Thank you, Marco, for rescuing my malfunctioning Air conditioner, once again! I love knowing that when something goes wrong with my A/C, help is only a phone call or text away. Marco is professional, friendly, and compassionate. Of course, he fixed the problem, plus checked over other issues as well. He doesn't withhold information, nor try to add on any extra services; that being said, if he did recommend that something needed to be replaced or upgraded, I would say yes in a heartbeat, because I trust him completely. Due to his help in the past, when I did find the a/c having an issue, I wasn't stressed at all, because I knew that I was in good hands. Thanks, Marco! read more

While I ultimately didn't need service any longer I wanted to share my positive experience with Marco. He was very prompt in returning my messages and was willing to come out same day. He asked questions beforehand to ensure a visit was even needed. I appreciate him trying to save me time and money. Will definitely be doing business with him in the future if I ever need AC service. read more

We HIGHLY recommend Marco & AA American Air Conditioning. He has been our AC "doctor" for 10 years on both properties we have owned. As we all know living here in South Florida it is imperative that you have a qualified AC installation & repair company and if you look at the reviews here for them you can see how many other people agree about Marco & AAAAC! Marco is beyond professional, knowledgeable & qualified. He has that rare "talent" for AC/HVAC systems - he was born to do this work! If you're looking for your own AC team trust me when I say look no further - Marco & AAAAC is your answer. I pray for Marco's good health so he can continue servicing our AC units for another 50 years!! Marco: 561.843.1865 read more

I wouldn't know what to do without Yelp and my Yelp friends! Thank you to Clyde & Diane, Melodie and Monica for their glowing reviews. I called very early this morning at 6:45am fully expecting to leave a voicemail. To my surprise, within minutes I received a text from David asking me to text him. I was pleasantly surprised to receive such a quick response, especially on a Saturday! I always try to support independently owned and operated businesses and thanks to the Yelp community, I now have another awesome business to add to my list. David showed up on time and within minutes he knew exactly what needed to be done. He also gave Scott some great advice on filters and why service contracts are not always a good thing. His honesty was impressive and in the long run saved Scott money. We had a great experience with David and will continue to be a loyal customer. He is honest, his prices are more than fair and he is reliable AND he is a super nice guy. What more could you possibly ask for? David~thank you for your time today & squeezing us in on a busy Saturday afternoon during one of the hottest months of the year. I highly recommend!!! read more

We have dealt with Marco and Dave for years and have had them repair and install new units in our rental properties. They have always been very easy to work with, efficient, timely and in emergencies they respond quickly to solve the problem. We know when we call them any issue will be taken care of. When contacting them they respond quickly and are very fairly priced. It's great to have someone to depend upon when needed. We highly recommend them, they are honest, responsible and great people! David responded quickly to get an estimate for a new A/C unit in a home under contract for purchase. The type unit we wanted required relocation of the unit as well. David charged a fair price and did the work quickly. Very happy and will use him again at another property as well as recommend him. read more

David Marco came out the next day after our call for a leaking handler (our leak shut off does not work... which is nice, for the garage unit, as the AC keeps going even if there is a line clog - would be a disaster on the upstairs so we have extra redundant alarms up there); super nice gentleman, showed up mid-morning as promised with an extra 20 minute heads-up. Explained the problem, and showed me how to attempt an at home fix next time the line clogs. Very inexpensive house-call. We'll be asking for him for any future problems! read more

AA saved the day. I can't share my appreciation and satisfaction enough for them. They are everything you want in a business: honest, reliable, prompt and professional. Dave and Marco are brothers, and a family business is what I prefer to deal with when it comes to home repairs. Dave answered my initial call at 745am and promised to get back to me with a time that they could come out on the same day. Less than an hour later, Marco called and said he was on his way. He found 2 parts that needed to be replaced and completed the job in under 2 hours. He showed me pictures on his cell phone of what he was replacing and the cost he quoted to do so was reasonable by my standards (under $500). I later got a text from Dave, confirming that Marco completed the job to my satisfaction. AA saved the day after another company said I needed to replace the entire unit at a cost of $3500. Thank you Dave and Marco! You have earned our business going forward. read more

Awesome! Honest! David is a true business man! My neighbor and I had scheduled an AC tune-up. It was on a Saturday. David got here and asked if we could reschedule.... He wasn't feeling well. I said no problem. We rescheduled for Thursday. He sent Damian out. My neighbor needed him to be hard by 9:30... Damian didn't get here until 10.... No fault of his own. Damian did a great job, checked everything, etc. Meanwhile David called and said he won't be charging us. He stated, "he prides himself for being on time". A true, honest, and a man with immense Integrity. Thank you David.. read more

So, a/c was starting to labor to cool the condo. I have used David and Marco from the time I moved to Boynton Beach. David always arrives on time. He communicates promptly and has kept my a/c unit in top shape. David & Marco immediately identified the problem, recharged the unit and identified a small leak outside which will be immediately addressed. They have always been totally honest, and reliable. This is a family business and their honesty and integrity is something that does not happen in South Florida. Support this local and family business. read more

Wow. I called this company because my air kept shutting on and off. When the gentleman answered the phone he asked me what was wrong with it. After I explained the situation, he walked me through on how to fix it myself. He said it's an easy fix that he would have to charge me $85 if he came out for. I was so impressed with his kindness and honesty! read more

David picked up the phone instantly on Saturday morning and assured me he could come by that afternoon to diagnose our AC when it started blowing warm. He showed up in a reasonable time and corrected the problem without trying to "over-fix" our system. Reasonable price, and didn't even ask for payment until he was sure the problem was fixed (it took a few hours for our house to drop down from 85 degrees once the air was working). No emergency response fee, no Saturday fee. Would definitely recommend and use again. read more

My AC unit's fan at times has been freezing over and not blowing air at all.. not sure if it was due to a power outage a few weeks back or what.. so I go to my handy-dandy dependable Yelp to inquire nearby providers. I'm so grateful to have reached out to AA with David!! Please read, you may not believe me.. I can't believe it myself.. here goes: The issue was happening on a Friday night- Valentines Day none the less.. and I figured I'd get a call service or voicemail of sorts, so I called fully expecting to leave a message. Well.. lo and behold the owner David personally answered the phone on a Friday Night Valentines Day around 8pm..!! I don't know, but that alone speaks volumes to me (as to anyone) on their service. He was very courteous, and thorough in asking questions and agreed to come the next morning to inspect the unit. Timely upon arrival, thorough, and just felt like dad was coming to help.. (lol- when you speak to him you'll understand what I mean..) He was prompt in diagnosis and quick to order parts. Given that it was Saturday, they weren't readily available and so he agreed to return Monday. Monday my fan was going and the parts did not need to be changed (what is going on?!) so he was thorough in checking the outside unit to inspect the refrigerant and everything seemed to be in order. He asked me to follow up and let him know right away when it happens again to catch it this time around and replace the parts. After such thorough service, I requested he provide me his visit fee- AA doesn't charge any(!) unless there is an actual repair performed. I will sing praises and recommend AA every single time that I can moving forward. Do not hesitate ... read more

David has come to our house twice and was able to fix our issue so quickly he didn't charge, not even for the visit, and would not take a tip. Not only was he honest he took the time to explain how the system worked, why certain things were important, what brands he'd recommend, how to save money, etc. I will 100% use these guys for my upcoming replacement and any future issues. read more

This past week David was out to service our AC. I had written this review that evening but wanted to delay posting it in order to make sure it was accurate and not just 'impulsive'. I had called him after my usual guy (the installer) failed to get back to me for a week or so. I will say right off the bat that David was responsive and showed up when he claimed he would. Down here in So. Florida that in itself seems to be worth 5 stars. Straight away David diagnosed the issue to be that the compressor fan had failed. I thought the unit had a 10 year warranty and he was going to check using the numbers off the part. I received a text saying it will cost $395 to replace. In my naivete, I texted back, "I guess it wasn't covered by the warranty." To which he responded, "If you were out of warranty, it would be $750 to $950". So... I gave the go ahead for replacement. When David went to remove the fan motor, apparently it had somehow bonded itself to the fan blades and he had to replace the fan along with the motor. Both parts were covered by the manufacturer's warranty and the cost was for time and labor only. After the replacement the air still did not cool and he informed me that it was out of Freon. I didn't really understand that as we have the newer 'closed' system. He suggested we might have a leak somewhere in the system, which made me wonder if it were a smart investment to recharge the Freon only to have it leak back out. He responded that if it did leak out... he could come back in a couple of months and do a 'dye test' to locate any leak.... and that he would not charge me for the dye. Of course, it is the dang Freon that is so expensive.... not the dye... well, and of course the labor. Anyway.... long story short, I ended up paying out $530, $85 of which was for Freon and $50 was for his trip to Delray to get the fan blade. The reason I am detailing this transaction is twofold. First, many of the previous reviews stated "fair pricing" and that may very much be the case. But after the transaction I had that gnawing feeling you get when you 'end up with the shorter straw'. A quick check online and I found the OEM part retailed for $125. And had it had not been under warranty and I was charged that $950.... well, that just seems a bit other than 'fair'. The second reason for sharing my experience is to provide my honest feedback.... both to potential customers... and to the company. I respect the fact that this company has garnered such high reviews... but unless I post honestly, I would be doing you.... and them... a disservice. I'm not 'dissing' the workmanship.... as that will likely take a while to discern... and I am certainly not claiming a lack of responsiveness. But... I can only encourage you to be smarter than me by getting bids ahead of time. Sadly, it takes me two to three days of hard labor to cover the cost of someone else's half day. Reminds me of the old joke... guy calls an AC guy for repair and when he is handed the bill, the customer gasps and says... "I'm an attorney and I don't make this kind of money"! The AC guy says... "Yeah, when I was an attorney, neither did I". So... overall... I'd say if you are well heeled and money isn't an issue, then David was there when he said he would be... and that is worth something. If like me, your pockets don't run so deep... friendlier pricing might be something to look for. p.s. I would encourage others to post their costs from this company and others... in order to help establish an 'average' cost. 3/17/2019 ***UPDATE*** My regular AC guy came back into town and straight up he diagnosed a leak in the system . The original lines had been installed in a pvc tube that had not been sealed. Since the lines ran under the concrete foundation, a whole new lineset had to be installed which ran up the outside wall and across the attic. The water getting into the lines created all sorts of issues, water intrusion compromisec the compressor, the expansion valve failed, etc., all of which made the fan motor replacement seem a bit..... well, 'unfortunate'. read more

Highly recommend this company! I've had 2 A/C issues in the past month in two different houses and both times David was very reliable to come on time, identified and fixed the problems very quickly. The first problem was blown starter because of a frog and the other was blocked water pipe. Pricing was very reasonable. In my past experience dealing with A/C companies, where even scheduling is an issue, a lot of them are highly overpriced and not trustworthy. In a long time, I think I've found one that is not like that, I will be recommending AA American Air Conditioning to all my family and friends. read more

Sometimes you get such great service that you just have to leave a review. I needed an inspection on my homes air ducts and A/C. Assuming that I'd be sold on needing something, I was shocked when he told me everything was fine with my system. Took him a few minutes of his day, but that honesty earned him a lifetime client. I'll be going to AA for all my HVAC needs. Thanks again read more

Everyone- use this company! This is the best. The owner David is honest, caring and 100 percent efficient. I was confident enough in his integrity to send him the key to our condo to fix the AC while we were out of state. I'd you need your unit replaced or fixed, don't go anywhere else. read more

I called David this morning. He asked whether this afternoon or tomorrow morning would be more convenient. I told him that this afternoon would be great. He notified me when to expect him and he arrived as promised. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part. His charge was more than fair. I hope that I don't have to call him again for service, but if I have a/c problems, I will definitely call him and recommend him to anyone who needs repair. If permitted, I would rate his service a 7 star! read more

I called AA this morning at 9:15, and David was at my home in 15 minutes. After we briefly discussed what the problem was, he immediately went outside to the compressor/condenser. In that short time frame, he had everything working as it should have been. THANK YOU DAVID!!! I would highly recommend this business. read more

Three years later and the miracle happened again!! Only now, sadly, my mom has passed away and I am back in Los Angeles and I have her neighbor keeping an eye on her condo in Florida. She texts me that the air conditioning has stopped working. So I of course tell her to call AA American Air Conditioning, based on my excellent past experiences with them. (In addition to my experience that I wrote about in my original review, in the interim my mom had called them once last year and they came promptly and fixed the problem for a very reasonable rate.) Well again David responded promptly and was out within a couple of hours! And again he found a very minor problem (something with thermostat batteries) and fixed it for no charge!! When he could have very easily told us it was something more and charged us for it! So amazing to find such HONESTY and professionalism in this day and age! There is absolutely no reason to look any further than this company if you need a/c repair. Well, David from AA American Air Conditioning came through once again!! We have a Rheem air conditioning system that has been one problem after another. In this horrible Florida heat, you can't do without a cooling system to make your house bearable. David is fast, efficient, and well-trained in his business. He quickly diagnoses the problem and fixes it. If there is a choice as to what approach to take, he explains the alternatives very succinctly and repairs the defect in short order. David's prices are very fair. He keeps his appointments at the precise time he quotes you. I wouldn't use any other air conditioning company than AA American Air Conditioning. I have had bad experiences with other companies who are obviously trying to cheat me by selling me some extremely expensive solution to the a/c problem. I am so glad to have found David. He knows what he is doing, is friendly and fixes your problem so that you can enjoy blessed cool air in your home once again!!! AA American Air Conditioning gets my highest recommendation. read more
