The server took over 12 minutes to come over because her and all the other kids (servers) are busy playing on their phones! When we finally got her to come over to the table, she said cheese would be a side and an extra charge! Additionally, my wife's tacos were so soggy and just fell apart. The server was willing to do nothing to make anything right! This restaurant is an outright disgrace. Poor food and just atrocious service. I am so thankful that my husband found this place! There is really no great Mexican food in my immediate area, so this is an incredible find and only 20 or so minutes away. 3 years ago this place was one of my favorites. I spent alot of money in that place and sent a ton of people there. Apparently now they are too good for customers. I arrived 837 place closes at 9. They would not seat me! Asked me to take out and asked me to wait standing in the entrance. Charged me $17 for a veggie fajita? Are the chips dipped in gold? Food came out 848! The food was just ok. The service was slow, and felt slightly discriminatory................My family and I (Total of 6 ppl) walked in, and were seated immediately. Our server came over about 8 minutes later and asked us what drinks we all wanted. Around the same time that he finished taking our drink orders, a caucasian couple was seated across from us. The couple was greeted almost immediately, and received their drinks before us. By the time we received our drinks, the couple was served their dinner smh....Dinner came about 15 minutes after we placed our orders, but what was annoying is that our 2 small children had to wait an additional 7 minutes after we received our meals, for their meals to be brought out...Typically, kids meals are served first...My children complained that their burgers were burnt, but us adults were content with our subpar meals....The waiter never brought us our check, I had to go to the register to retrieve it. The young woman at the register finished up with the caucasian patron in front of me, and walked away when she was finished to make small talk with some staff in the kitchen. Like, she LITERALLY looked me in my face, and walked away without acknowledging me....She took her time laughing with her colleagues, until SHE was ready to assist me. WOWZERS...I obtained the receipt finally, paid the bill, and asked the young lady for change for a $20 so I could tip the waiter...(It's hard for me NOT to tip. No matter how undeserving lol)....As she's fondling at least 10 $10 bills, she tells me she has to see if she can give me change! At this point, I'm thinking, you've got to be kidding me!!!! I said nothing, waited for her to fondle through the rest of the numerous denominations of bills, before she finally gave me change. I tipped the waiter, thanked him for his service (or lack thereof), and we left, with no intentions on ever returning...Lesson Learned: Stick with Senior Salsa where we've NEVER felt uncomfortable, or felt that we were being treated unfairly compared to "other" customers. read more

It's time for me to upgrade Rey Azteca to the coveted 5 Star Realm! But seriously...this place is really good. They have an awesome menu - and the portions are big. My favorite things to order here are the fajitas (if you get the fajitas for two, you'll still have leftovers) and any of the combos that includes a cheese quesadilla. I LOVE cheese quesadillas, and I've never found one as good as the ones here. The refried beans are also great. They have great vegetarian options as well - not always an easy find at Mexican restaurants. You also get complimentary chips and salsa, and they'll refill it with no hassle if you're like me and usually end up filling up on chips and salsa :P The servers are patient if you have questions, and they're extremely attentive. I decided to try this place based on other reviews. I thought the food was okay. It's pretty basic tex-mex, but it seemed to be lacking some flavor. The guacamole was some kind of weird dip, I'm 99% sure it came out of a plastic container from the grocery store. The service was a little slow, and the comprehension of English was at a minimum. Not a problem for me, but if you have special dietary requirements, I think it would be pretty hard to explain unless you speak Spanish. Growing up in Butler PA, Rey Azteca there was my go to Mexican spot. I absolutely loved their white queso dip and think I actually lived off of it for most of my teen years. Fast forward to when I went to college at Penn State and found a Rey Azteca opened there...AMAZING! I didn't have to give up my addiction. THEN I graduated from college and eventually moved to Bucks County. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd find a Rey Azteca here...but I did and it was like we were meant to be together at every step of my life haha. Seriously though, I've been going to Rey Azteca for damn near 20 years. Every location offers consistently good food and service at bargain prices, this location is no different. My favorite entree is chicken flautas. I haven't found any better than here. Now I even use them for catering birthday parties and its always a big hit with our guests. During the covid 19 pandemic I was thrilled to see they were offering takeout in a safe and convenient way. We had dinner at Rey Azteca's new location on Street Road in Warminster. The building formerly housed the Roman Delight Italian restaurant for many years, which was a long time favorite with my family. Rey Azteca completely rehabbed the building and made it their own. The restaurant layout has changed for the better, lighting is great, and all the tables and fixtures are new. The menu is GREAT, the service is excellent, and in spite of the recent rampant inflation we've all had to deal with, pricing was very reasonable. If you've thought about visiting Rey Azteca, take it from me, and I'm pretty critical about where and what I spend my money on, Rey Azteca won't disappoint! read more

I've been going to Rey's for a long time. My parents love the fajitas my dad gets the shrimp and my mom gets the steak and chicken one. And I always get the Taco Salad with ground beef.. I always ask for extra ground beef bc it's just so good it comes in a tortilla crispy bowl it's awesome and I love it. The prices are reasonable and it's BYOB we brought tequila and sometimes wine. Everyone I bring here loves it. It's good food and when the chips come out they are warm and taste so good. Oh and you need to ask for the cheese for the chips you won't regret it :)..
