I took my Toyota to Reyco for several years and they took very good care of it. Their work was always great and I thought I'd drive that car forever. Unfortunately, someone ran a stop sign and crashed into me a few months back, and that was the end of my Toyota. I haven't been back in a while because my new car is under dealer warranty, but I plan to be their loyal customer again when my warranty expires. They are usually pretty good with drop-ins for oil changes. In and out in one hour or less. They have a nice waiting area with complimentary cheap coffee, TV, and magazines. For jobs that may take a few hours, there are places to eat a short walk away in every direction. read more

I bring my Acura RDX to Reyco all the time for the same quality as the dealership at a much better price. No issues as the car now has 112,000 miles. Super friendly staff too. If my car is happy and so am I!!! read more

This place is by far the worse shop I've ever been to. I went there for a price on a 60K scheduled maintenance service. That was ALL I asked for. The guy at the front desk ask me for the keys to the car so they can bring it in for a "safety check", I was hesitant at first but just gave him the key. The took my car into the shop for AN HOUR!!! He gave me an estimate for everything that my car "needed" except what I asked for. He told me the needed new front shocks, tune-up, tire rotation, front and rear bar stabilizers, and my car had an oil leak. They lost me as a customer right then and there. Not only because I had just got new tires 3 months before that and only out 2,000 miles on them. Tire rotations are done every 6-8 months or after 6k miles, but my regular mechanic (which is a master mechanic) told me this was all bullshit. These people are a bunch of scammers. They will never EVER touch my car. They sent an estimate for $1,600. Took my car back to my regular mechanic when he got back from vacation and he my 60K maintenance service, and my brake pads and rotors for $500. No shocks, or front and rear bar stabilizers needed. I came in to have a nail removed from the tire it was in the tread they told me there was slight leakage in the sidewall they would try to plug it , where they plugged it was 180° away from where I saw a nail or metal object in my tire. I never saw two objects in the tire, they claim there were and suggested I replace the tire,!I question that they did not show me that something was in the sidewall before they did any repairs, they did not communicate well with me and that is why they get a two star rating read more

This place is a RIPOFF!!!!! Word to the wise STAY AWAY. The owner is more concerned in charging the $90 diagnostic fee which allegedly is credited to the work if performed by Reyco however, they fail to inform the customer that their labor is automatically increased by an hr to cover the alleged "diagnostic fee credit" Reyco is so hungry for the diagnostic fee that even if the customer advises the staff what the problem is the customer is still forced to pay the diagnostic fee being told the staff won't work on a customer-diagnostic problem stating the customer almost always is wrong about the problem, so in other words, all customers are idiots when it pertains to knowing what's wrong with their vehicles and the only mechanically knowledgeable individuals are the Reyco staff. Furthermore all the windows into the repair area are covered up preventing the customers from viewing what is being done to their vehicle. To reiterate this review Reyco is A RIPOFF, STAY AWAY or you WILL BE robbed the diagnostic fee and OVER charged. Reyco quoted me close to $900.00 for a repair that I had done 3 blocks away for $312.00 parts & labor included. read more

Okay, I did review this place a year or so ago and they were awesome. I'm pretty sure it was because the guy who checked out the car might be the owner. (he was awesome) with my TSX. BUT THE HORROR BEGAN WHEN I BOUGHT MY BENZ HERE. i asked them to check my car which i dont believe they did until the last 15 mins (i was there for 2 hours) because i was inside watching the guy on the phone the whole time and little did they know my friend was outside watching. (the garage shop door is always open) the guy who was suppose to be inspecting my car was actually working on another car. Being the lawyer in me i asked if MY car was done and the kid in the front. The one with the civic (which in know because thats ALL he talked about lmfao) what was taking so long and he stated because the other tech (who was SOOO nice the only one that was horrible was the one who drove the civic ill tell u why later. ) was the only other tech in. So this confirmed my theory of him not even looking at my car because i SAW THE OTHER TECH WORKING ON ANOTHER CAR. so the third time i asked him i guess he finally told the guy hey maybe we should inspect her car now because he came out 15 mins later telling me. EVERYTHING WAS FINE. gave me a fake a** detailed bill of everything he checked (which included looked at the ABS system.. the airbags) I was pissed off that they charged me 107$ this time when last time i took my tsx it was free. the techs did tell me if they just inspect with there eyes it would be free but if they actually open the hood and look its not. so i was fine with the 100$ AS LONG AS THEY LOOKED. which they did not do.. ill let u no HOW i know. I specifically asked the civic dude how many more days until I get my brakes changed which was a trick question because before i came in mercedes benz JUST REPLACED MY BRAKES. and he stated "you can do it with the next oil change" ahahahahaha and was pushing for the next oil change to be within 3 weeks. I wanted to laugh but didnt say anything I WISH THE MANAGER was there so i couldve spoken to him because they do not work on the cars until the last min. AND they never looked at my car in detail.. LIES LIES LIES.. i believe if they did they would no that my brakes were completely new. or unless they were just stupid. which i doubt.. TO the manager: PLEASE NOTICE WHAT YOUR TECHS ARE DOING. i was furious afterwards and called AMEX and amex was going to dispute the transaction for me as long as i showed them my bill from benz for my new brakes. but i let it go and decided to tell everyone not to go here. BUT IT DOESNT END THERE. once i got home i noticed my "passenger airbag off light was on" i immediately called them and told them i thought they checked and the civic tech (HIS unknowledgable ass says this: quote on quote) "we cant predict when your airbags will fail, it like telling a kid when his arm will fall off"??????? wtfffff then he says u have 3 days to take your car back to benz go and do that. me not knowing what to do i panicked and called my mechanic near my home because mercedes benz were closed. and he laughed and said where did u take it? and i told him the place. and he said the light will say passenger airbag off when no one is sitting in it. YUPPP that was it. nothing was wrong with the car. I got my bro to sit down and sure enough it did go away. the mechanic near my house was no luxury car specialist like they claim to be and he knew that. and these reyco techs didnt??? are u kidding me.. I NEVER IN MY LIFE PLAN TO GO BACK THERE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DOES EITHER UNLESS THE OWNER IS THERE. THESE techs he hires are careless and dumb. I actually have the conversation recorded of the guy telling me to take my car back to the dealer since there is no airbags and actually showed it to a friend who use to take her car there. needless to say we both found new mechanics. this is just to warn others. the techs are liars and charged me $100 plus tax for doing nothing when the owner charged me NOTHING and he actually inspected my tsx last time. i never plan to bring any of my cars back and if anyone wants to please only go when the owner or manager who ever this guy was is over looking everything and everyone. im assuming he is the owner he has facial hair and is kind of hot. too bad.. just had to get out there. this review is overdue but 100% honest. I honestly didn't enjoy my experience with this company at all. My car got smashed by a truck driver and it wasn't really very mobile. I brought it to Reyco and they assured me that I could leave it there without paying for it being there until it got a damage report from my insurance. But, my insurer never sent anyone. They decided that the accident was more my fault and lied about NJ insurance policies in more ways than one to weasel out of paying the money. That's for another review of Progressive. Anyway, the owner went back on his word after a couple of weeks leaving it there and then he wanted to charge me several hundred dollars for leaving it there. He did some minor repairs so I could mobilize it again, but getting stuck with that charge to get the car out of his shop just for leaving it there was a full on deal breaker. They definitely lost a future customer and I would recommend that people avoid this place. These guys might know cars, but honesty is alien to the owner. I tried to unsubscribe to his emails and they kept sending them. On the most recent one, they asked for a review on Yelp.com, so this is the result of that request. Leave those guys alone. Trust is key in business and they don't deserve it. Best of luck to you. Go with someone that you know, a family friend or the like. read more

I specifically took my car to Reyco for an inspection as I was driving to Washington DC from NJ the next day & my car was leaking oil. I wanted to know if it would be OK to drive there & they said yes.. Two hours into the drive, as I was driving through Maryland, my car started shaking badly. I took it to an Auto Zone type of store (as all repair shops were closed since it was 7:00 pm). They hooked it up to a gadget & told me that the car was misfiring, but could make it to DC, even though it would still be shaking. The next day, the service station in DC told me that oil had leaked all over the spark plugs & that the engine needed work. They replaced the spark plugs & told me that I could drive the car back to NJ, but that it would be shaking all of the way. When I returned to NJ, I took my car to Chrysler Service & they told me that I needed a new engine. If Reyco had thoroughly inspected my car instead of just skimming over it, they would have seen that I needed a new engine. I guess that they just didn't want to take the time or the effort to do that. They should have told me NOT to drive this car to DC, that I needed a new engine. Because of their negligence, I had a VERY frightening trip. read more

Love Reyco. They are the epitome of customer service. I went in for a service that my Mercedes said I was due for. Reyco charged me half of what the dealership was charging. Once they completed the service they also advised my brakes were close go done. They didn't have to check and advise but they did. They are thorough and I trust them with my vehicle.
