Business sent a text message day prior to let know who my driver was going to be. Our driver was Margaret, she had very strong communication skills, very good driver, and very friendly! I alerted her our flight to Midway was delayed and she monitored our flight and arrived promptly for pick up even at 3:30 in the morning. She was very friendly and drove us to our destination with no issues. They have extra charging ports for all passengers, climate control system in their vehicles. Their cars are roomy even with 4 suitcases and 4 passengers riding in the back. I accidentally left my laptop in the backseat after our ride concluded and they were prompt to notify me and returned my bag. I love that they take pride in their work and they made our experience very enjoyable! I also love that they are a veteran owned business. I highly recommend their services.

I regularly take busses 3 hrs to airports in New England. The cost is similar, but those buses…read moreleave on time, there is free coffee, and there are chargers. The website makes any cancellations clear. In contrast, last month I took a Coach bus that arrived at the first stop 10 minutes late and left 20 minutes late. My spouse and sister in law have been in separate situations where the buses never showed up with no notice. They had already purchased tickets online, but the company refused to refund. Last year, I tried taking the bus from Chicago to South Bend, and the driver told me they were 2 hrs behind schedule. I could either wait 2 hours for the South Bend bus or hop on to go to Michigan City. Improving the communication system to communicate delays could significantly improve customer satisfaction. This is an unreliable way of traveling, but there are sadly no other good options.

We were in South Bend about a month and a half ago to attend the Notre Dame vs. Louisville game. We flew into Chicago, grabbed about 12 of his buddies, and made the drive up to our hotel in South Bend, which was a few miles from the stadium. We didn't know how big of a deal parking for the game was going to be around the stadium, or how bad the traffic was going to be after the game, and since there was 12 of us, we decided to get a bit crazy, and rent a party bus to take us to the game, and then hopefully get us out of there afterwards. Afterwards, we had dinner reservations at the Lasalle Grill, therefore we had to get there quickly afterwards. We dialed up Michiana Party Bus, and they had a great special going on, therefore we booked their service. Their service was great from start to finish, with the booking going very smoothly, and the ride was great. We got a tour of South Bend, stopped at Fiddler's Heath for a Guinness or two, then went to Notre Dame Stadium. The game ended in a a Louisville win, which my cousin loved, and off we went to our dinner reservations. We made dinner right at the time of our reso, which was great. I would recommend Michiana Party Bus to anyone who is in the Elkhart or South Bend area!
