Sunday afternoon, my condo a/c quit cooling, and it was leaking as well. I called Impressive Air on Monday morning, based on their great reviews. I spoke to the owner at about 9 am, and he promised a technician would be over before noon. The owner himself showed up at 11:25 and immediately did some troubleshooting. He determined the causes of both issues and implemented corrections immediately. He took the time to explain his actions and made some suggestions to avoid future problems. His charge for the service was very reasonable. From now on, when I need a/c service, I'll call the experts at Impressive Air. I suggest you do the same. read more

I used Jess services almost 2 years ago for my AC unit that wasn't blowing cold air and did a great job. My unit finally failed after 22 years and I immediately called Jess for a quote to install a brand new unit. He immediately responded and was at my place 3 days later to install a brand new Rheem unit. I just had the inspector come at my place to inspect the work and he mentioned to Jess this was the 1st place he has been to today that passed inspection. Thank you again Jess for your professionalism and your quick response as it is vital to have air conditioning in Florida. read more

After using 2 other companies and paying them hundreds to fix our central AC without success we finally decided to try a third company. This family owned 'Impressive Air' business is great. I should have called Jess and his team months sooner and not at the end of August. If you are waiting to have your AC worked please stop and give them a call. We were on a seriously tight budget and really just wanted to see if they could get the old unit working better. Sadly our units were at the end of their life and was time to replace. After talking with Jess about our budget constraints he was able to find a quality used unit and still replace the coils all while remaining in our tight budget. They were so professional that I was kind of upset how long we dealt with crappy AC. I seriously don't know why we waited. And not to mention we were having people over and had a hard cutoff time for the work to be done and the house still cleaned. Not only did they finish in the timeframe they told me. They cleaned the space like it was their own home! I was seriously impressed. I will only be calling Impressive Air from here on out. read more

Called in the height of summer. The person who answered the phone told me, due to their busy schedule they could not do air duct installation until the fall. So, I guess I'd have to wait until the following summer to know if their installation was done right, or was I ripped off. Three stars for answering the phone and being so blatant about how they hustle customers. read more

THE BEST IN SOUTH FLORIDA BY FAR I talked to Jess over the phone and texted him photos. We scheduled an appointment and he kept me up to date when him and Jason would arrive. Once they got here, they went to work analyzing my air handler, plenum, air duct. They determined I had a leak and sealed it, which was also leading to lost freon. They increased that as well. Overall, these brothers are very detailed and knowledgeable and will EXPLAIN AND SHOW you the issues. I would recommend impressive air to anyone, they will ensure your issue is resolved but also be upfront and honest. read more

Great job, for great expectations that were met. I have a dust allergy and got focused with all this lockdown/AC-air-only on eliminating all dust offenders. Called Impressive Air after reading Yelp reviews, including Drew (who's basically always right lol,) I called I.A. They listened to what I wanted, and deftly explained their process and procedure. And, day of the actual cleaning: the cleaning process, despite some combined worries/admirations for their bigg-ish contraptions, was easy. Jess and Jason explained their cleaning from the onset and also during the process. Two hours or so later, they were done, and my circulated air was easily noticeably better. Almost a month later and it still is. I appreciate the work I.A. did and the time they took to explain ongoing maintenance. There was one small mask slippage, which I asked to be amended and was done immediately ... that's my only "if you need a quibble" comment on their visit. Otherwise and overall, a supreme cleaning job with friendly customer service that I'd readily recommend to friends. read more

Business name is 100% accurate! Jessie and Jason happily provided me with multiple free quotes for various Carrier, Goodman, Rheem and Trane split system HVAC units. After researching each alternative, I selected the 16 SEER Rheem. Jessie and Jason did a superb job with the installation, which wasn't easy - they had to remove and replace the door frame to the back patio in order to get the compressor to fit through the door. The city permit inspector complimented them on the excellent quality of their work! Highly recommended! Best HVAC technicians in Broward County! read more

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I found Impressive Air through Synchrony Bank after repetitively looking for a company that accepts my particular credit card that I have. Finally I found a company that accepts my credit card. I received excellent customer service from the moment I called. Jess were very nice, informative and punctual. I called in desperate needs as my house was very hot and I needed a new AC installed ASAP. I had several different AC companies came out and quoted me prices. When I called Impressive Air Jess answered the phone and was able to come the same day and the time I asked him to come and he arrived exactly at that time in bad weather. He was straight forward from the beginning. He told me that during the pandemic the demand for AC units increased and that if I wanted a unit right away he told me what he had available and other brand units that he will have to order since it is out of stock. He told me he will called me the next morning with an update and he did exactly that. I went with the AC unit brand he had available since I was in desperate needs. Both Jess and Jason arrived on time to install my new unit. They kept their word on everything. They are definitely the dynamic brothers! Jess and Jason worked in bad weather but remain focus and got the job done. They made sure they didn't leave no mess behind either. Very well-mannered and respectable brothers. I really appreciate them both and they did such an excellent job.. I cant thank them enough. I definitely recommended using Impressive Air for your AC needs. They are the best! read more

I really did my research before choosing this company. Got multiple quotes, the super low ones ended up being scamers, this company had a reasonable price, I finally chose them to do the job and I am very happy I did. it's a pleasure working with them, they showed up on time, they are very polite, they showed me every process, it's more than cleaning, the ducts and vents look brand new. I highly recommend this company for vent cleaning and will only use them in the future. read more

Amazing, Affordable, Fast Friendly, & Clean service! My mother called me in a panic because her AC unit stopped working while getting ready tonleave town. I reached out to Jess and thank goodness he was working at a property close to ours, he immediately came and got us up and running in less than 2 hours. We are very thankful for you guys! Thank you so much. I hope I never have an issue with my AC again but if I do, I most definitely will be calling Jess! read more

I'm usually not one to do reviews but decided to do so for this company, because they really changed my perspective on AC service companies. Our AC unit went out in the middle of June 2020 during the Pandemic. I called around to all the top AC installation companies that you see on TV, the Internet, or get flyers from. The estimates were shocking. I found Impressive Air through Yelp and at the time they had only a handful of reviews. I contacted them through the Yelp app and within a day or two they were here on site to look at my old AC which wasn't cooling. After discussing what to do we decided on a new Carrier unit. The proposal was sent over and we agreed upon a price which was more affordable then the 4-5 other companies I got quotes from. The day before the install they confirmed that they would be there and the next day they were right on time. They were extremely polite and wore masks and even cloth booties over their shoes to keep things clean. They worked fast and had the old unit out, vacuumed and cleaned the closet and installed the new AC unit, new support frame, float sensor switches, and wrapped all the cords and ducting properly. They reprogrammed my existing Ecobee digital thermostat. They tested the unit and it worked great. Over night the unit quit working and I called them and they came right over and found a tiny hole in the new copper tubing weld joint so they re-welded it and recharged it and tested it with a pressure gauge; looked good. I have to say that whenever I call them, they have no problem coming out and looking at things and working out a repair. No complaints and no charge for warrantied work. Each time I call or text them, they are polite and quick to respond. My dealings with other AC companies had really soured my impression of the AC service industry. Most companies inflate their quotes and take shortcuts on the installations which eventually lead to costly repairs down the road. I always felt most companies were taking advantage of ordinary consumers. Impressive Air changed my perspective. When I need my other AC replaced, I will absolutely call Impressive Air. A+ in my book. read more

My air conditioner stopped working on a Sunday and after searching reviews I decided to give this company a try. I was not disappointed. They responded promptly and came the next morning to fix my ac. The two young men were very thorough and pleasant. They showed me what was wrong and what was needed. They fixed my ac in less than 35 minutes and the house started cooling off. He even told me that I would need a new ac because mine is so old. The suggestion was that I should wait until it gives out to get maximum use and even have a ballpark estimate for a new ac so I can be prepared. We just bought our home so we know we will have to replace some things and who doesn't want a brand new ac. I rather have quality and a warranty. I will continue to utilize this company because the price was fair and service was great. Normally it's costs an arm leg and heart transplant to get the ac fixed but they didn't try to get over on me and I appreciate that a lot. All in all great company I will be referring all my loved ones. Thank me later you won't be disappointed. read more

My AC went down overnight and I was gone all day until late the next night. I sent out an SOS here to 5-6 HVAC contractors around 9pm and only Impressive Air offered to come over after hours. All others that responded via yelp message after hours requested a morning appointment. I would not have been able to sleep well if Impressive hadn't come over and fixed the compressor. The price was VERY reasonable and the technicians wore masks and gloves and were very professional. Thank you Impressive Air for the great service. read more

The reviews aren't lying!!! These guys are great. My AC wasn't cooling the day prior and we didn't find out until it was really late in the day so we decided to hold of until first thing in the morning because of emergency fees and all of that mess. Called first thing in the morning and they were able to come by for a quick inspection before they went to their scheduled appointment. They were quick to diagnose that my coils were frozen and I needed to shut the system down while they thawed. They assured me they would return after a few hours to complete the inspection due to the use in the system. As true as their word is, they came back and fully inspected my system. They were very thorough and only found some minute issues. Explained to me what to look for in case this happens again and they were on their way. Not only were they quick and honest, they also only charged me a visit fee due to the problem being small. Now my house is cooling again and my family is happy. I really recommend this company for keeping to their word and taking care of us. read more

Jess and Jason are wonderful! They are professional, thorough, skillful, and informative. They cleaned our air ducts and provided an estimate for installing a second A/C unit in our new home. I requested a quote through Yelp for a very specific service, to have new wiring run from my air handler so I could install a programmable WiFi thermostat. The quote I got through Yelp for that work was $59. I agreed to the quote, but in the process of scheduling the call, Jeff informed me the work would actually cost $95.
