I decided to give PT a try 1st, I was in pretty bad shape it took about 6 months of treatment but no surgery and no more pain. They did an excellent job 2nd incident the ball of both my feet had all numbness no feeling at all. I went back to NC Physical therapy three months later my feet are near normal. This is a great place for PT and to note the owner and the staff are extremely nice, respectful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

Kyle, my therapist, has worked with me to put together a program of exercises and stretching that have helped tremendously. I added dry needling to the mix, which has been a Godsend. Kyle seems to be able to find the exact location of knots and tension and to target them for release with perfect precision. I get much relief from him and this therapy. I have worked with other therapists as well. To a one, every staff member (clinical and administrative) is friendly, competent, funny, and a joy. I cannot recommend this practice enough.

They don't give you the chance to reduce your visits to once a week because that's what you can afford. Nope. Don't go to Pivot. Go to a locally owned business. I switched to this place after an unfortunate experience from another chiropractor so I was somewhat apprehensive going in, but Dr. Kevin takes the time to listen and try different methods than my past chiropractor did which has helped a lot already. Unlike other places I've been, I don't feel like just another patient-- here, I feel like I'm recieving personalized care for my needs. From the self check-in kiosk to the adjustment tables and massage roller tables, they have excellent top quality equipment which very much contributes to a great overall experience.
