I mean, a white port called Diesel Breath - and it was clearly one of the best! The beer names and descriptions are right on. The other thing we did was try to get rid of the ghost of one of the worst cheeseburgers - ordered late in the day at another restaurant.. The All American Burger at Saucony was just the ticket - it was perfectly done smash burger and totally exorcised that other burger. I had the cheese steak - it was a bit salty but totally delicious, cooked just right with just the right amount of sautéed onions and cheese. Melt in your mouth! We got the salad as a. side for one and fries for the other so we could share - and that worked as well. Stephanie was the bartender/server and she was perfect.

Service is typically at the bar, however I have historically received table service when they were slow - it really all depends on the bartender and the crowd. I ordered their mushroom and swiss smashburger and paired that with a side of sweet potato fries. The burger was good flavor but with how thin the patty is, I would have liked a little more mushroom and a little less arugula. I also would, in the future, add that second patty in there to beef it up a bit (no pun intended). The fries were perfect and crisp outside with a soft warm inside. I do wish there was a caramel or syrup dipping sauce with them but they again had good flavor as is so it's not a big deal to eat them plain. I'd say overall McCall's is a great option if you're looking to try some good craft beer, watch a game, or just get a simple bite to eat.

It's built into a house, it's kind of small and cramped, it's loud, you order food at the bar then they bring it out so it's sort of table service but not really. The brussells were okay but I wouldn't get them or the crabcake again. The wings were quite good and a buddy ordered some after trying one of mine. Nobody disliked their food but nobody loved it either. Il probably should have tried a sandwich because every one that came out looked great. Service was competent if not overly friendly. The guys behind the bar were awesome. They were friendly, had a ton of information on the local scene and most importantly on their product. We chatted about their beer menu, upcoming events, their to go offering and life. Very down to earth guys and the bar talk amongst the patrons was fun and friendly. Beer wise I had a Main 2 Main pilsner which was average and a Coconut Silent Partner, which is - "Silent Partner, our chocolate stout which is rested on organic Ecuadorian Cacao Nibs, is then infused with coconut. The deep chocolate, roasted and caramel notes blend well with the slight sweetness of the added coconut." I thought the Coconut Silent Partner was above average and very well put together. Food truck's grub was decent and the building itself was clean... even the bathrooms. It's a big location, lots of seating and was family and pet friendly with some outside seating along the main road. I snagged a couple of four packs to go and was on my way. I would definitely return to visit.

The most amazing thing to me was hearing the bartender casually talking to someone and mentioning that all of their beer was gluten-reduced. Okay, what's that all about? Asking for further details, they use an enzyme to effectively drop the gluten out of the beer. It can't be called gluten-free because it comes from a gluten source. However, the amount of gluten left in the beer seems to fall below the standards for gulten content making it effectively gluten-free. Yeah, no promises from me -- or them, I believe, on that matter. I just found it fascinating with seemingly zero downside to taste! Amazing!

Our first visit to Bonn was moderately busy, but the staff took the time to answer questions, was friendly and knowledgeable, and was very attentive. Beer: this place is a goldmine of English pub styles with outstanding milds and bitters. We worked our way through the tap list and couldn't find a beer that wasn't great. Parking: located next to two large parking lots (pay). Well lit. Food: none. Fuel up before you go. Atmosphere: small, quaint, but comfortable and welcoming.
