This company and Mike are fantastic if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Air conditioner is very old not working a few nights ago. Mike came the very next day was so courteous checked everything thoroughly and I needed a new air conditioning unit and outside compressor which I figured him and a few guys came the very next day and I couldn't be more pleased they were so courteous efficient, and we're done quicker than I thought his prices are very fair. You will not get a better deal and you don't even have to worry about registering and fill out any paperwork on warranty which for me is an added bonus since I'm a procrastinator. I didn't think I could love an A/C company as much as I love Mike, and his team. From the first interaction during scheduling, to the maintenance visit I had with Todd to interacting with Mike on a new install. They treat you like family. I know enough about A/C that I know when I'm being bamboozled and after having two other A/C companies here I was over the BS and upselling. Mike and his team are honest, dependable, trustworthy and really work with you to address your needs. They don't upsell, they don't charge for weekends, after-hours, etc. They just do the job right the first time. It's sad that they are one of kind - every business should operate this way. Mike is the only AC man you will ever need. He was referred to me by a friend one evening when my AC went out . I called him first thing in the morning. He happened to be in the area and came over immediately. I explained that a handyman was working by the AC unit the day before and some funny gurgling noises happened after he left....then the unit shut off. He carefully listened to my drama story, assessed the pipes, did a few adjustments and voila, the AC was running . Mike left that day and did not charge me a penny. He said he was glad he could help. My AC was a 10 year old unit, clinging to life as if it were on an IV line in the ICU. Knowing I did not want to get caught one scorching south Florida day with a dead unit, I asked Mike for his advise. I had called a couple companies for their estimate the previous week. Mike's price was not only better , but he was also redoing the frame the unit sits on and changing the way the pipes run for aesthetic/better functioning purposes. Due to some scheduling conflicts, the install date was held up. Mike kept in contact with me the entire time and in the end, got me filters to last about 5 years! That may not sound much to you but I was paying $140 for 12 filters from my old company. On the morning of the install, the men came out on time as promised. They cleaned up after the work was done and left the place immaculate. Mike called the next day to make sure I was happy. Since then, Mike has come out to show me how to do the minor maintenance on my own. I will always recommend this company for all AC needs. They have surpassed all expectations. read more

I have been in my house seven years so when my airconditioner stopped running I did not know who to call. A friend who lives in Woodlands CC recommended D & M Services. I told her that I could not afford a fancy company that charges a premium. She said they are just the opposite not frills very competitive prices. I was sceptical. Well, they came out the next day (would have come out that evening but I had already planned to stay at a freinds house). They said they would be at my house between 10-11 and they would can approx 30 minutes before arriving. They called at about 10:15 and were there a little after 10:30. They were very professional even wore foot coverings over their shoes. Indeed I had an old AC unit and it needed replacing. they quoted me a price and said they could replace it as early as the next day. After they left I made several calls to other AC companies two quoted me a higher prices and another quoted almost the same but could not garauntee the price even though I gave them the specifics of my air conditioner. Well, long story short I am very happy with my AC unit I have cold air!! I would definitly recommend these guys. They seemed honest and were pleasent to work with. read more
