they did the work and installed a new pump barely six months prior. To our dismay, they attempted to bill us for fixing their shoddy work and, on to of that, denied it was there work in the first place. Please. Do not use these dishonest no class people. These guys came out to service our 90,000 gallon pool system at the drop of a hat. Extremely knowledgeable! Not only were they able to repair the issue, but they offered tips and tricks to keep our system running like a boss. They are fully efficient at sand filters, DE, and cartridge filters, in addition to pumps, water features and plumbing. They even offered tips on how to control problems that we didn't even know we had! Friendly, fast, and efficient- what more could you want???? read more

Used to be great service. The current pool guy is rude & does not do a very good job. He has left my gate open and my dogs have gotten out twice. He has almost overflowed my pool multiple times by leaving the water running with no one home. I have called a few times to voice my complaints and have never received a polite response from Cindy who runs the office. I called her recently regarding "repairs" that were done to my pool sweep WHICH WAS NOT BROKEN. She was very argumentative and downright rude! I've been using Reyes Pool Service for over three years now. They were great at first, but there service has gone downhill. I noticed our pool never looked clean anymore, even on the days they came. They later informed us that our filter was broken and needed to be replaced. They said they'd call with a price... A week went by and no phone call. I called them and they said they were working on it. Later they call back and quote $350. My husband found it online for $240 so we purchased that. I called them and told them and they said they'd install it for $75. When I signed up for service they told me that if anything broke labor was included and we'd only need to buy the part. I reminded her of this and she said, "oh well there's a call out fee." Yeah, ok! By this point the pool is looking pretty bad. My husband was able to replace the filter himself. They come out and do "service" as usual. The pool still looks awful. I decided to take a sample to be tested and the pool registered as having ZERO chlorine and a high acid level. We had to drain our pool to fix this. This company has cost us money. Do not use them. read more

I had Reyes pool service for over 3years and they got a new office person who was so unprofessional as well as the owner they tried to over charge me for the same month and then again for a screw for my vacuum one person told me $15 and then I got a bill for it in the amount of $40 they tried to tell me because they had to special order it not realizing the man already fixed it. Finally had enough cancelled my service with them that I paid every month in the amount of $80 so June was my last month of service which I paid and they sent me a bill for the the month of July for two weeks for $40 didn't understand this so I called and talk to the lady and she tried to tell me for a service period that I already paid for but because they do there billing period different she told me I owed that amount which wasn't the case and explained to her no I already paid for the month of June and couldn't believe it she Hung up on me.
