The only reason I used them is because First American Home Warranty (just as terrible) used them as one of their companies under warranty. These people came to "fix" my AC at a unit I just purchased AND MADE IT WORSE. They literally just came and put THE WRONG TYPE OF COOLANT in my unit causing damage to the compressor. They did not check for leaks or anything and put "found no mechanical failures" on the report even though there were MULTIPLE found when I hired an outside company to check their work. Now my AC is totally shot and needs to be replaced...but they are on vacation while I am stuck living in a 91 degree home in FL in the middle of the summer, because they did not do their job. They came to fix the unit back in mid-JUNE and over a month later they STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED THE PROBLEM THEY MADE WORSE! When trying to resolve this issue with them they have been totally unresponsive and unprofessional. We have tried calling numerous times and the couple times we got through Christine was extremely rude. DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"!!

The gentleman who looked over the system was very helpful in explaining his recommendations (a 16 SEER Rheem... which is one is the more reasonably priced units! Yay!) The crew of two from Complete were on time, courteous, very competent and definitely complete in the delivery of the unit and it's installation. It was a sweltering day and they had to work out in the heat. But they took the time necessary to do the job right. They removed the old unit and took it away. They installed the new unit and did some extra work that wasn't on the work order to do the job the way it should be done. And they cleaned up everything. They also took care of getting me the rebates and credits which were deducted from the invoice total. (Don't you just hate sending in whatever to get the rebate for your purchase. Maybe the deduction from the invoice is normal... just glad it was all taken care of, though.) It has been two weeks and the unit performs quietly and even seems to maintain the desired temperature better. At least I am not constantly "fiddling" with the thermostat like before. If you appreciate knowing what is appropriate for your circumstance, why it is and caring workmanship... check with Complete. It took me two months to decide after their initial visit and they never pushed or pressured... just answered my next set of questions. That is the way to get my business!

Jose put another capacitor in and said I needed to spend 8500.00 on a new AC system because the AC system would not last much longer. 3 months later, AC system was not working again. I asked them to replace the condenser fan which is on compressor and is a very common problem that causes capacitors to fail. He refused to replace the fan and insisted I needed a new 8500.00 system. I purchased and installed the fan motor that was badly corroded and the compressor now runs like new. I called Leslie and told them that they misdiagnosed problem and charged me 200.00 for unnecessary capacitor repair and I did not even ask for a refund but I asked if they would come out and add some refrigerant to system because it is 9 years old and these systems lose small amount of refrigerant yearly. I was willing to pay the rate for the recharge but they refused to service my system even after misdiagnosed. This is straight fraud. If Jose did not know that the condenser fan should be replaced, he is either deviant or incompetent. Probably both. Its just sad to see people misleading people like this. Beware!!!
