Today I went to Erase Spa for my laser hair removal appointment, and I was genuinely excited to…read morebegin my session. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Your website clearly states the estimated length of each laser treatment (for example, full legs - 20 minutes, stomach line - 15 minutes), so I had certain expectations regarding the quality and thoroughness of the service. I arrived early for my appointment and was the only client in the waiting room. After waiting about five minutes, the technician brought me in on time. From the start, there was very little communication. She only asked the standard questions about retinol use, antibiotics, and similar medical information, but she never explained the treatment process or what to expect during the session. What concerned me most was the treatment itself. The technician did not mark or properly assess the treatment areas, and it felt like she was simply guessing rather than being precise. She didn't pause to check that every area had been treated evenly. When I asked her to lower the air pressure because I was uncomfortable, my request was ignored. This location is not the same since the previous technicians left. The level of professionalism and attention to detail has noticeably declined. There was no welcoming atmosphere, no effort to make me feel comfortable, and no sense of structure. What was especially frustrating is that there wasn't a single other client waiting, yet the technician still rushed through my appointment. The session was completed much faster than expected, and I honestly do not believe all of the treatment areas were covered properly. Laser hair removal should be performed carefully and methodically. The technician should be checking that every section is treated evenly rather than rushing through the appointment. As a paying customer, I expect a thorough treatment that matches the standards your company advertises. I left feeling like my appointment was rushed and that I did not receive the quality of care I paid for. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future clients receive the level of service they deserve

I've had laser on most of my body and now I only need to go every couple of months for maintenance since some areas do grow back due to hormones. I could've done that weeks ago, and I would've just bought a 50% off package with the holiday deals and booked my first session if I didn't need to first come in for a 3 minute consult. The front desk staff was nice (though I have no clue what their names were because no one introduced themselves) and I was seen on time, so two stars for that, but three stars off for wasting my time. I've been preparing for weeks to begin laser treatments - no waxing, no sun, only shaving, etc., and now I'm unsure whether I should bother going back or find a different provider. UPDATE: Following my consultation, I received an email soliciting my feedback. I provided it and expressed that I had a poor experience during my consultation but remained interested in purchasing a package and working with a different specialist. No one acknowledged or responded. It now seems I'll be purchasing services elsewhere since Laser Spa doesn't care enough to earn my business with a simple response to an email. I am a 41 year old active woman who would be more active IF I could figure out what is happening with my body. I have sports injuries over the years and child birth set me back, etc. After years of dealing with pain and being told the numbness in my extremities is peripheral neuropathy and that I have possibly fibromalysia, it still does not explain everything even beyond life stresses that affect us physically. I am the type of person who will put up with pain/discomfort until it becomes unbearable and I decide to do something. I often want quick results or relief esp bc something like a massage is not covered by my insurance. I happen to live nearby and saw the reviews when researching massages so decided I need to try it mainly for "pain management." Here is what I like about Revital. 1. location 2. office share space so very welcoming from the minute you get out on the 2nd floor (friendly front desk). 3. ease of making appointment and messaging her if need be 4. she listens & will work on areas you need on that day/moment 5. she makes you feel comfortable 6. heated massage table (i love) or can be turned off 7. last but not least, great massage! I have only been 2x and will continue. I have so many adhesions/knots everywhere in my body and she was not discouraged on where to start (even as doctors are). During my 2nd visit, she went into some specific areas and really helped with my persistent pain that has been occurring. Last but not least, I feel better in the end. I am not cured from my ailments but I am happy to have relief. Worth a try! read more

I almost NEVER write reviews. Generally, the services I use are already well known, so I don't feel the need to. Today is a little different. I found Revital via Yelp reviews, so I think it's only fair that I add my experience. I had the first of what I'm sure will be fairly regular sessions with her today, and it was amazing! I have herniated discs in my neck and back (which I mentioned in my online intake form), and she discussed them with me immediately upon arrival, and recommended the best modality to help alleviate my pain. She warned me that it might be slightly painful, and that I should let her know if it was too much. She was spot on in that it was slightly painful, but it wasn't too much, she was both thorough and attentive, and I feel 10x better now, than I did when I walked in. She was super friendly, professional, and her space is clean and soothing. I highly recommend her, and I will be going back before the month is out for another (longer) session. read more

Revital gave me one of the best massages ever. She listened to what was bothering me and suggested the type of massage that would be best. She specifically worked on the parts of my body that were bothering me showing me she was actually listening...that right there makes her great and different from others I've seen. I don't know about you, but so many ask what's bothering me and do the same old massage that doesn't keep my aches and pains in mind. Her location is very convenient and clean. The lotion she uses is fragrance free and she uses a hot towel to wipe it off when she's done. I've finally found my go to massage therapist!! read more

I have never posted a yelp review before and i opened an account just to write this: I have terrible, chronic back pain and have gone to see multiple professionals in both the USA and Mexico. I can honestly say after one single session I feel much better than I have in a long time. This is without a doubt the best massage I have ever gotten. What's more, she was able to pinpoint the exact spot that was causing me pain, and somehow she was able to target them in a way no one else ever has. I can not recommend this place enough. I sit too much at a computer. I have too much stress. I hurt in multiple places in my back. All of these are things that Revital identified in the 45 minutes I just spent with her. I would have asked for more time if I didn't have meetings. I will definitely be back. In the little time I spent with her, that pain between my shoulder blades has receded and I'm sitting up straighter. I thought the price was worth the expertise of my masseuse who worked for it. 1 hour foot massage was heavenly. The masseuse knows pressure points and techniques and applied really firm pressure. This is not the limp hands unenthusiastic type of cheap-o massage a lot of other places in the neighborhood sell. I ended it with a quick 15 minute back massage where she focused on my shoulders like I asked and was able to annihilate my knots after the 10 hour flight to NYC 2 days prior. She was on top of me pressing down with all her might. I believe she may also be a pro wrestler. I previously went into a different spa before winding up here but I didn't like the pushy attitude so I left. I'm glad I found this spot. They are flexible and super nice. It's also clean and smells good. I asked to start with a 15 minute foot massage because sometimes a massage at a new place is terrible so it's not worth staying for and I asked to bump it up to 1 hour because it was really good! The staff were really nice about my indecision.
