I recently had an issue with my AC where both the outside and inside unit were working but. It cooling. It was a frustrating night as AC units love to breakdown at night lol! My parents have hired BCool in the past and recommended their services. I called them first thing in the morning and they were very professional and scheduled someone to come the same day within 2-3 hours of my call! I was very happy about that. The gentleman that came was super nice and what I loved is that not once did he tried to up sale anything and kept in sight what he was here to do which was to make the AC unit blow cold air. He found the issue very quickly which was my capacitor, replaced it and unit immediately started working properly. I asked about maintenance as I bought this house in 2020 and didn't know when unit was last serviced. He recommended a cleaning of the inside unit. He showed me how filthy is was and how the line needed to be cleared. I was happy that I chose to do that as it gave me comfort that now the unit is up to date. Our air went out this afternoon. I called B Cool based on the great reviews they received here. The tech arrived at the time promised. He was nice, and explained everything to me that needed to be done. He got to work right away and diagnosed the problem right away, a bad fan motor. Anytime I have needed a repair they have always been fair never trying to sell me anything I didn't need, and when I needed new air conditioner they sold me one at a great price and did a wonderful job on the installation. Used this business before and called them again based on my first experience with Eric( knowledgeable professional! 232.00 fee - well spent. We miss our Wednesday appointment for 8 min and they are gone, yet they call me at 2:53pm on the second appointment to let me know they are on their way. ( Window of 1-3pm) ironic for sure. The new guy shows up not Eric and he seems very nice. He is offered water and food five times and declines. He hangs out for maybe 35 min.. Walks outside, sits in van, collects his check and leaves. I go inside no air filter and the old one is left on the floor! Air does not go on and we call and somehow it goes on and goes off again. Yes, this top notch professional the owner was offended I complained did all of this and did not fix the problem. We called three times that night, no response! Woo ho great example Karen! I get a call on Saturday and she says " we have never had a complaint" well here is your first one- own it. Conversation got unpleasant for her and she hung up. Yes, hung up. She said it was a personality issue! Too funny! His work speaks for itself!!!!! I called back four times to get my check back. No reply. I have been a customer for several years. On contract , twice a year they check and service with a percentage discount for any repairs. They staff is courteous, prompt, and very efficient. No matter which one of the guys comes out, the service is professional, quick and very fairly priced. One of the new a.c.'s installed had to be 'tweaked' and they came out the same day--and were not satisfied until I was satisfied and the system was working perfectly. What a wonderful experience. I called B Cool for a second opinion, after another company quoted me a ridiculous amount of money and wanted to replace almost every part of my AC unit. I knew something wasn't right when they told me the ducts needed to be cleaned, because they're clean as can be. Eric came out, did a full inspection of my inside and outside unit and explained everything to me. This job went from a new board, duct sanitation, a new relay switch, a UV light and a blower cleaning... to a new thermostat box. That was it. I bought and installed a Nest unit and it wasn't communicating to the AC board. Eric was friendly, courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to explain everything to me.
