Our problem was critical due to front wall separation. So they worked to squeezed us into their shop the day we were passing through the area on our trip. They let us plug into power when we arrived the night before. Then the next morning they quickly started work on our coach promptly at 7am. They not only fixed our wall separation issue but also helped button up a few other issues we were having and updated our system software as well. Every service tech was extremely helpful and friendly. They had excellent communication from start to finish! We were thoroughly impressed with their work and would highly recommend Thor Industries. We also had the opportunity to take a factory tour during our stay, which was a highlight of our trip! Thank you THOR!!

The staff is friendly and willing to help anyone with anything. The campground has various types of campsites. They range from fully shaded to side by side pullthroughs. They also have a tent area reserved especially for the tent camper. There is a clean bath house which include showers. Each site provides electric and water, including the tent sites. Over all Springhill Campground and Pay Pit is clean, fun, family oriented and a very pleasant experience.
