So, we called Greg and he met us with refreshed batteries and chargers so they'd last when we rode them from all the way to Georgetown, found a restaurant that would let us take them inside and charge them while we ate, and rode back so we could be pictures of the Lincoln Memorial at night! It was so gorgeous! Our day on Greg's Segs stood out as the highlight in our four-day Washington D.C. family vacation. We were able to cover miles and miles of ground and visit more attractions and monuments than we would have ever been able to do without these easy-to-ride city-sized segways. And the best part? The tour was completely customized because Greg lets you take the Segway yourself -- it's a rental, not some boring, one-size-fits-all tour.

Nav called me back promptly on Friday morning, and we made arrangements for me to pick up my scooter that afternoon. Because I needed it just for one day on the weekend, and I own a trailer for my business, I picked up the scooter from them on Friday afternoon, and returned it on Saturday late afternoon. They were extremely accommodating, and wonderfully kind. I had a long is chat with Anupama on Saturday, when I returned the scooter. They have just opened their business because there was nothing in the immediate vicinity, and he wanted to help out people in the community. Terrific Scooters, lovely people, and wonderful service.
