She was able to take us right up to the concert venue & when the concert went over time she waited on us. She knows her way around and we didn't have to fight the traffic that was leaving the venue. We clicked the moment we got in. She has a great personality and made us feel safe & at ease it was like we were talking to the girl next-door in our hometown. We will absolutely use her again . 10 Stars

I called Acab and they were able to pick up my family and take to a motel. Then later after AAA did not respond when they were supposed again- 12:15 AM, the cab co was able to come pick me up and take to the motel. The owner/driver was able to find one of the local constables and we relayed to them that our van was broke down and we would be taking care of it tomorrow and to not have us towed. They also gave me quick run down of the city and where the fine eating establishment were. They know the area well. Big thanks to them.

Apparently, the company used to be much smaller and it seemed that drivers may have had a lot more leeway and freedom. Horizon seems to have expanded significantly and they have had to change the way they do things to adjust to becoming a much bigger company and some of the drivers I have heard talking have been throwing a fit about the change. It is my experience in business that if you cannot grow and change with the times and keep up with the growth of the community and the needs of your customers that eventually you just wither away and the companies that can grow and handle the growth changes are normally the most successful. I saw the guy on here who posted last year saying "Check the BBB" So I did.. This company as I suspected is an A+. I have never had a problem being paid. They, of course, as anyone else will not pay you if you don't do the job you were paid to do. There is a system put in place that they want followed. Certain photos pre and post trip, pre and post trip paperwork that is to be scanned in to your app. If you are not paid, there is a reason for it. There are a few cases where I was charge a 35.00 pick up fee that I did not agree with, but other than that, I get paid what they say I will get paid. And I get paid when I make a delivery with no damage and I turn it the appropriate paperwork. So, with all that being said, I will say that Horizon is a pretty nice place to work so far. We are being paid decent money to see the United States and we get to travel together. I'd say that is a pretty good deal. Thanks Horizon. I may not always agree with every thing you do, but I do appreciate the opportunities you have given us. We enjoy the work and a shout out to our dispatcher Tristan! Who keeps us busy and rolling to nearly all the places we want to go! YOU ROCK!
