The surgeon told me it was one of the worst injuries he has seen in a guy in his mid-30's. The day after surgery I walked into Therapy South Vestavia to begin the road to recovery. The staff was absolutely incredible. Every time I walked in, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and were personally engaged in my recovery. Today, I completed three months of Physical Therapy to restore my shoulder to full mobility and get back to normal life. I can lift my small kids over my head, get back in the gym, and throw a ball with my oldest for the upcoming Spring baseball season.
