He told us that they could install a new unit (air handler and condenser unit) as early as Monday or Tuesday (it's been a while and I don't exactly remember which date he said). They require a 50% deposit and the remainder upon completion. We set up a date for install and gave them a deposit. There were 2 guys who showed up the morning of to work on the unit. They had a good system going with one installing the condenser unit outside and the other one installing the air handler inside. It was about a 7 hour job. We had no issues with communication or installation. Asiel was absolutely great with responding to our phone calls/texts. We would highly recommend Prime Time if you are in need of a new unit!

I spoke to the owner at about 9 am, and he promised a technician would be over before noon. The owner himself showed up at 11:25 and immediately did some troubleshooting. His charge for the service was very reasonable. From now on, when I need a/c service, I'll call the experts at Impressive Air. I suggest you do the same.

I called on a Sunday because I had a bad feeling about another company that I had been using for years. They responded so quickly to my call and scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. I received a text message confirming the appointment and on Monday morning got another text with a time window and the name of the technician that was coming. Already I was impressed. Gabe arrived right on time and looked at both the units. We had a problem with the upstairs pipes being clogged and he suggested that we put in a pump and have the coils cleaned. I asked about the downstairs unit as another company wanted to replace the whole system and Gabe said that it was absolutely fine and clearly, it did not need to be replaced or even repaired. Ray and Rodger came to do the work and they were neat and efficient. There was still an issue with the pipe draining so my husband decided to have it replaced. These guys were so good, they actually felt badly that the pipe had to be replace and honestly, I really felt bad for them since they had to spend hours on one of the hottest days of the year in my attic. When the work was done, Ray went over all the completed work and showed me where the pipe ended on the outside of the house. These guys work hard. They do a great job, care about the quality of work done, follow up and best of all, everyone who came to the house or called, was so nice and pleasant to deal with. Thank you!!

He was on time, kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He kept us informed every step of the way and explained things in detail, but in an easy to understand way. We will definitely be calling Ferrara's Air from now on, and look forward to our 6 month system check with James. To the entire Ferrara team, thank you for the A+ service, from my first call with Ros all the way to our booking (I don't remember her name!) and service call. My parents have hired BCool in the past and recommended their services. I called them first thing in the morning and they were very professional and scheduled someone to come the same day within 2-3 hours of my call! I was very happy about that. The gentleman that came was super nice and what I loved is that not once did he tried to up sale anything and kept in sight what he was here to do which was to make the AC unit blow cold air. He found the issue very quickly which was my capacitor, replaced it and unit immediately started working properly. I asked about maintenance as I bought this house in 2020 and didn't know when unit was last serviced. He recommended a cleaning of the inside unit. He showed me how filthy is was and how the line needed to be cleared. I was happy that I chose to do that as it gave me comfort that now the unit is up to date. I totally recommend them and will use them again without a doubt!!!!!

I chose B Cool because they were responsive and professional from the start. They answered my call,…read moreasked questions about what was going on, sent appointment confirmations, and the technician arrived within the scheduled window. The reason I called wasn't just because of a musty smell. My biggest concern is that whenever the AC kicks on, my eyes burn, my nose gets congested, and I start sneezing. I've been dealing with allergy-like symptoms for a while now, and I was hoping to finally get some answers. The technician spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out the source of the issue. After the initial diagnostic, I was told it would cost an additional $75 to continue investigating because the system was wrapped differently than expected and required more time to access. I agreed because I genuinely wanted to get to the bottom of what was causing my symptoms. In the end, I paid about $173 and still don't have a clear answer. There were several possibilities mentioned, but nothing definitive. I was shown a picture that was supposedly of my evaporator coil, but when I asked for a copy, I was told it would be uploaded to my profile. I never received it. What bothered me most is that I was left without any real explanation for what is causing the burning eyes, congestion, and sneezing. At one point, I was told I may just need to "get used to it" or consider replacing the AC because of its age. That was frustrating to hear after spending money specifically to find the cause of a problem that's affecting my quality of life. I don't expect every service call to end with an easy answer, especially with an older system. But I do expect clearer findings, better documentation, and more direction than "it might be this" or "it might be that." The company was professional and responsive, but I walked away feeling like my main concern was never really addressed.
