And that information you get is pretty helpful. The only downside to working with them is the price. They are by far the most expensive plumber I've worked with in the area. I kid you not, one time I got an estimate from them and as I reviewed their email in the middle of a Zoom call, I literally said out loud "holy fucking shit bro" not realizing my mic was on, which was a bit embarrassing. That said, I later agreed to the proposal because nobody else was available as fast. So yeah their availability and their quick response time is definitely important to me. I don't always use Mike's, sometimes they get undercut on price by a company that can come out quickly. But I know that when I do hire them, I will be in good hands, though with a lighter wallet. I kept pestering SHW, but it still took ten (10) days before Richard from PlumbRite Plumbing knocked on my door. Due to the protracted time from contacting SHW, I was NOT my most charming self. Richard apologized for the delay in getting to me, but he had just recently signed on to HSW's list of 'Referral Plumbers'. He took A look at my disposal and showed me the leak (at the bottom of the disposal. He, then, got on the phone with SHW, who said they'd get back to him. Four days later they did. On Friday of that week, Richard returned with a new disposal. In less than ten-minutes, my old disposal was replaced with a new one. Richard called SHW to let him know how much the bill was. At that point I received a call from SHW that advised me they would only offer me $74.00 for my old disposal. This was after my paying $45.00 deductible fee to Richard. I let Richard know that I'd be reimbursed for $74.00. Richard told me he'd charge me approximately $320.00 (his cost for the disposal and half of his normal hourly fee. I was so impressed with Richard's performance, I had him return a week later to install two (2) Moen bathroom fixtures. As despicable as SHW was in my dealings with them, that's how ecstatic I was with Richard. Not only was he on-time for my appointments, but he performed his services in a professional manner, always giving me a quote for the job before hand, but he also cleaned up afterwards.
