I walked in last night for a manicure and pedicure and was greeted by the owner (sorry didn't get your name) but she was the sweetest lady ever! She was very friendly and great customer service! I believe Kate is the one who did my nails and she was amazing! She made sure they looked perfect and I agreed they did! She did a great job and can't wait to go back again next week! I must say the owner is a doll! She is so nice and welcoming but not in-your-face attention just the right amount to make you feel welcomed and comfortable! I stumbled across this place by accident and boy was I impressed, just walking into this place and the music and the decor was beautiful. I was greeted as I was walking in the door once inside this lovely young lady helped me pick a color for my no chip manicure and pedicure. Ive had experiences where I'm rushed with my no chip manicure and pedicure but they take there time with you.The lady who did my pedicure and no chip manicure took her time and was very detailed with her work.I will have to say this is my go to salon without a doubt. read more

Yesterday afternoon my friend decided that we needed mani-pedis immediately and we started walking up down the street to find a nail salon. Lucky for us Revamp was the first one we found. Lynda did an amazing, amazing manicure and pedicure for me. This was a first class experience and I've been to many, many salons and spas in my time. Lynda suggested a new color for me that was exactly to my taste. She tweaked my manicure colors by layering two sheers to get the perfect clean look and it was so much better than my previous color choice. My cuticles look fantastic, nails filed evenly and smooth. I appreciate Lynda's communication style and just the right amount of chatting. I don't live in the neighborhood but I will absolutely return for Lynda's superb service. read more

I was in town for my best friend's wedding and decided to go get my nails done here because they had the best reviews. They did not disappoint! -super friendly and professional. -They speak great English! -It is clearly their priority to make you comfortable and happy. -They are so knowledgeable, skilled, and cautious. -The place is cute and clean with a great selection and unbeatable prices! After extremely disappointing experiences at other nail salons, attempting to get a satisfactory powder dip manicure, I had low expectations for Revamp. However, Diana, at Revamp changed mind after giving me a beautifully perfect powder dip Manicure. I now have a salon I can go to with confidence. This place gets 2 stars because of management, not the nail techs job! I've been going here for less than a year, on and off. The nails techs are great, they overall do a great job. The managers have always provided horrible.. horrible services, in person and over the phone. I.e, after he informed me they don't do full set for gel, I told him I would call back since both appointments were for gel sets. He hung up on me. And previously, after a mishap on matte no chip set, he re-did them a different day and rudely told me I didn't need to tip him and left my money hanging from my hand without eye contact. I haven't had a Mani Pedi in a really long time and really needed one. I was able to get an appointment on the same day during the evening. When I walked in the owner of greeted me with a friendly smile. My nail technician is named Angie and she did an excellent job. Usually when I get a regular manicure pedicure it chips after a week but mine still looks great after two weeks. They have a great cash deal where it is $32 for regular mani pedi . Wiith credit card it's 35. I will definitely be returning. read more

Cannot say enough great things about this nail salon, and I'm thrilled to have it in the neighborhood. My friends and I live all over, and usually get manis or pedis at least once a month - this is hands down our favorite spot. Lynda (the owner) is wonderful, warm, and extremely professional - she clearly takes pride in her work, and goes the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. Is this place under new management or something? I have been coming here every few months the last three years, and today when I brought my mom with me, our entire experience was completely different than usual and off. About two minutes in to picking our polish color, an employee started rushing us and aggressively suggesting colors. She got us all mixed up and I felt super rushed to pick a color, and ended up choosing one I wasn't sure about. My nail technician was really rough when pushing my cuticles back, and cut them super quickly. First time I've ever been hurt here. I looked over at my mom getting her nails done and her technician was throwing coats of paint on. I changed my mind on the color before my technician started painting my nails, and they showed their annoyance and made a sarcastic remark. At the end I was asked if I want the hand massage, and I said yes, and that was rushed, also done standing up. Needless to say, my no chip is all uneven and bumpy. My mom's manicurist went over her cuticles, the whole thing looks sloppy. They used to use sterilized tools here but I didn't notice either of our technicians opening a fresh package in front of us. After reading these reviews I really hope that we don't get cuticle infections. When I went to pay with my card, they didn't even include an option to tip on my card. Thankfully my mom had a $20 and we asked for change and they seemed annoyed, they gave us a ten and two fives which didn't give us much choice on what to tip. I used to be loyal to this place because they used sterilized tools, had a pleasant and relaxing vibe with good customer service and music, but all that is gone now. I am now searching for a new nail salon nearby. read more

I have been coming here for years and USED to love the place. Unfortunately the owner became the manager and things went down the hill. The technicians are great but good luck getting to them. The manager always accepts every appointment at your desired time (her English is very limited) and when you show up she is scrambling to find someone to help you. I am in love! The salon is immaculate, professional and so accommodating. I've been seeing the same technician since I first tried this salon, she did an excellent job and has been since ( Ania ). True professional , willing to help whatever the situation and passionate about her work. I have never been rushed , any request about change in designs mid service to extended massage time has never been an issue, unlike at other places where you're made to feel as though they are doing you a favour... in the pictures below you will see my amazingly festive Christmas nails by Ania! It's No chip Gel polish , combination of Gelish, OPI and IBD . They use Gelish base and top coat , which are my favourite gel brand - I've never had any chips from them. My favorite nail salon ever. Quality of service is exceptional. Pedicures and manicures are done extremely well and last longer than any others I've had (barring gel, which I did once and hated because it was so difficult to get off). The nail technicians are professional and friendly, but they don't engage in any chatter with clients or each other, so the atmosphere is pretty quiet (only soft music playing) and relaxing. I have been coming to this salon for over a year and have had a wonderful experience. Last week I decided to get a dip manicure for the first time. I was really disappointed in the results as they chipped within the first few days. Revamp fixed them right away, no questions asked. Two days later the nails chipped again. The entire staff was so friendly and offered to take off the dip manicure and replace it with a no chip at no cost. This place is great and will be my only nail salon from here on out. read more

I love this place. I brought my sister in shortly after they opened for her 21st birthday and more recently I went in for a no chip mani and a pedicure to prep for a show for work. Anya was amazing. I picked out a color that I knew I wasn't going to love, but dress code for work states "pale pink." I mentioned this and Anya brought over four other colors to show me and test on my nails. One of the ones she recommended was perfect and I walked away with a pale pink that was more beige and it was perfect! I hate wearing pink nails and am so grateful to have found a color I don't have to suffer through my work season with. Plus my nails look awesome. I want to try a dip manicure next. read more

Great location and the customer service used to be superb. Unfortunately it became crowded and the technicians skill level became unpredictable. Some of them are plain rude. After calling in to see i could come in a few minutes and got 'sure come in' and then actually show up in 15 mins from I called and get a look from the people 'did you have an appt? Who do you think you are?' look and be assigned with technician who seem really don't want to be there not once but twice, i think it is wise to stay away. read more

At the beginning I had a very nice experience at Revamp. I went 3 times. I thought, I found my new nail salon. But one time I had a no chip manicure with nail art I paid in total $70. My manicure looked great but at the end of the week my nails started to chip!! I ask I they can fixed, the owner says yes, but when I went a couple days later (by that time it was almost 2 weeks with that manicure) the manager of Revamp says that she couldn't do that for me, because usually No chip manicure is just up to two weeks. Even though I explain her that my manicure started to chip during the week I got it done! She says no again. I asked for at least remove the rest of the manicure and she says, you have to pay the full price for no chip manicure... so I leave. I never will come back again.
