My equipment was making very rough loud noises. So I had a company (CHIPS) prior come out and inspect my equipment and give me an estimate. They said everything would have to be replaced and would cost about $3000 $4000. Something just didn't feel right, so I called to get a second opinion. Oasis came out told me, No I did not need my equipment to be completely replaced. Just had a part that was malfunctioning and was only gonna be a couple hundred dollars to repair. Professional and they are great at communicating Once a week on service days we receive an email report stating they've been here, chem report and pictures! They have all been wonderful I'd like to however give a HUGE thank you to Corey. We had some issues with the pool (nothing they did, just equipment etc). We have used Oasis for years, and the services has generally been good, but for the last couple of years it has been going downhill until it is ridicules now. We were told it was time to drain and refill our pool, it has been 3 years, so we drained the pool, $700 for that, and we had to scrub it clean as that was not included. Then we paid another $150 in water charges to refill. Since then we have had nothing but trouble, green pools, and they blame our dog, saying it is her that is the issue, when she has been swimming in our pool for 5 years. I have spoken to the service tech Gianni who blames the dog, I have spoken to the owner Mike who blames us because the tech is adding the right chemicals to the pool so we have to be doing something to the pool. Mind you, we have had their service for YEARS and NOW it is the dog causing all of this trouble. Make that make sense, please. When I said I don't trust the tech, that he lied on a report and said the sweep basket was full of feces when both my husband and I checked and saw none, Mike's response was Gianni wouldn't lie, that only leaves me as the liar then? So do we need this type of crappy unprofessional service? Nope! Done. read more

Oasis has to be the last of the last of Legendary service. I met Mike at Oasis when I bought my home in Visalia (2008) and needed a pool inspection. he was very professional and did not leave one spec uncovered. Since then he has guided me on the best care for my pool, an older pool and done minor and major repairs that had lasted. I ended up using another service for a while because that is what my home warranty covered and although they were nice and somewhat helpful I just missed the quality and personal and professional care that Mike had both himself as well as an "on hand" overseer and owner above his pool techs, so, needless to say I returned to Oasis. I still keep the warranty on my home and it does cover some aspects of the pool but not all. With this, Mike always answers my questions as far as what would be in my best interests, either to use the warranty, or let him take care of it. He is always honest and fair and not looking to make a fast buck off of me. I have this home as a rental and he endures all of the inter -that sometimes occurs with these situations, more than gracious to say the least. I want to include something very honest here, there was a short period of time a few years ago where Mike was expanding a little, If I could clone Mike I would but that is impossible, and as you know as small company's re-brand they can lose that first hand service at times, this happened for a very short time, but in my heart of hearts I knew that I could not be any better off any where else, I could not leave Mike, in fact, he was more than gracious to me on some situations that I had going on as a rental and put up with my tenants (I felt that any pool service company would leave me because to much interaction he did not ). My overcame leaps and bounds with this short interlude of expanding and everything has been better than ever! Also, since his awesome sister Christina has been in the office things have been AMAZING. I live 250 miles away from this home and I know that it is in great hands, I wouldn't have it any other way. When I was told that I could make a Yelp review by the office, I said "are you sure" lol, because I am long winded, but I do hope that this review and honesty will help you decide if this seems to be the fit for you. I was at first startled as I passed a gentlemen on the side of the freeway, until I realized he was trying to get the perfect timing to pick-up a container that had fallen into the road. Upon passing his truck quite a bit up the road, I noticed he was with Oasis Pool. Kudos to you sir!! It would have been easy to leave the container and move along with your day, especially with the danger of trying to collect it, but I will be getting a quote for your services upon witnessing such character!! read more

If you looking for a professional company, this is totally the opposite. Although some reviews indicate good service, blah blah it's a total lie. They are really unprofessional and lack lots of communication. They make mistakes and when you bring it to their attention they blame someone else for the fault. Very dissatisfied with this company, do not go there. Keep looking it's not worth the headache. To be more specific with the issues I encountered I gave them access to my property to perform the job we agreed to in the invoice , they trashed my place, burned my grass with sand residue, pulled timer wires out, messed with my breaker, filled my vacuum and tablet holder with sand residue which was hard to clean and Stopped the job numerous times cuz there machine stopped working, in other words cheap tools that didn't get the job done. Then I ask why filter was not cleaned on second to last day of work and the response is "we don't do that it's not on the invoice" they cleaned the skimmers baskets which I had already cleaned and they said that's what they were sent to clean. Baskets are not the same as filters you should know as the professional. Then they come back the next day to clean the filter, so where is the clear communication here, is it on the list or not? Wouldn't you check the list of things to do before you go out to the property and not deny it and tell customer no we not here to do that. Then they send out unprofessional people who look like they going to steal from me. What the heck! Oh and on top of that they want to get paid extra for extra days being out here completing the job their machine didn't do the first day. All bad! read more

We have used Oasis for the past few years and generally the service has been good. However, the service professionals left my child safety gate surrounding my pool unlocked for the second time in 2 weeks, despite my having messaged the owner about it last week. He assured that this would never happen again, as it poses a serious safety risk to my three 3 young children-- there's even a sign on the gate that says to please close it! There have been several instances during the past few years that I have addressed but been willing to overlook, such as my pool filler being left on and nearly flooding my living room, as well as a few weeks where the service was not provided and I had to call requesting service. We had Oasis repair our pool a few months ago, the work was done timely and to our satisfaction. Then the bill came, we were charged for things that were never discussed on our estimate, plus charges that were higher than agreed on prices. There office corrected the bill after the phone conversation so all seemed ok. Then the monthly service started we signed up for. In the 5 ish months we had them, we were skipped a week 3 months that we know of because we were home watching. Each time we were credited , apologies made by them moving on. The last trip the tech made to our pool we watched him from the inside of our house, he spent 5 minutes on the pool, 5 . Didn't clean the Ray vac bag, didn't brush the pool, for $105 a month. I called finally to cancel there service and got the voice mail, which is typical and received a phone call from the tech saying he was there and our pool is easy to maintain. With all the service companies in town, this is the last one to consider. read more
