Shouldn't they tell you after 2 - 3 visits what your true co-pay is? Yes. Yes, they should. Yes, a company with morals and ethics would tell you. Pivot has no moral nor ethics, so they don't. They don't give you the chance to reduce your visits to once a week because that's what you can afford. Nope. Don't go to Pivot. Go to a locally owned business. I find PT at larger institutions can tend to be a rushed process where the provider doesn't seem to be concerned about the patient but more about seeing as many people as possible to file as many claims as possible that does not happen at this center. try this place out, you will leave feeling better and like you made some new friends.
