Noisy child yelling, and not a relaxing experience. I have been here twice. I have to say that Lisa has always been very kind, and personable. Nonetheless, when you want a massage - you do not want to talk throughout the entire service, you do not want to hear a crying or whining toddler, and you certainly do not want to hear anyone talking about schedule to walk ins while they are massaging you. The price is lower, and you get a "family" vibe. Lisa is there with her toddler, and husband. They are definitely knowledgeable because the first massage I had wasn't relaxing but I had a deep tissue massage and felt a little better. I put aside the toddler and went back. I have a very busy schedule. I didn't even feel like I had a massage when I left, and I don't feel any better today. I had asked for more pressure. I felt completely ripped off and cheated. I will NOT be back. read more

This place is just as great as ever!!! Such a good price for the quality you get. Hands down the best massage I've ever gotten. read more

Lisa spa - Outside sign - Massage Near Me - New York, New York

If you're not stuck up and care about the QUALITY OF A MASSAGE, Lisa and her husband are the best (Lisa is actually stronger than him!). They've moved upstairs from their previous street level spot, and the space is very small but much nicer! For a chair massage during lunch, this is the perfect spot. read more

Received a fantastic 60 min massage here. The price is fantastic. It's a very simple place it's not a spa. Come here if you want a great massage and nothing more. Massages cost less than $1 per minute for massages here. Most of the massage therapists are from China and they work really hard so be kind and leave them a good tip. read more

I just have to say my massage by___. Was so good! She did a thorough job and really knew how to relax areas like my shoulders without it being too rough. Honestly I think it is the best massage I've had in. Nyc read more

This place was exactly what I was looking for. It's bare bones, but the massage was great and you can't beat the price. I'll definitely be going back here. Lisa was very in tune with what was going on with my back. When I get stressed out or have tension, my back can become very sensitive and start to spasm when touched. She was able to zone in on those sensitive parts and work around them so that my muscles relaxed enough for her to deal with the actual knots. She had more skill than many massage therapists I've seen at places that charge twice the rate. read more

MASSAGE MENU 30 min - $28 45 min - $40 60 min - $48 90 min - $76 Holy shit! I get skeptical of these junky, little Asian massage spas, but this one has an awesome lady who possesses magic hands with so much strength. She literally rolled, kneaded, pushed and forced every kink of pain out of my entire body with the perfect amount of pressure. If you don't speak Mandarin, there might be somewhat of a language barrier and a potential for misunderstanding, so be sure to be very clear when communicating and confirming what you want, how long, how much to pay, etc. Ask for a punch card if you plan on returning. I happened to walk by this hole in the wall, so I ducked in for some (temporary) relief for my chronically stiff neck and back. I had a $10-for-ten-minute massage. It hurt like hell, but when I walked out of there I felt like a million dollars . I went back again a week later and it was just the same. (I have only done the chair massage.) The only reason for four stars instead of five is ... well, I took off one star for ambiance -- or lack thereof. The practice is Qi-Gong Tui-Na. One of the acupressure points she pressed seemed alarmingly close to that pressure point on your neck where they can kill you in a James Bond movie, but never mind, if you can take a very deep massage, I think this place is great. read more

I came here for a 15-min chair massage for pain in my left shoulder, and she immediately determined the problem was due to tightness on the left side of my neck. She worked out all the knots! This is a very no-frills massage place that does deep-tissue Chinese massage. Do not expect anything more for $15. read more

Due to good yelp reviews, while on vacation I went here with my daughter. Horrible massage, very uncomfortable table, poor communication. We both came out and looked at each like ???? $7 was added to the bill with no explanation, then the massage therapist confronted me when I didn't tip, then told me I had to because it was New York. Under pressure I added $5 and was yelled at as we walked out the door. The price for an hour was more than fair and a good tip would've been warranted had the massage been a little better than new student could do. read more

When I walked in here with someone who didn't understand English, and gestures were exchanged I thought oh boy this is gonna be terrible. But I was wrong! I asked for 40 mins and while we were communicating through gestures, she gave me one painful but satisfying back rub. My massager knew where all my kind were and trying to compel them out of my body. It hurt but this is a no frills, the power of massaging compels the pain out of you with pain kinda place! She didn't ask me about the pressure but I also didn't tell her what I wanted I just let her do her thing. I walked out with my kinks gone. This place knows how to massage. read more

Omg I am speechless. The place is dingy but the massage is better then luxury massages . They are sooooooo thorough . I didn't feel rushed at all. One of the best massages I've ever had read more

I stopped in for a quick massage during my lunch break and it was amazing! Lisa did a wonderful 30 minute massage, I will be back again.

Amazing service, they gently work out the tense spots and do really well at locating where you need the most attention. Very friendly service, big plus if you can speak mandarin. read more

I got a 15 min. chair massage next to a kid who was doing homework on a computer at the receptionist's desk.

I went there after checking all reviews and I regret it now. I told her i have waist pain which is main reason for visiting. Even she understands what I said. She only focused on my back. And I even asked her to do more stronger and she kept saying "little by little" and she didn't do stronger At all. Disappointed. And even the room doesn't have anything to leave my clothes and bags. Never go back again. read more

Lisa Lucky Spa was just what I needed today! I got a 15 minute massage and they worked out all of my knots!!! The space was quaint and located just steps from my job. I will be scheduling massages at least once every 2 weeks. read more

Amazing! Helen put the right amount of pressure to get all the kinks out of my tense right shoulder and lower back. I have chronic lower back pain from sitting for long hours in front of the computer but Helen made it feel so much better. Definitely will be coming back. Really great bargain for the quality too. Very attentive constantly checking if I am OK. read more

Very poor massage, very uncomfortable tables. Actually got out of the massage with a really bad headache due to my already existing neck tension. If you have a tense neck, these tables will not be your friend! Also, the oil they used on me smelled like olive oil...which I thought was very strange. You get what you pay for though. Don't expect a good massage for the $40 cheap price. read more

Great massage! She checked in if the pressure was alright and asked if she got the right spots. Would definitely recommend. read more

Massage was very basic and not as amazing at the reviews suggest. Room was extremely small.

Just had an hour deep tissue massage here today. The dude was awesome! Such a great deal! Totally going back!

Despite the modest accommodations Lucys massage is really great and attentive. Have been there twice at it was worth the money.

The man that massaged me couldn't speak English, and had no intention of touching my body. If I didn't say something I think the whole massage would have been through a towel, and only rubbing my back. I expected better. I left feeling upset. My advice is clearly communicate what you want BEFORE he/she starts to work on you, and make sure they understand. Smiling and nodding doesn't always mean, "Yes, I fully understand." read more

Excellent massage in a clean, professional place. My massage therapist Helen was amazing and very professional and skilled. She utilized acupressure, shiatsu and a little Swedish massage techniques. I would highly recommend this great neighborhood spa! read more

Simultaneously the best and cheapest massage I've ever gotten, and ya girl can be picky af. Phenomenal at targeting my pain points without me even asking. Interior was also cozy and felt private. Wrenched my back yesterday. Had 30 minutes to spare. Stopped in without an appointment. They made it happen. Fixed me up. Thank you!!

I have gone to some of the nicest spas in the world but Lucky Lisa has one of the best massages I have ever received !!! Amazing pressure and gets out all the spots. Not the fanciest of spots but definitely recommend for when you need an incredible truly deep tissues massage ! And of course it's a steal ! Check it out :) read more

Great spot!!! In 30 minutes a week of moving stress is cured :)) the staff is so friendly and great at what they do, it's a really kind and comfortable atmosphere full of people that have magic hands. Great Massage, Anna is strong but still sensitive to pain or discomfort. The price is right too, I highly recommend. Appt was easily made.

Excellent go to spa for aches and pains and bodywork. I ve been coming here for about a year and they fix me up well and are so polite. Additionally , the facility is very clean. I highly recommend. Great prices too! read more

This place was great! She helped alleviate the pain from my stiff neck. Definitely coming back.

Good massage. Decent prices and super convenient to my work.

Nice service. Clean environment. I had a back pain, they were very skilled and attentive. I highly recommend it.

Went here during lunch for a massage. I decided to do the 1 hour massage. The space is intimate and quiet. Initially I didn't know what to expect but 10 minutes into the massage I felt relaxed. The woman doing my massage was attentive and took her time to massage each section. I think the highlight was the natural feel. It was unrushed and calming. The unrushed feeling is big for me so it worked out well. The prices were great and the people kind so I may be incorporating Spa time here into my regular schedule. read more
