The food was actually superb. But, I don't like their deceptive pricing. Like would you like this and this. And you can actually get half and half. Then the menu prices become inflated without any notice. But for one of the "upgrades" or whatever the reasoning for the extra charge, it was only shredded lettuce along with a small dollop of sour cream and guacamole. It was rather sad. It's something you'd get standard at a chain restaurant like El Sombrero. Oh. If you get the consome, it will be an extra charge of $2.45. And they won't tell you that. But other than that, the food was good! I really liked how they had a separate birrias menu. Make sure you bring wet wipes because your hands will be oily. The birria sliders were delicious. Our strange total came out to be $16.90. Even with the $2.45 consome factored in, the total isn't $15.40. Since they were sliders, it's rather small. They're the size of the square dinner rolls but packed full of cheese, oil, and half chicken and beef. The beef was slightly more tasty compared to the chicken but both was just soaked with their variety of flavors. The birria quesadillas were $17.40. Even with the extra $2.45 with the consome, their math is not equaling $15.95 -- whacky! As for the taste profile, deliciousness. These three quesadillas were pretty massive. And like my sliders, they were equally oily and messy to consume. The horchata was really tasty. For a large, it was $6.75. It tasted different from other places. There was a nice rice flavor to it and less of the cinnamon flavor. Would I visit again? I think not. Good food. Prices were bleh, especially how it seems like we were charged more than their menu prices.
~$40 for two. I got the Birriaquesadilla with consomme and a wife got Birria sliders. We also had a large horchata. The Birriaquesadilla was delicious and juicy. The birria had the same flavors as the birria sliders but the bread soaks up the extra consomme. We felt pretty full afterwards. The horchata was good with a nice clean rice flavor and less cinnamon. It also wasn't too sweet. They also didn't fill the whole cup with ice which is nice. I was charge $17.40: 13.60 Birriaquesadilla + 2.45 consome. = $16.05. I'm not sure why I was charged more. The wife's $13.60 Birria sliders + 2.45 consume = $16.09 but we were charged $16.90. She might have been charged more because she got 3 chicken and 3 steak instead of sticking to 1 meat but it didn't say that on the receipt. The line got super long and I didn't have the energy to argue my bill I guess I always prefer transparency. I would have given this place five stars if the menu prices matched my receipt. Would I come here again? Yes. The food was that good. The little discrepancy on the bill is not going to prevent me from coming back to try the other stuff on the menu. I saw a ridiculous looking flaming hot cheetos birria ball looking thing that someone ordered and I kind of want to try it.
Everything you've seen on TikTok is true -- and then some. I say this half-jokingly, but I'd honestly be okay sinking my life savings into Rey Taco. When I tell you everything here has FLAVOR -- I mean it. The menu is massive, creative, and full of variety. From authentic Mexican dishes to burgers, wings, ramen, and fusion creations you didn't even know you needed, Rey Taco truly has it all. Let's talk about the star of the show: Hot Cheetos Birria Bomb - $9.35 (1 piece) The hype is real. Spicy, cheesy, crunchy, and stuffed with tender birria -- it's indulgent, bold, and absolutely unforgettable. #11 Birria Ramen - $7.25 Rich birria broth, noodles, and meat that warms your soul. Comfort food meets next-level flavor. This was a close second favorite. Jamaica y Guayaba Horchata - around $4 A sweet-tart drink that blends traditional horchata with hibiscus and guava. Refreshing and so unique -- I could've had two. And that's just scratching the surface. The portions were huge, everything came out piping hot, and the flavors? Explosive. It was honestly overwhelming (in the best way). There's still so much I want to go back and try. A few menu standouts worth noting: Tacos Gobernador + Rice & Beans - $18.06 Surf & Turf Birria Ramen - $16.95 Doritos Mexican Pizza - $29.95 Birria Nachos - $16.70 Smash Burger Taco - $4.68 The employees were friendly and welcoming, which made the food experience even better. Even though the place was packed, they moved fast and kept the energy positive. Only downside? Parking. It's located in a super cramped shopping center. Honestly, Rey Taco deserves a standalone building with a drive-thru and its own lot. It's that serious. Bottom line: An absolute must-try. I'll 1000% be back. Next time? I'm ordering at least two Birria Bombs and bringing a cooler.
The level of flavor in this food is absolutely ridiculous. You can tell there are no shortcuts because there is so much depth you can taste. Whenever my friends and I go out, we always order plenty of things and sit on the table. Today I got the beef soup, Smashburger tacos and fries, hamburgers, and fries and the kids got a couple of the novelty items like hot Cheetos burger and hot Cheetos birria ball. Even the rice was super flavorful. The beef in the soup was tender and tasty. Def a hole in the wall atmosphere and the parking lot is super small but the line stays long because the food is amazing! The people are really nice and quick as well. Can't wait to come back!
So, I saw this place on IG, and Rey Taco definitely has a lot of food that many would like to try at least once. How many places around the area have Hot Cheetos birria balls, machete governador (really long quesadilla(?)), and dubai chocolate strawberries?? I stopped by for lunch and planned to have something sweet here because of that. It is a bit hard to park though, not as bad as Atlanta mind, but it's quite limited and tight. Inside is kind of cramped. When I went for lunch, it was really busy and there was a line that went around the tables and almost out the door. They have an extensive menu too that I had a bit of decision paralysis when choosing what I want for lunch. I came in with the idea of getting the more viral items, and then I talked myself into just getting the quesabirria with consomme (it's an add-on for the consomme) and dubai chocolate strawberries. There's a free salsa bar with a good amount of options. They have a notice to dissuade others from taking more than needed or else they'll have to charge for it. It's kept pretty clean and everything was fresh. The food was good! The quesabirria is really cheesy and the consomme had such a rich flavor. I personally may not order quesabirria again though because I got to try the volcan, and I found that much more up my alley. I guess that'll depend on my mood, but there's so much to try here, so who knows. The dubai chocolate strawberries were nice. The strawberries themselves were fresh. I haven't had dubai chocolate elsewhere, so I have nothing to compare it to, but it was nice.
Food was absolutely delicious everything was on point. The customer service was excellent, and the whole experience felt smooth from start to finish. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend
I love Mexican food, I finally had the chance to try this place this weekend and let's just say some of the food was amazing. . . The customer service was good nice gentleman at the counter was able to help us out. Now let's get into the food, I had a #5 which had birria beef with a side of rice, cold Mac and some refried beans which was good i give it a 6/10 . My bf ordered the #60 on the menu which consisted of shrimp which was a decent size and good amount that was over a bed of cheesy rice with bell peppers and onions which was really good, both meals came with tortilla to eat with. Last but not least we both had to get a horchata drink which was delicious as well. Now for the hype we had the ball and it didn't pass the whole hype it was not really cheesy and didn't taste like nothing like it was burnt no good 3/10. Maybe it was not fresh but it was definitely burnt i didn't take a picture of mine cause it was dry and didn't own up to pulling it apart and the cheese pulling but the one my bf had did but he still didn't like how it tasted. The place had no real decor but they have indoor seating which it was kinda small , be ready to wait cause it looks like the food is cooked based on order and be ready to spend they are kinda expensive.
One of the best and authentic spots for Mexican food I have been to here in Atlanta. This was formerly El Indio, I've wondered what happened and why they changed their name. Nonetheless, you should definitely consider checking this restaurant out. The food here is great. I've tried the tacos, sopa de asada, birria, and more. Each dish does not disappoint and over the years, they have added way more to the menu. The service is good and the food has been always ready in a timely manner. There is also enough waiting room to sit or eat there if you choose. The parking is on the smaller side. If it's full there are some spaces behind/to the side of the building.
10/10 I do recommend. By far best Mexican food I've had in Georgia . Service was great start to finish with mostly Hispanic staff , they showed cohesive teamwork and the ambiance isn't brag worthy but it gives vibes of a Spanish town with great food . I ordered the Burria Ball with hot Cheetos covering it , Torta and a cup of Burria Ramen . All ripe tier and bring your good debit, credit or cash because it ain't cheap but it's worth it . I can't wait to go again
So this taco spot is in Tucker and it's kind of off the beat path, a hole in the wall. But those be the best ones! This Taco spot is heavily into birria So if you need your fix, this would be a good spot for it. It's a small shot. Maybe less than 20 tables or so. There was a bar top area that you can sit at as well. Just a countertop though. Don't expect it to be a warehouse kind of situation. The parking lot is a shopping mall or a small shopping center so there is only limited space to park in as well but it's free. The service is good. If you are eating there, they will give you a number and bring it to you at the table. If you are picking it up for carry out, they will buzz you when your food is ready. Just a note, you do have to pay for every drink, because there is no drink dispenser. So if you think you are going to be drinking water for free, nope, bottles only. Birria quesa tacos - They were damn good. Came hot and still cheesy. I would definitely recommend. Birria nachos - The nachos were a lot. There wasn't as much meat on them as I thought, but they had a lot of toppings. Well they had melted and shredded cheese and guacamole and onions and cilantro along with the meat. But you definitely got way more nachos and you did anything. Birria ramen - It was basically ramen LOL. Of course you can dip your tacos in them, that's probably what it was for, but it was still good! And if you didn't want to dip the tacos you could eat it as is. Pastor taco - solid taco. You needed to put the onions and cilantro on it to set it off. Chorizo taco - also a solid taco, very salty and savory.
My daughter and her friend saw this place on Tik Tok and wanted to try it. We got there around 2 on a Saturday and it was busy but not super packed. The space is enough to accommodate maybe 40 people if I had to guess. The ordering process is very stressful because they have so many items in the menu lol. But the hot Cheeto Birria balls was what we came to try so we ordered 3 at 22.00 which is a bit expensive. We also got a Birria Torta and a Cheeto hamburger and some chicken Flantas as well. Everything was good. We will probably go again in the future.
I've been going to the spot for a while now I absolutely love the taco Birrias with there consume, they have a large variety of food and the customer service is good shout out Junior and Dexeli for there great service. if you're looking for an authentic Mexican taquería This Is the spot.
The service is always great and there's plenty of options to choose from with different varieties of meats and salsas. I think this is a must try spot to everyone and have been coming here for a while. The asada fries are super good as well as their mango passion fruit drink! It's clean inside and they have restrooms so you can sit down to eat or do take out.

Everything I've had thus far has been good. The birria tacos are what brought me in initially, but I've tried a few other items as well. I'm a huge fan of their birria with ramen. The broth is so flavorful! Something was off with the beef birria taco that I had a time previously, so I hadn't been in a while. My son and I were out and he treated me to lunch here and suggested that I try the seafood quesataco. I ordered the combo that came with 3 tacos and seafood soup for dipping. The seafood quesatacos were delicious!!!!! The soup was very yummy and reminds me of a bisque. I also enjoyed a refreshing Jamaica drink. The staff here is really friendly. They can get packed around lunchtime, so be patient. read more

Just what I needed pre-turkey day! This neighborhood gem provided very thoughtful customer service explaining the different dishes offered. There were many to choose from including combinations, sides and ramen. Selected the quesadilla with asada (steak) and a side of arroz con frijoles for an extra .99 cents. I received a large portion that will serve nicely as leftovers. The meat was marinated well, and additional sauces were provided for different flavors Including habanero, tomatillo, and another less spicy red sauce. Sauces were perfect for this chilly day! Very happy to have discovered this neighborhood gem. Also appreciate the use on non-styrofoam take out containers, as I attempt to be as green as possible. There was also a dine in option & artwork throughout. Will definitely return again! read more
Social distancing, and masks are required. The restaurant is clean, and nice are employees. This is my first time at this restaurant, and I'm glad we decided to eat here. Many entrees to choose from, and cold drinks as well. My husband and I decided to order here for lunch and the food was delicious. My husband ordered grilled steak, with beans and rice. He loves guacamole, so he made sure they gave him some. I ordered sautéed shrimp and steak. I didn't like the steak, so my husband ate mine. I ate the sautéed shrimp and beans and rice. I forgot to order plantains, but next time I'll make sure I order them. If we're in the neighborhood, we will stop by. I'll order beef tacos. :-) read more

Wow, another great experience from El Indio! I had only tried the Duluth location previously to this one, but this Tucker location did not disappoint. I ordered the Birriaquesa Tacos and a side of rice to go through GrubHub for lunch a few days ago. If you blinked you'd probably miss the turn off for this El Indio location. I nearly did, despite the fact that I take this road almost daily. It's in an unassuming strip mall with a decent size interior. I ordered take-out but they are doing dine-in currently if you prefer. The staff was super nice and everything came out promptly when I approached the counter. There didn't seem to be as much of a language barrier at this location compared to the Duluth location. If you're like me and only know minimal Spanish, then that could be a good thing to factor in. The food was awesome! It was just as good as the same meal I tried from Duluth, and the portions are very filling! The salsas that come with the tacos are also very good. If you haven't tried El Indio or Birriaquesa Tacos yet, you're missing out! I'll be back soon - just need to try the Norcross location now. read more

While passing ATL we looked up for birria places and apparently this was the best restaurant in the city so we have it a try! It's located 20 mins outside downtown Atlanta a road filled with Mexican restaurants. We called to see if they were opening on memorial day and they suggested to.get early since they ran out of birria pretty quick. When we got there it was around 10:30 and some options were sold out however we were able to order the option B which was two quesabirrias and one ramen for $11 dlls. They served us within 11 minutes but apparently they don't know the trend or they want to save some bc our ramen was only ramen, no meat. Let's remember that this thing was on demand since they added birria (meat) and the stock to the ramen cup. Anyway I asked for it and the kind cashier provided me with some. Taste wise it was good, not heavy after finishing it but I believe the stew is missing guajillo and puya since it was not spicy and it was more like a beef stew than birria. The quesabirrias were good size and not falling apart but another missing thing was the traditional black sauce that birria needs for that unique taste. I'd recommend this place but they need to change some things, still the best place is birrieria Gomez in Los Angeles. read more

There's a language barrier i asked multiple questions to make sure the lady understood what i wanted. she said okay & rang me up. i waited about 20-25 minutes to receive the wrong food then was told if i want what i actually wanted id have to pay for that to. lol its cool ill just give it to my girlfriend and get a pizza or something. waste time & money read more
So this place is soooo good. But during peak hours like lunch or dinner time expect a wait. Either you will be in a long line or you will have to sit and wait with a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready. I've been here twice now and the food didn't disappoint. The first time I got the Birria flautas with consume, really good. The flautas were super crispy and pretty greasy but still good nonetheless. However the second time I came I got the seafood tacos with the dipping soup and LAWWWWD if you like seafood you'll love these. They were so flavorful and delicious. However you may need a second order because I was not completely full after eating them. I would definitely come back for these anytime. read more
Birria's such a buzzword for 2023, and with good reason! We chose El Indio in Tucker, Georgia to conquer our first bites of Birria. Served with a side of ramen, consummate broth, and decadently layered Birria, every bite was juicy and cheesy in the best way possible. It's always authentic taquerias that impress me the most. Coming back for more as a New Year's Resolution! read more

Such a hidden gem here in Tucker! Don't bother trying to call in your order, their phone line doesn't seem to work but don't fret; You can place your order for pick up on Grubhub! I don't believe they use any other online ordering service for now though. We got the number 1(3 Birria tacos with consommé) and number 2(2 Birria tacos with ramen consommé) and both were $11.50 each and absolutely delicious!!! The ramen consommé also has chunks of beef in it, really rounding out the meal. This sort of reminds me of a Mexican version of lees bakery on buhi where you can get half pho and half bahn mi combo and dip your bahn mi in the pho broth.. except now you're dipping tacos in a delicious ramen consommé broth. 10/10 would recommend! read more

I jumped on the Birria Train a year ago, and have been looking at all spots that sold it. Followed the reviews, and planned a trip to this spot after a grueling work week. I came for the Birria Ramen and was not disappointed. Honestly, the parking was tight, but I got lucky. The staff was friendly and quick. I had maybe a 10 minute wait before I got my order, giving me ample time to take note of the rest of the menu. I ordthe Birria taco and Ramen combo, and was not disappointed. Chock-full of Birria beef. I tore into the Ramen first, then used the leftover Consume for dipping, and mixed both red and green sauces in. Used every lime wedge too. I was ready for a nap afterwards. Will return, making a note of the Hot Cheeto Birria bomb to try next. Will return! read more

El Indio has the best Bria Tacos that I have ever had at a restaurant. They are reasonable prices. First, you order and pay over the counter and will be given a beeper. They will beep you when your order is ready. We didn't wait long at all, maybe 10 minutes. Food comes out hot because they make it fresh when you order. There is a salsa and condiments bar. Which I really like since you can select your own type of salsa and spice level. I love onions and clinatro, and this allows me to add it to my tacos. The tacos are pretty big and delicious. The cheese is oozing while melting as you dip it into the soup. I had both the chicken and beef, and both were so good! Full of savory flavors. We even had left over tacos and soup to bring home. Their drinks are good too. My niece ordered the horchata rice drink, and it was perfect. It's not too sweet and just right. I ordered the passion fruit, and I find it very refreshing! The restaurant is nice and clean inside, and the restaurant is gender neutral. Very clean, too! Next door is a laundry mat. If you want to grab a bite while waiting for your laundry to be done, it's quite convenient. I will go again when I am in the Norcross area. read more
Taco Magic is all I can think of when thinking of this place. We seen them on Facebook and had to try them, they are pork or maybe even beef tacos with dipping gravy. The taco shells are doubled and seem to be deep fried. -yum. The pork/beef is lightly seasoned but they put so much inside the taco along with some type of thick cheese. I mean its just that simple..... but Sooooo yummy! We dined in but could not finish and could not afford another beverage-lol. They don't have a fountain machine, and the real glass bottled soda's are $2 (coke only). The restaurant was extremely clean, no one speaks english, but this is combo #1 and its $11.50 and worth every penny. read more
I heard about this restaurant via TikTok which helped increase the popularity of the small place. Please not parking is extremely limited because it's located in a strip mall area. Inside is mainly design as a take-out joint than a sit down spot. I got the salsa and chips which cost about 3-4 dollars. For my main entree I got the brisket birria tacos which Did not Disappoint at all. Apologies for the incorrect grammar structure but it was super good. I savored every bite and had leftovers. I can't wait to go back to try the brisket birria tacos with the rice and refried beans. The price of the entree was about 14 dollars and change. Also, I did not wait long for my food to be ready. The only thing I did not take a photo of is my food. May I reiterate it was beyond delicious. Please give this place a try! read more

Alright if you're reading this you've probably run across their really good FB advertising campaign, let me say that it did it's job and it's worth while to get up here. Birriaquesa tacos Maruchan was the dish of choice because well, like you I had never heard of e'm, they looked tasty as it gets, and I had to try it. Let me say that it was as tasty as it gets and I'm glad that I did try it! The Birria tacos are easy to order - Combo 1 which is 3 tacos and consome. Or Combo 2 which is 2 tacos and maruchan noodles done consome style. I went with the number 2 cause noodles were required. These tacos were GOOD. Meat was tasty and plentiful, there was even more meat in the noodles. Dip the tacos in the noodle juice and enjoy, simple as it gets really and you'll sit there with your eyes closed wondering why the heck California had these all this time and didn't let us on the East side know till now. They've got an extensive menu - Covid style everyone's wearing masks and gloves and being safe. This is a nice spot and I recommend it for your taco fix for sure. read more

I was hesitant to drive 22 minutes for some tacos when there are several mexican restaurants closer to me. However, with the reviews on this place I had to give it a try. Boy was it worth it!! I arrived at 11:30 on a Saturday and there was no line. I waited maybe 10-12 minutes for my food. The tacos were sooooo delicious!!!! The meat was juicy & tender and the taco shells had the perfect crunch. The consume was super flavorful and added that extra something special. I highly recommend it here!! read more

Hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants I been to. Its as authentic as it comes. Its tasteful and full a flavor, each bite takes you away. I love their birria tacos, they are crispy yet tender, full of meat because they don't play with their meats. This places is a hidden treasure, they deserve more recognition! their sauces are fresh. Let me just say that you defineatly get a bang for your bucks!!! Their prices are amazing!!! On my way as we speak ! read more

I think I DoorDashed way more than physically coming into this location lol. My job would order a lot from here. I did visit once with my bonus kid and introduced her to birria and she loved it. She always asks if we can come back (at inopportune moments of course lol). Their menu is actually really extensive. I had ordered several different types of tacos but the kiddos liked the birria and was fighting over it. This location is quite large and has many tables. The parking lot is a bit more spacious but can get congested during the wrong hours due to the location (strip mall off a busy street). Give them a try and make videos for your social media! read more
The moment I opened my to-go box via UberEats, I knew that this food was going to be amazing. First, I took a bite of the beans and rice. The yellow rice and refried beans with white shredded cheese on top arrived hot and fresh, and were up to standard. The star dish of course was the seafood tacos with seafood soup. It is a mix of seafoods and wow is it amazing. My first dip of the taco into the soup was nothing short of heavenly. They are so flavorful and were beautifully presented. They came with limes, a small red salsa, a small green salsa, and a packet of saladitas saltine crackers. Along with my meal, I also ordered a Coca Cola, which was the bottled Mexican Coke AKA the best Coke in the world. I cannot wait to take my boyfriend here ASAP! I know he will love this! read more
Saw this place on an IG foodie page and it looked delicious! Decided to make my way to try it because it's not far from my house. I found out this place is actually minutes from my place of employment. It was packed when I got there. Ppl eating and waiting on orders. I order the steak tacos and barbaco tacos. I ordered queso, but they ran out. They are cashless right now. The steak tacos were authentic street tasting. I ate those in my car and right away. The other tacos I saved for later and ate them a few hours later. I think the meat needed a little more seasoning, so I added some and a little queso and it was yummy! Now that I know this isn't far, I'll be back. read more

I happened to see it on TikTok this morning and was in the area that same afternoon, so my husband and I decided to give it a try. The customer service was good. My husband had the smash burger and fries, while I had a tough time choosing from the many options. I eventually settled on the Birria Quesadilla and Birria Ramen noodles. All the food was exceptional, and I know I'll be craving the ramen. A must-try! read more

First birria taco spot I tried in ATL and was not disappointed. To start, however, the parking in this plaza is a little tight, with limited spaces in the front/side area. Fortunately, I've been able to get a spot each evening or afternoon I come to get tacos. When ordering, you are able to pay with cash or card. I recommend getting the "A" or "B" order which is A- 3 birria tacos with consume (sauce) or B-2 birria tacos with ramen consume. These tacos are pretty heavy, layered on with a good amount of beef, cheese, sauced up in that consume. I can usually finish 3 tacos no problem, but it's definitely satisfying and good time for a nap afterwards. My girlfriend enjoys the birria tacos with the consume ramen-- it's your normal cup ramen with consume as the flavoring, honestly really good if you give it a chance. If you're craving eating some noodles too, it's a good start. Careful when you first bite into these, it's usually pretty hot. They do take about 10-15 minutes to cook, so have to be patient when they are busy. Excellent cheese pulls. read more
Amazing food! Great quality tacos. No issues with parking which is free. Customer service isn't there, the girls always have an attitude or seem annoyed that you aren't sure what to order. However the food is very good and worth the price, which isn't pricey at all. You will definitely get full off the tacos with consume alone. The meat is very flavorful it's full of cheese and they are made fresh to order. The horchata is my favorite it's very delicious. The other juices are good as well. I'm so hooked on the tacos I haven't tried anything else. I will soon, and I'll be back to update my review. read more

February 20, 2024. This is my second day eating here on my lunch break and to be honest I'll probably keep eating here for my lunch break. Yesterday i had birria Ramen and wings. I'm starting to realize Mexican spots make the best wings. The service is pretty good the food doesn't take long to come out and it tastes fresh! The environment isn't anything special but please don't not judge this book by it's covers. I'm recommending all my friends to try this place. read more

Found them on TikTok and their birria tacos are amazing. They definitely lived up to the hype and I will be back. I have to come back and try their ramen. I would recommend to place your order a head of time if you don't like to wait more then 10-15 mins. I ordered the Seafood tacos (3) and seafood soup which is in a nice size cup for about $14. It was so fresh and delicious. I love how flavorful the soup was and when you dip the tacos in the bowl just adds something to it . Everything is made fresh so your order will take about 15-25 mins depending on how business they are. Their located in a small plaza so parking is very limited but no one is usually parked in a spot that long. read more
Great hole in the wall. Fresh food and fruity drinks..parking is tight. They always have people in and out. It's best to order on Yelp and then pick up. My go to tacos are the Seafood tacos and it comes with a creamy potato scallop soup on the side. The food is cheap, plentiful and good. The waiting area has a salsa bar to fix your sauces to go. It's always clean inside when you sit down in this area. read more
Yum and yummy!! This is the second place I've tried birria tacos and these were my fav. The parking lot is small and busy, so keep in mind. They do have indoor seating, but do not enforce masks. We still wore ours until we started eating of course. I'm fully vaccinated, but I don't mind continuing to wear my mask, even if just to make others comfortable. Initially, I thought I ordered the birria quesadilla but there was a slight language barrier OR my mask made it unclear. My order came with 3 birria tacos w/consume and a agua passion fruit. Total was less than $15. What I loved most is that my tacos were still crispy on the outside so the insides stayed in tack. It was all so good. I was only able to finish two of my tacos. OMG, they were great. I think they have other locations, but not 100% sure they are connected (same name). Today, I'm low key regretting I didn't eat my last taco . My friend ordered the tacos and the birria ramen. She lives further away so she ordered as much as possible. But, she said she'd make the drive again (from Marrietta) so that's something. Luckily, I'm a 15 min ride away (in good traffic) so I know I'll be back. read more
This place is sooooooooo good!! I ordered the beef Birria quesadilla and my boyfriend got the ramen Birria. This place is typically packed so there is a wait but the wait is definitely worth it! There is seating available and you seat yourself. There are no waiters you just order your food and they give you a buzzer. I will def be back to try more stuff they have a huge menu. read more

AMAZING! My favorite birria taco place in GA. They have expanded their menu since the first time I came here, but their flavor remains unchanged. The tacos do take some time to come out, but these are THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Whenever I come here, I order either the 3 birria tacos with consume or the combo of 2 birria tacos with the ramen consume. The taco is cooked to a crispy perfection. The cheese is gooey--and yes, cheese pull is available. El Indio uses beef inside their taco and it is so flavorful, PLUS you are dipping it in the ramen or consume, so a great pairing! Like mentioned earlier, the tacos do take some time to cook, but it is SO WORTH THE WAIT. Make sure you allot time to waiting for the food to cook. Good news though: everything always comes out so hot and fresh (careful not to burn your tongue!), and it is so mouthwateringly scrumpcious. The ramen is also cooked with the consume, AND SO GOOD. Adds another dimension to eating the tacos when you dip in the ramen and eat the noodles for a nice side carb. The ramen is topped with the flavorful beef that is also in the tacos and a lovely add. read more

My rating is for the food and the food only. The menu is confusing! The lines are awfully long! The location is less than desirable! But the food is everything! I mean we drove 40 minutes because of traffic(bad planning on my part) and waited about 30 minutes for our food AFTER waiting in line for 15 minutes to order. But the food is amazing. Full of flavor! And freshness. I would suggest ordering for pick up for anyone planning to eat here or doing earlier in the day maybe? Also look at the menu ahead of time because once you're in line it's impossible to see the menu. read more
