Since it was her very first time visiting, we really didn't know who to choose. There were many five star reviews of this location, so I felt comfortable in picking just the first person available at the time she wanted. All aspects of scheduling went very well. It was a little challenging, trying to find the place, because it is a very non-descriptive front, but once you figure out what you're looking for, it's pretty easy. It did take a moment for the receptionist to come to the door, but I do understand there's other people visiting. From my wife's point of view, she said this was by far one of the best massages she's ever had. She wish she would've had a bit more time to experience the scalp massage, but got a teaser from the masseuse. She plans to go back for that as well as a thorough massage again. Her only negative, was that her room was near the door, where she got to hear all the traffic, coming and going of people to the facility. Thanks for making it a good experience for her, it would be great if you were able to take our insurance and have that covered by them.

But as someone who travels for work 3-5 times a week, my body takes a beating: stiff joints, poor circulation, and chronic inflammation from Celiac disease. Rita's sessions have genuinely helped me manage all of it. I always leave feeling lighter and less inflamed, and the relief actually lasts. I highly recommend both the cupping and lymphatic drainage sessions, especially if you're dealing with chronic inflammation or a demanding travel schedule. Investing in your health pays off. Rita has become part of how I take care of mine!

I definitely recommend. If you aren't sure about something going on just ask Rita.

Yesterday my neck seized up and I needed to get someone to help with it quickly. I messaged Li's Spa late at night, and was surprised to get an answer immediately. They booked me in for early the morning. When I arrived they got me in to a room quickly. I told them I had never been to a spa before, and the receptionist was kind and told me what to do. The room was really nice, and it was dark, peaceful, warm and relaxing. There were covid measures in place, with an air purifier, fresh bed dressings, and an additional cover for the table where my head went. As far as the massage, it was really really wonderful. She responded to my requests for pressure, and communicated with me to make sure I was feeling comfortable. She spent time working on my difficult spots, but also worked the whole body. I dont have anything to compare it to, but I'd say it was really wonderful and I felt so much better afterwards. I was happy she worked on my knots and got some smoothed out. On my way out, the owner was at the front of the shop and offered me water, and a snack to help with the post-massage effects. She was very friendly and warm, and was happy to talk and answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely go back.

Recently had my second massage from Amy which was disappointing and consistent with my first from her. She gives a decent back rub with oil but nothing for tight muscles, let's not even call it a massage. Finally had the nerve to try the "table shower" after getting over the obvious concern of being bathed by someone. Seems like if their is any area for other activity this is it. Glad to say it was honest, respectful and washed away all the oils from the massage. No funny business. I'd recommend the place and if your feeling brave, even the shower.
