Excellent service. I stopped by the other day to inquire about buying a used monitor. I ended up not buying anything, because I didn't find what I wanted. I'm only commenting on the excellent service I received by the young man who works there. He patiently answered all my questions for 15 minutes, and we exhausted all possibilities. I left the store more educated, in a nice way, than I had walked in. Thank you. As a 65 year old, I'm used to sniffing the air right away on the quality of service I will get when I walk into an electronics store, in the first ten seconds. At some stores, the tech kids will talk down to you, condescending about your lack of knowledge in electronics, and you can sense they are impatient in dealing with you. Not only is the store pristine clean, but it is airy and bright with all the computers displayed, with easy to ready pricing. The computers and monitors look brand new! Garbage Customer Service, Machines that are purchased do not last. Bought an HP Elite 8200 UDST last year. Few weeks in, motherboard fails. Im told after some trouble shooting it happens. After some back and forth, a replacement is sent out. I also buy an HP Elitebook from another company at the same time. 2nd 8200, same deal, look up the issue and see 8200s are notorious for motherboard failures with the fans on the PC sounding like a jet engine and not booting. These were not checked, and nobody has a clue about RMA info on these previous issues. Company won't honor a replacement for a different model, managers avoid getting on phones to address problems, will not refund either. Laptop that was purchased elsewhere? Literally not one issue, also personally own and use an HP 8300 and never once an issue either. Wish this was not the case, cannot understand how this is considered "Good Business." read more

I have driven by this store many times and have not really paid attention to it. I finally went in today. My wife's nephew, a 14 years old student, was looking for a new computer as his current computer decided to stop working. Although we did not buy anything, the product they have available is quite impressive. My wife's nephew has decided he wants to learn how to assemble a new desktop computer, rather the purchase new. They do not sell computer components. In any case, it is a good store. We will keep them in mind if we need any additional computers. read more

10-14-2017 To Whom it May Concern: I went to the Revive It store at 730 East Southern Ave., Mesa, AZ 85204 and let me say what a fantastic team of people you have at this location. Everyone there was very pleasant and professional to deal with, the place has a great vibe about it. I'm what you would call old school so my tech skills are very lacking to say the least. The 1st person to greet me was Gary, I explained that I needed a MacBook Pro and he educated me and walked me thru step by step of what I needed and how to do it. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I got what I needed and that I understood the process. Gary would be a great asset to any organization that he works for. It's so hard to find people that want to help you in todays world but he took the time to help me and I can not say enough great things about him. Gary was friendly, very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile! Gary would be a great addition to any management position and your very lucky to have him as an employee. Ive driven passed this store a couple of times, always noticed the big apple sign but never really paid attention to it. On friday I decided to walk in with my broken Samsung chromebook wondering if it was even worth fixing since I needed one for school. I didn't catch his name but he seemed to be the manager, once I showed him my laptop he let me know that it wasn't worth fixing it, the repair would have cost me as much as buying another laptop. He showed us a couple of laptops in our price range and a couple that were a bit over our range but he did give us a good amount of information that was useful to know about laptops (I'm not too familiar with any of it lol) we decided to hold off on buying anything since it was only the 1st spot we walked in and still wanted to browse. I really liked a laptop that I saw a bit over my price range but he did not pressure us at all to buy anything (which felt great, ive walked into places like this and felt forced to buy something right away) he let us know they we having a raffle to win a microsoft pro (I believe) the next day as well as 15% off and to stop by. We came back on saturday unfortunately we didn't win the pro but they had goodie halloween bags and I won coupons and was able to purchase the laptop I wanted for a really great price! I like that they already offer a 1 year warranty and gave me the option to buy a 3 year warranty for a fair price. I have no complaints so far the laptop is running great, I fell in love with it lol, I don't regret walking into this place. read more

had a very minor hiccup that was quickly resolved. Great owner and a place that does provide good quality and service for the money you spend there. Other than an issue with my battery falling out my computer has been fast and effective and able to run all programs necessary. Even being a little out of warranty they are helping me with this issue which shows a lot. Word to the wise, take in immediately no matter how small you think the issue is read more
