Did you know: The founder of Vera Bradley -- the brand behind those ubiquitous flowered, quilted bags you see slung on every Hoosier woman's shoulders -- created a hotel? Technically, it was co-created by Barbara Bradley Baekgaard of Vera Bradley, and also Provenance Hotels, known for their boutique hotels. I guess it makes sense to have a Vera Bradley-themed hotel in Fort Wayne, because Vera Bradley's headquarters are in Fort Wayne. Don't tell Vera (or Barbara), but I find VB purses and bags a little dowdy and old-fashioned, and I thought I would step into The Bradley and be greeted with a hotel decked out in the same frumpy aesthetic. But no! The hotel is sleek and modern, yet there are subtle details that feel touched by Vera Bradley's influence. For instance, my room had pops of coordinating colors and patterns mixing together to create a homey but chic look. The whole hotel is like that, really. They could have gone really heavy-handed with the floral prints in this hotel, but they restrained themselves, and the hotel is all the better for it. Beyond the aesthetics, this cute hotel has nine specially designed suites, a rotating art gallery and two restaurants, including a rooftop bar. I didn't get to check out the restaurants or bar, but I definitely am the next time I stay here. (And there will be a next time!) A quick head's up for people thinking of staying here with kids. Kids are absolutely welcome here, but The Bradley doesn't really have the things that a parent and kids might want, like a pool and free breakfast. The Bradley would make a great getaway for adults-only stays! One small thing that vexed me during my stay was that I couldn't take the stairs to go up to my room, which was on the second floor. There are emergency stairs on each floor that go down, but you can't go up them because they are locked on the lobby floor, and unless you enter a code, which only the people who work there know, you can't open the stairs door. My personal ethos is to take the stairs for anything less than four flights, so it really perturbed me to have to use the elevator to go up and down a single floor. But I had no choice! They have an OK fitness center here, with a couple of treadmills and one elliptical, which blessedly was free every time I visited the fitness center. There are also some free weights and cold towels, which were refreshing. One thing to keep in mind is that valet parking is the default. I am a cheapo and don't generally like to use valet, but the only other option was a public lot a couple of blocks away, and that was only slightly less expensive than just doing valet. So I just did valet. For the most part, the valet attendants were quick to get my vehicle, except for check-out morning, when it felt like everyone was waiting for their vehicles at the same time. The Bradley is located right in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne, and it within easy waling distance to what seems like everything, including The Landing, a historic district that has multiple independent shops and restaurants. read more

Honestly I don't know why it has all these bad reviews. It's a cute boutique hotel, check in was easy, front desk was friendly and efficient. Bedroom was a normal size and the beds were really comfortable. Bathroom was nice too and shower pressure was great and it got hot very quickly. The restaurant downstairs was great too, bartender is awesome, had dinner there one night and breakfast each morning. Food was pretty good! Not overly priced either. It's in a great location where you can walk to lots of restaurants! Valet was always friendly, only one afternoon I couldn't park so I ended up circling for a while. The rooftop bar is cute. Gym was small but had everything you needed with nice equipment. Overall I really enjoyed my stay! read more

I have since been back and our last visit was much better. We had the right sheet set this last time and we had wonderful service. We brought our dog as it is dog friendly. I think our initial stay was a one off occurrence and I plan to come back again. Still not a five star experience as I do find it odd that you can't take the stairs to the rooms which would have been nice with a dog and the parking situation can be difficult especially in the colder months. read more

Update - Upon checkout, I discussed the issues noted in my first review with the gal at the front desk. She was horrified by how I was treated by her colleague, although not entirely surprised. She apologized profusely, yet seemed to know who I had interacted with. She let me know that her manager would reach out when he arrived at 1 pm. He reached out much earlier (around 8 am) via text and took $100 off the bill and promised to address my feedback. That's definitely a positive, so I gave one star back. However, I'm still baffled by how much went wrong from the lack of cleanliness in the room to systems in conflict with each other to adversarial attitudes from staff. read more

I made the reservation months before an event at the hotel thinking it was the Bradley Hotel directly as it was the first internet search that came up. It showed photos of the Bradley, etc etc and featured a king balcony suite as a special...So I called and they answered "reservation desk", since they didn't say the hotel name I asked if this was the Bradley and was told they were the booking agency for the hotel. Okie dokie, made the reservation. The day before I get to the hotel I called the number that sent via text a confirmation and verified a balcony room and was told by "reservations" it was in the 4th floor right by the restaurant. Ok, I get there and the front door automatically opened up for me, and someone came to me, took my suitcase, asked if I wanted valet service for parking, which is $30 a night (I was not advised of this by "reservations"). I loved the service and had my tips ready for the young men helping me. To go on with the story, I get to my room and it is a very small king room with no balcony on the 2nd floor...hmmm what's going on? I told the porter this was the wrong room. So we went downstairs to the front desk. Grant Richardson was one of the three staff members on duty. He was on the phone and waited on me when he finished. I told him the situation, and he researched my reservation telling me I booked it through Expedia, which I didn't... Turns out, this was a 4th party travel agency going by the hotel/777 and charged me over $500 for a $100and something room for two nights. This "reservation" company charged crazy fees and didn't reserve the right room booking it with Expedia. I was not happy at all. Although there was nothing that the staff could do, Grant explained what happened and showed me the internet site. This bs caused me great anxiety as the room I thought I was reserving was to be used by several people to clean up and change after decorating for a bridal shower at the hotel. So we were jammed into a small room trying to get ready. Anyway after two weeks of bs with the "reservation" company, they finally gave me a small refund, so be careful and make sure you are dealing directly with The Bradley. Why would anyone use another party to book with Expedia, and I couldn't understand why the hotel kept telling me it was an Expedia booking until, Grant and God bless this man, researched it for me! I reached out to his manager but have yet to hear from him. I want the hotel to know if the great service he provided. This 4th party company also put charges on my account twice, then removed them, we still can't figure out what they were for... Back to the hotel. If you are a downtown couple and enjoy the city experience this is perfect for you location wise. Nice staff, my room was very clean. I do wish it had a coffee maker as I'm not one to go out for coffee when I wake up and nobody wants to see an old lady walking around in her robe... I didn't get to use the restaurant, but the venue room was clean, spacious and had very good waitresses and a bartender. We weren't crowded at all. The food was adequate for the bridal shower event. We made reservations for the bride and groom to stay the wedding weekend and they loved it. And being young, they went and explored the area. The room was decorated nicely. The halls had interesting art work. I liked it. I didn't like the text thing to speak with the hotel, but I guess it's what done these days. And they were prompt in responding to me when I needed my car and porter. read more

We had a great stay at The Bradley! We were in town for a conference and decided to stay downtown. The Bradley was a great choice because of its central location to fine dining and the best coffee shop ever (Kanela). The hotel is chic and youthfully decorated with deep, navy blues and bronze hardware. The public spaces were spotless! The Wi-Fi was a little slow, so don't plan on streaming anything, but as long as you have a Netflix login you'll be fine. We will definitely return the next time we're in town. read more

The parking is less than ideal but there is valet, and if you choose not to utilize it they're helpful with instructions to find your own parking. This review is for the girls considering this boutique hotel for the wedding stay! Honestly my complaints are limited but I do have a couple so let me tell you. 1. The bed sheets were covered in some weird rust we chalked up to the state of the washing machines but it still made us uneasy so we asked for a room change and were quickly accommodated. 2. There is no room service which was suuuccchhh a bummer to learn when we got there. And the service down at the lobby was so slow. 45 min for a burger and salad that ended up having to be returned bc the portion was abysmally small. 3. The receptionist Bre. She was so unhelpful, didn't know anything and refused to try and help us, seemed disinterested in even working the front desk, and it kind of hurt the experience bc she was the person at the front desk for 75% of our stay. Praises for the hotel. 1. Jonathan and Billy were saints. They were amazing and had pride in what they were doing. Any problem i came to them with they had a solution. 2. Although dinner/ lunch service is painfully slow it's really yummy food. The bar on the 5th floor also makes amazing drinks. 3. Valet was quick and efficient! they were sooo cool and were great at being on it. Overall the Bradley is a hotel I would stay at again in a heart beat. read more

The Bradley has a whimsical boutique vibe, it is warm and comfortable. We were greeted with a smile from the moment we entered, staff members consistently went above and beyond expectation. The Bradley has an onsite restaurant, The Arbor, which had a phenomenal menu, plus a cafe and a rooftop bar, Birdies. Aside from the onsite restaurant/bar/cafe, it is conveniently located within walking distance of countless restaurants and bars, and is less than 0.1 miles from The Landing. From the time that we arrived until we checked out we were impressed. We are looking forward to staying again in the future. read more

This hotel is located perfectly in a nice area of Fort Wayne with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The Tin Caps ballpark and Starbucks are both about half a mile away and an easy walk on flat roads. The hotel is nice and has an Ian Schrager feel to it. ( Ian developed hotels like the W) I took a star off for the bathroom amenities.. the toilet paper is poor and our shower door leaked a lot... other than that it's a great choice if you are looking for a clean, hip hotel. Parking structure across the street is only 5 bucks or so... maybe 8 bucks overnight but it's super easy. read more

Had to request housekeeping to clean the room. Took over 2 hrs to come and they only made the beds. Wet towels, trash, etc was a left unattended. The next day, they left fresh towels but didn't make the beds! Stain on bedding and dust on lampshades. Valet was not helpful at all luggage. They also have their own restaurant and bar inside the hotel and the rooftop features about the best view you can ask for (remember you are in Fort Wayne). We mostly enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. I think they are still working out some kinks, but it's clearly the best hotel in town, well located downtown. The room was small but well decorated (duh). The lights and tv worked, the black out curtains also did their job. Yay. I think we are entering a new age for hotels (perhaps especially during covid), as this is the first place I've stayed with no phone in the room, and also nothing to make a warm drink. (Please reconsider and go British w/ a tea kettle!) No "do not disturb" signs for the door either. But since extra towels are service are more in call (via text), maybe they figure those are superfluous. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was good and hot, so kudos for getting the basics. The towels and toiletries provided were nothing extraordinary, just fine. Perk that we enjoyed was the loaner bikes. When they ever get replaced, I recommend getting some that can be better adjusted. (The one tool they had didn't work that well and seats kept falling and twisting), but very nice that they thought of such a thing. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. The most off-putting experience was breakfast on day 2. And let me first say: breakfast day one was fast, seamless and impressive. But day 2- somehow our order got lost in the shuffle and after an hour we finally inquired when the whole dining room was filled to the brim and plates seemed to be coming out one at a time, about every 10-15 minutes. Disappointing when you're one of the first ones in the dining room and are itching to hit the road. Staff was apologetic and all, but it was just a bummer to end on that note. But! We all have a bad day now and then and when we get back to Ft W, we'd stay here again. We were impressed with the city overall. Wishing more good things for the Hoosier state's 2nd largest city! read more

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. It started with valet parking my car and easy check in. I was appointed a beautiful room on the 5th floor (513) which was so helpful because I was setting up a display table for my job in Birdie's rooftop bar. The bar staff are incredible and handle crowds with ease and patience. Jacqueline, Ariel, and the entire team make some awesome drinks and the hostesses are friendly and were helpful getting me in early to get set up. I did this two nights in a row and both nights they also had a delicious taco/nacho buffet for our large group. This is THE place to stay in Fort Wayne. The awesome bars and restaurants are all one or two blocks away at the most. I felt safe and the city was clean in this area. We were also holding meetings in the Allen room both mornings. On the final day, I left my laptop under the table we were projecting from, and Brent Pope reached out to me and was nice enough to mail it back to me AT NO CHARGE. What a relief and what a gracious, upscale thing to do. Honestly, Lindy was the most helpful, patient hostess for our large groups and the breakfast and especially lunch were delicious and impressive. We didn't have to do a thing. This was my first visit but when I am in the area this is where I plan to stay. Bravo to the entire team. read more

While this place looks nice, I don't think it's worth the hype or the money. There are very few amenities. One of the in-house restaurants was closed, with no warning, during our entire stay, which was a bummer because we were planning to eat there. Our TV barely worked our first night there and didn't work at all our second night. Staff did come up to help us try to fix it, but it just wouldn't cooperate that second night, which kind of ruined the evening because we were planning to stay in and watch a movie. There are no in-room amenities like a coffee maker. When I went down to the in-house coffee cafe to buy a cup, the staff didn't seem to expect a customer and then sold me the very last of a pot, which left me with half a cup of gritty coffee. There's also no in-room phone, so when we needed help, we went downstairs to the front desk each time. The gym has a Peloton stationary bike, with literally no indication that there's a way to use this without our own account. I learned after leaving a review elsewhere that we could have asked at the front desk, but we didn't know that. It seemed like we just weren't able to use the bike at all. Overall, while the place looks upscale, it really isn't. I would not recommend. read more

Birdies is a great rooftop bar with an awesome view of downtown. Arbor is a cozy breakfast spot. The food and drinks are top notch. The interior design of The Bradley is very well done. It has all the appearances of a nice, boutique hotel. Sadly the hotel management and service level don't live up to that promise. We travel a lot and stay in many hotels in different cities so we have a lot of experiences to compare to. The Bradley staff seemed untrained and consistently unprepared. I lay the bad service at the feet of hotel management as clearly the training was lacking. For example, when we arrived it was quite hot out and two workers were standing out front in the shade chatting. They were dressed like bellmen or valets, however neither of them bothered to acknowledge us or offer to help with our luggage. We walked over and grabbed a luggage cart from directly in front of them and unloaded our bags. Another older couple was doing the same thing in the heat while these two just watched and never offered to help. When we asked the front desk if those two were supposed to help the woman said, "they normally would but it's so hot today." We were gobsmacked at that. I wonder why they are paying those workers if they are not going to work? The rooftop bar was similarly well designed with nice interior decor. However their wine program is a mess. We ordered a couple of glasses and received old, possibly corked glasses of wine. Again the staff didn't seem trained or experienced in basic service for a hotel of the caliber they are trying to be. Essentially, the staff was on par with a Holiday Inn Express, but The Bradley is trying to present itself as a boutique hotel. Sadly, they are all looks and no service. This hotel needs a serious reboot on how it trains the staff and how it creates a sense hospitality. read more

My husband surprised me for my birthday with an evening stay at The Bradley to myself! This hotel is nicely decorated, check in was quick, and the room was clean, bed was comfy (I do love a firm mattress) and plenty of pillows. I slept well, hallways noise was non-existent, the shower was nice. Once checked in on the way to the elevator I heard a guy asking the front desk if they had water for sale, the lady said that they do not have a market. He was behind me to get on the elevator, I had brought a lot of bottles of water and gave him one. There were no bottles of water in the room either. This is one thing I thought all hotels provided (possibly at a cost, but I've most always had bottles in my room). There was a water refill station on the 5th floor, (I assume on all floors), but that is assuming you have a bottle to refill. There were 4 Old Fashioned sized glasses provided in the room, so I guess you could take those to the water station. I ordered my dinner using a delivery service, as my goal for the evening was to relax in the room. Once I was finished I went in the hallway looking for a trash receptacle but didn't find one so went downstairs to find one. I searched the 1st floor to find nothing, even went outside of the building thinking I'd find something. Came back in to stand in line of what seemed like some sort of reunion as all of the staffs attention was on their group of guests. Finally a man met me to ask if he could help, he said he could take my trash and it disappeared behind the check in desk. It was 7 and I thought a cup of hot tea would be the perfect thing to take back to my room. I asked him if I could get hot water or tea, he said the Arbor was closed but to check up on their rooftop restaurant. I went to the place, stood in line behind a guy talking to the hostess to get a table, while the reunion from downstairs had taken the other elevator and came in behind me. The hostess skipped right over me and got with them to see how she could help. A. I was in sweat pants on my relaxing trip B. I understand these folks had come in to enjoy a 12$ sandwich, but my husband had spent a good amount of money on the room, I just turned around and walked out thinking I'd come back when it wasn't busy. I apologize for not being dressed for the restaurant, I was not planning to be standing there. I later went back to the hostess and she let me know they do not have hot water or hot tea. I don't think this is a unique request, I don't think 7 pm is too late for this request. I understand the hotel wants to provide the guest with a "full service coffee bar in the lobby featuring locally roasted Utopian coffee, an experience they could not create in the rooms with a standard coffee maker" (per another review), which works if it could be available when the guest wants a hot beverage, but if that's not going to be available, a standard coffee pot in the room would be more than acceptable to any coffee/tea drinker. In the morning I went down to find the Arbor open, I ordered coffee and granola and yogurt to take back to my room. They should maybe offer sacks for food as I had to do some juggling (2 cups of coffee so I didn't have to come back down). The morning was quiet, checkout was a breeze. And I'm back home tonight enjoying a cup of hot tea. This place is nice, I think cheaper hotel chains have more useful amenities, I assume customers are paying for the Bradley name and upholstered headboard, but I don't think I will choose this hotel again for the kind of stay I was looking for. If you need to be right downtown FW and want to take in the city, this is probably a great place for you! read more

Made a reservation in April for a Balcony King Suite for a 5 night stay over the July 4th. Arrived to find out the room on my confirmation was not available. It was my understanding the Suite was available for the first two nights of my stay but was not offered because they couldn't accommodate all five nights. The Room Manager told me that the Suites were all reserved on other reservations. He could not explain why my reservation was less important than the others. They put me in a smaller room and offered a credit on the nightly rate. If you decide to stay at this hotel I suggest calling multiple times ahead of arrival to reconfirm your reservation. Apparently having a confirmation number upon arrival is no guarantee. read more

We booked The Bradley for our National Sales Meeting and we brought in 36 guests from all over the country. The hotel facilities were fantastic, all of our guests enjoyed their rooms. We rented out Birdie's for an evening reception and we could not be more pleased with how that event went, the food was amazing and the staff friendly and helpful. We also rented out all 3 of their conference rooms for an entire day and booked breakfast and lunch with them. The food was all very good, however they were very short staffed, they ran out of coffee for 20 minutes (not good after an evening at Birdie's) and the lunch was 20 minutes late being served as they only had 1 person managing the lunch for a total of 66 people. Also the AV equipment was not up to par for the venue, the microphone was very poor quality and the projector and screen were not great either. The biggest issue that we had was one of our guests had an expensive bicycle that was double locked on his van stolen from behind the hotel and then the next night had a homeless man harass and threaten him while he was showing his van to another one of our guests. Hotel management finally asked the homeless man to leave. Our guest was not injured but felt very violated and was shocked this happened at such a nice facility. There are no cameras on the building outside at all. Overall we are happy with The Bradley and would recommend them for a business conference, hopefully they can clean up the problems we had so they can compete with the Hilton and Grand Wayne Center. read more

This is a beautiful hotel, but they do not care about their customers. My best friend and I decided to do a mom staycation and we booked a room at this hotel. We were very excited to have a night away from children and be able to get a good nights sleep. For the price of the room, that should've been a given. Unfortunately, our room was right by the flags that they have outside of their building. It was a very windy night and the flags were extremely loud going back-and-forth. I had a terrible night sleep and was left with a sour taste in my mouth when all that was said to address the unpleasantness was we are sorry. Thanks for letting us know. We will use this to make future stays better. They could have at least paid for breakfast. What a bummer. I will most definitely not be going back, because of the lack of care and the lack of amenities. The only thing they have to offer is a fitness center. There's no coffee maker in the rooms, no pool, and $25 valet to park in FORT WAYNE. Ummm, not sure they realize it's free parking on the weekends downtown. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere that cost a heck of a lot less, has more to offer, and cares about their customers. read more

Took the family here for Thanksgiving and had a terrible experience. Service was incredibly slow even with only a moderately full dining room. Waitstaff was uninterested and needed to be asked for the basics multiple times, food was lukewarm, coffee was cold. Dirty dishes were left on clean tables, bartender made excuses and huffed and puffed about how busy she was so she was "bound to forgot something," staff walked by multiple times without asking patrons if anything else was needed. The lackluster experience was a topic of conversation among us diners and made it all a bit more amusing, but disappointing nonetheless. Decor is lovely but it's clear that the front line staff simply aren't prepared to provide high end service. read more

This hotel was gorgeous! There was easily a good photo opt at every angle in there. I wanted to splurge for a night out of town and this was the perfect place to do that. Parking was an absolute nightmare, ended up parking at a friends and had to Uber elsewhere. I think they should put better signage on the back end of the building to better inform everyone on parking. We didn't get to try the restaurants but did have a coffee in the morning. The staff for the restaurant wasn't very nice but overall really great atmosphere and stay. Would definitely return. read more

While I appreciate Business Owner (very belated as 3x called prior) reply, factually no "billing confusion" exists, you took money and likely have done same to many others. Check in staff says "running card in case room incidentals" and the hard charges card $20, does not credit back at checkout tho nothing charged to room. At best your SOP is poor but unlikely was just me, you may owe tens of thousands of dollars to hundreds or thousand prior guests. I called in last week, polite person on phone did not know owner name I referenced and I am not working that hard for $20. Suffice to say there is a reason this place had 2.9 rating with good number of reviews. Kind of amateur hour imo. I will not keep updating as when we hold our Ft Wayne meeting next year I will insist we stay somewhere with parking, staffing, working phones and TVs in rooms, WiFi that works.....you know, hotel stuff. read more

Let's just say the decor at The Bradley Hotel is gorgeous. That's just about it, but they don't offer ANY of the amenities that most hotels offer. No microwave, parking is 4 blocks away, no iron, tv remote didn't work properly in both room. The furniture is dingy and just outdated looking. There are no snacks for purchase and water/soda is $3 per bottle. I won't return. It's not at all what I expected. read more

Where do I begin?? I contacted the hotel earlier in the week regarding the possibility of making a reservation with this hotel. It's important to note that we primarily stick with Marriott and Hilton. When I google the hotel, I saw a great suite rate with Expedia. Thinking about the information I've read over the years about Expedia bookings going astray, I contacted the hotel and booked directly with their reservation department. The representative, Stephanie, was very kind and said she'd love to handle my reservation for me and could match the Expedia price. Knowing that we were traveling with a tween boy, I told the agent that we needed to ensure we had a suite with separate sleeping accommodations. She recommended a premier king suite that would include a pullout sofa with around 400-600 sq ft. Upon checking in I told valet we would be using their service for the vehicle. There was no offer to assist with luggage (even to place bags on the curb). We entered the hotel and were greeted by 3 men at the front. He confirmed that we were staying for 2 nights but did not identify the room class or type. It was later noted that other guest were given details on the hotel and offered water, we were not given this treatment. Upon going to the 5th floor and entering the room we were shocked to find a room with only one bed. We went back to the front desk and shared that we had booked with Stephanie and reserved a premier king suite. One of the men acting as a manager said " our suites have been booked for 2-3 months." This was inaccurate information at least based on the Expedia offerings. Remember, we booked with the hotel reservation line that we were connected to by their front desk clerk. The manager did not try to accommodate us and treated me as if I was lying. It's important to note, we were the only minorities we witnessed in the hotel including staff and the manager said to us if we were not pleased he would rather we leave. We had considered staying after speaking with another agent who said she saw suites available and could not understand why they were not offering to assist us. After the reservation agent called, he tried to offer free valet accommodations. I was adamant that I don't need nor want anything free. We pay for service and that's what I want. The manager continued to use condescending language and tried to incite an explosive dispute so he'd have a reason to say we have to leave. Of course, we never raised our voices or disrespected him or anyone else,. This perpetual tone of not being welcome from the staff, forced us to seek respectful accommodations and service. I could NEVER recommend this place for anyone especially people of diverse ethnicities. We never got loud and even asked the manager not to discuss this in the open with other guest coming to the registration area. We are people of class and respect. We believe ALL people should be treated with respect even those we do not agree with, so we wanted to keep everything professional and respectful. Even our special needs child was adamant about not being comfortable staying there with the tone and lack of respect we were treated with. We proceeded to Marriott and received the world class service we are used to. If we could give 0 stars would be more appropriate. read more

The hotel is beautiful and rooms are pretty. Bathroom is nice Food was good. But....we had no maid service for the 4 days we were there. Staff delivered towels when asked. Just not up to par for a "boutique " hotel. Perhaps Staffing is an issue. Hope the hotel rectifies the situation read more

My whole family stayed here for my grandmothers funeral thinking it was a nice hotel we were wrong. There is absolutely no parking. No place to even pull up and unload your car. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no coffee or water in any of the rooms. No ice machine. They only gave us one role of toilet paper and no room service at all. No one took out our trash or made the beds. There isn't even a phone in the room to call for service. The bartenders gave an attitude when you asked for a drink even though our whole family was tipping well we could barely get a drink even when it wasn't busy. This was absolutely the worst hotel that missed multiple main service points for a good experience. Our whole family was disappointed. Will NOT be back read more

This was my second time staying at the Bradley since it opened. I must say it's almost become the destination rather than just a place to stay. I try to look for reasons to visit Ft. Wayne. What a Gem. Beds and showers are divine. Food is wonderful. Birdies up on the roof is a gorgeous restaurant with an upscale yet casual vibe. I would recommend making a reservation if you want to eat there. The valets are great, super fast and friendly. Magically whisk your car away and make it reappear with a simple text. Overpriced,rude and really didn't care how our stay was. We were there for a wedding and booked over 10 rooms. They forced you to stay for 2 nights when you only need 1. 1 roll of toilet paper (that's all we got) 1 room had no towels, the rest 2 towels. If you needed additional shampoo you text and pray they come within the hour. One of our rooms flooded and he got ftee breakfast. Oh and there is NO parking they have 10 spots. Meter parking... good luck. Oh and they have 2 I repeat 2 luggage carts for the WHOLE hotel...let me add 1 was sitting with luggage from another customer checking in, who was coming back hours later. Let me not forget couple of us try to check in early and it was a straight up NO and the others were charged 25.00.. I have stayed at 5 star hotels and never have I had to pay for early check in if rooms were available and trust me rooms were available. . I thought I was being duped at this hotel. Manager Bobbie was too busy to take my call and Never called me back. I even got a text about how my stay was and I responded Terrible. NO RESPONSE! Downtown is convenient but that is all.. birdies closed at 10.. ghost town.. our stay was a Friday and Saturday night. Last thing I could go on for days. NO ICE.. seriously brought you ice to your room in a zip lock bag. Please tell me this stay was a joke and I have won millions. $$ stay away and take a Uber From a 2 star hotel. read more
