This company is staffed with careless individuals that after failing to get an appointment…read morescheduled, just showed up one day. I allowed these pop-ins to inspect my attic for a duct replacement estimate and while up there I watched as one intentionally pressed down on the aluminum duct, flattening the top. They didn't speak English to each other in front of me, so I had to ask what was going on and I was just told "it's ok." I previously had another one of their staff appointed to inspect my attic, but he was literally unfit for the job and had to send out someone more able-bodied. Kind of funny, but also a waste of both of our time. One of the guys that answered the phone to take my original appointment had to yell "I CAN'T HEAR ANYTHING" to his co-workers that were carelessly chatting loudly while we were on the phone. I get the impression that they do that often and/or he's just not a great communicator. No proper introduction, no etiquette, no appointment pop-in, and ultimately no estimate either... but to add insult to injury, they squished my aluminum duct, potentially worsening my problem. I'm sure that if you're the kind of person that just lets service people come and do whatever they want without asking anything that you could end up getting somewhat decent work, but I'd suggest you find another company that has at least some common curtesy. I was a potential customer that they failed to get because of basic principles that seem to be lost on these individuals... You are expected at a minimum to: Speak English, greet customer, exchange names, explain what you're going to do, give estimate, thank customer.

He arrived with all tools needed for the job. A bad wire was diagnosed on my old Ruud outside unit which would not allow the fan to start. After replacing the wire Ernst also checked to make sure the freon level was correct and the cooling was correct. Excellent service and price. I am now ready for summer. We do NOT recommend Greentree AC for any duct work install/repair based on our experience…read more (Maintenance cleaning and new AC install is fine.) We approached Greentree AC several years ago and asked if they could help us with a problem. There was a severe imbalance in the AC with the primary bedroom and the bath and the office (too hot). They said we needed new duct work (in a specific area) to fix it. We asked many times if they were experts in duct work and would they be able to fix. We asked if they would be relying on a duct work engineer before doing. We were assured that they would fix it. They did not. Right now the AC is set on 73 and the entrance to the primary and the bath read 80 degrees. We called back several times and different people came out including the owner and his son but nothing was fixed. One repair person turned a return into a supply vent such that two supply vents feed the office. Their employee did not initially tell us what he was doing. The office is now freezing but the primary entrance and bath are a sauna and most of the time reads 5-6 degrees hotter than the bedroom. Speaking to the owner, he wished us well but said "We did what we could." Well, it did not work at all.

We exchanged number and right away he got in contact with me. Ali was amazing and gave me a quote for services that was way better and under the other companies, he was easy to talk to and promise to do his best to help me out. I ended up Having to call them the next day for emergency service and they were on time and fixed my issue. Hadi came out to the unit, looks at it, cleaned out the drain line and actually rerun the PVC pipes because the previous one didn't have a trap or opening to pour cleaning solution. Refilled the Freon and the unit was up and running like new again. I've already got another quote to replace another unit from these guys and will be working with them again in a week. Overall great service, best pricing out there and honest company. Would recommend!
