Then again they quoted me WAY over what I could get on my own. So I asked again to change the quote. Then Nyah the admin assistant wrote an email which mentioned different details than the quote so I asked for that to be corrected. Then when she wasn't doing that I asked four more times for the project to be adjusted because the labor price was good but I wanted to supply my own plants and I wanted a $20 fabric from Home Depot and mulch was $2/bag at Lowes. Sure enough, Nylah came back and said that "management said the quote was firm". So that meant that Dario Garcia was insisting that he buy the plants and mulch at 10x the real cost - and not allow me to supply my own. He was going to mark up to $1200 what I got at Lowes for $127. Wow! Just wow! So I emailed one more time after they kept sending me docusign contracts - would they fix the quote and allow me (the customer) to dictate the project? Nope! Radio silence. Dario Garcia anf Nylah will decide!! So: don't waste your time or money with these people. He came over looked at what needed to be done, then said have quote next day. Took over week of asking for quote, we get the quote, set up day and time. We did this early few weeks out and figured all set. Call few days before and said cause of weather move from Monday to Wednesday. Made sense, he said on Tuesday he would give time on arrival for Wednesday. This ended all his communication with us, texted Tuesday, asking for ETA, nothing. Wednesday comes, nothing, right now it is Friday at 6:00 PM and nothing. I would say if he shows up probably do a good job, if you are reading this and thinking of contacting, I would move on to the next company. nothing irritates me more than someone who lies and does not communicate with the customer. If you want to hire someone who ignores you and lies about doing the work go for it, but not me I deal with enough people like this I am not going to pay them also.
