AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. I made a huge mistake coming…read morehere. The location felt sketchy from the start, but l ignored the red flags because I trusted them with my cards. Biggest mistake I could've made. I brought 23 cards in for cleaning. While a couple came back cleaned, 1 am convinced at least 4 of my cards were swapped out. There were no receipts, no documentation on their end, and absolutely zero accountability for what was handed over versus what was returned. The only reason I believe I got my Shadowless Blastoise back is because I had picture proof and personal records of the card before bringing it in. If I didn't, I honestly don't think I would have seen it again. The entire experience was stressful and uncomfortable. Tony acted shady throughout the process, he held onto the red cheek, Pikachu and the Misty the entire time and I thought he was going to do a good job on cleaning those two cards instead one look like it wasn't touched, and the other one looked like it was swapped because as you could see in the picture, I did not have a bend in the corner and when I mentioned my banned Misty card, he immediately offered to buy it from me. That instantly raised major red flags. To make matters worse, the pack I purchased from them appeared resealed. Between the suspicious behavior, lack of professionalism, poor record keeping, and complete lack of trustworthiness, I would strongly warn collectors to stay far away from this shop. Please do your research and read reviews before trusting any shop with valuable collectibles. I'm seriously considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because customers should never have to worry about their cards being tampered with, swapped, or mishandled. Don't make same mistake as me BUYER BEWARE. Also some of the good reviews on this place are fake made by the owner don't go here

Stopped at a booth for some information and the gentlemen told me that they offer free lessons for beginners followed by his business card. Later on that day I called the place to find out if they could accommodate us and they promptly was able to find someone to provide the lesson. Arriving at their location we were greeted right away and they had Alexis help us out. She was beyond nice and extremely patient and so was the gentleman behind the glass case (I wish I had remembered their names). I have previously tried YouTube to learn but without success and Alexis made it so easy that once I got back home, my son and I had an awesome time playing for what we've learned.
