I was consistently impressed with Luis's earnest personality and his willingness to take time with me to get things done right. I sat at his desk as he called around to ensure that we could get the correct OEM bumper for the car. During the course of the repair, Luis called to explain two necessary delays. Once, a part he planned on salavaging could not be salvaged, so he needed to order a part. On the second occasion, he discovered he needed a proprietary fastener from Mazda to ensure that my bumper stayed tightly attached. Although no one likes waiting for their car to be fixed, I appreciated his efforts to keep me informed and to provide me the best possible repair. Then, the car was ready. The surface was smooth and glossy and the paint match was about as good as I could ask for (there's always a slight difference between plastic bumpers and metal fenders). The rest of the car also received a good wash before they returned it to me. No one likes to spend money on repairs, and paint work is just inherently expensive.
