Dishonest Billing and Unethical Practices…read more I would strongly caution anyone considering Wholelife Chiropractic. My experience--and the experience of others--shows a disturbing pattern of misleading billing, surprise charges, and unprofessional behavior. I was charged over double during a lawsuit--$105 per visit for the same care I later received for $50. I was also billed $100 for exercises that were emailed to me with a link to youtube I was never told this was a billable charge. They refused to let me use my insurance-covered visits saying insurance doesn't cover wellness visits, which is not true. This practice feels predatory--taking advantage of people in difficult situations. Other reviewers had similar issues with surprise bills and insurance miscommunication. Be careful. I was even able to view another patient's statement that they are suing, and the billing codes are the same however our charges are not. Seems very shady.

I am healing well, and feel that the care quality is on point. I need to keep the care on going, even after I am completely healed cause things can go south at times, and you would never know. From my understanding they've been in business 20 plus years, and they know what they're doing when it comes to your health and needs. Another very important thing you should know is that his vitamins and nutrition he sells have no fillers, so when looking for vitamins and supplements, I don't need to wonder what is in them, and he teamed up with the best to make sure we're getting the nutrition and not fillers. He says he wants the patient to receive the nutrition they need, so check them out as soon as possible. All the staff there are so caring and A1 in all they do, I love them all and wish I had all of their names so I could highlight them all. If you need these services and to be honest everyone does, you need to come and sign up with Preston Chiropractic And Acupuncture I was at the 151 Quarrystone office in Cary N.C center, but I can promise you you'll never regret it. I am writing to offer my sincere recommendation for the chiropractic care I have received. As a…read moremassage therapist myself, I approach bodywork and structural care with discernment and respect for clinical skill, intuition, and ethical presence. It is not easy to find a practitioner who embodies all of these qualities, yet that is exactly what I have experienced in my appointments at Staker. I initially sought care due to the cumulative effects of "tech neck," ongoing stress, and the physical manifestations of unexpected grief and life crisis management. My body was holding a significant amount of tension and imbalance, and I needed care that addressed not only structure but the lived experience behind that strain. Throughout my treatment, my chiropractor demonstrated a consistent ability to assess, listen, and respond with both precision and intuition. Each appointment reflected a thoughtful understanding of how stress, posture, and emotional strain can manifest in the body. The adjustments were careful, measured, and appropriate to what my body needed at that time--never rushed or routine. Equally important, the environment has always been calm, respectful, and grounded. I have felt safe to arrive as I am, whether carrying physical tension, emotional weight, or both. That level of professionalism and human presence matters deeply in therapeutic care. As a result of this work, I experienced improved alignment, reduced pain associated with neck and upper back strain, and a greater overall sense of physical stability during a challenging season of life. I wholeheartedly recommend this chiropractic practice to anyone seeking care that is both clinically skilled and genuinely attentive to the whole person.

I first found Dr. Jenni when I was dealing with severe pelvic pain and had already gone through eight months of physical therapy and a laparoscopic surgery to find the cause, neither of which worked. In just two visits where Dr. Jenni worked on a vertebrae subluxation in my lower spine and other muscular imbalances, the pain I had experienced for nearly two years had nearly completely vanished. In the years since, she has helped me maintain my quality of life through decreasing pain associated with my skeletal and muscular systems and increasing my mobility and strength. I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), which means my connective tissue is more like tissue paper, and Dr. Jenni has not only learned more about EDS to help care for me but has also taken the time to learn how my range of motion is affected by different adjustment techniques to make sure that I always have a great experience during my visits and have lasting relief. She provides advice on exercises to do outside of visits to continue working on problem areas and has advised me on modifications for weightlifting and physical therapy techniques (which I also worked on with a PT)! Dr. Jenni is trans-inclusive, focused on comprehensive care, incredibly knowledgeable about her field, and overall a caring professional. I make the time to drive to her new office location now just because I know how devoted she is to her patients and their health. I cannot recommend Dr. Jenni Lung at Compass Chiropractic enough!
