Day of, earplugs left in cup holder Day of, reading glasses left car. Floor mats dirty, straw wrapper, change on floor. The admitted they forgot. Twenty two years in business they say. Just no care to this company, they just want that money! I called and discussed my issues with the owner and their solution was a 100 credit towards another booking. So, spend more money with us and we will make THE NEXT trip right. Poor poor customer service. I called back to discuss their offer with the owner and he said "now I'm writing this down". Must have took three times complaining for them to take notice.

I called early today (around noon) to request a ride to the airport at 7:30 this evening as I am…read morecatching a flight out. I was guaranteed a car will be there to pick me up at 7:30 pm. At 7:32, I called to ensure the driver was on his way, and the dispatcher called to find out where the car was only to find out he was still at least 20 minutes away. I understand things happen, however, I got no apology, just a list of excuses and the claim that she has no control over the cars.  What Limousine company has no control over their cars' schedule?   I typically use three rivers limousine, however when I called them previously, they were honest and told me that they did not have availability. I was forced to drive to the airport, pay for parking, and hope that the weather isn't lousy while I'm gone, which is the primary reason I request limousine service to the airport in the winter. Again, I can be forgiving of errors, however, when I call, and am extremely polite (initially), and only get a list of excuses, this is completely unacceptable.  I will ensure to avoid A-1 limousine in the future, and will ensure I provide warning to my colleagues if they need to be somewhere important at a given time.

Many guests were replying on this option for a safe ride to the hotel. Instead, they showed up with a 14 passenger van, claimed the bus was broken down, and provided 1 trip, which took 30 minutes. They did not return to pick up more passengers. They did not answer our phone calls. 36 of our guests were left to find their own way home, which was incredibly dangerous, considering we served alcohol. I attempted to contact Lucky Limo after the wedding, and they blocked our phone number and won't return any emails. We did not receive any sort of refund, even though we paid for far more than we received. Worse yet, no one has acknowledged the dangerous and horrible position they left our loved ones in.
