Dealt with both for years and was only able to go to the gym for 4-8 weeks before pain would stop me. Finally, following other recommendations I made an appointment w/ Bull City and while the diagnosis of the elbow conflicted with what a doctor had previously told me I decided to just go with it and trust them. Turns out they had a much better understanding than previous medical professionals I'd seen. Through treatment and the exercises they gave me to do, which were different than doctors recommendations in the past, I actually saw steady improvement. There were setbacks here and there as I pushed myself in the gym but their physical therapists guided me on "good pain" vs "bad pain" and we adjusted as we went. Now through weeks of sessions with the team at Bull City PT I'm on month 10 of lifting and have put on 20+ pounds of mostly muscle. I didn't think this was possible without surgery. I am healing well, and feel that the care quality is on point. I need to keep the care on going, even after I am completely healed cause things can go south at times, and you would never know. From my understanding they've been in business 20 plus years, and they know what they're doing when it comes to your health and needs. Another very important thing you should know is that his vitamins and nutrition he sells have no fillers, so when looking for vitamins and supplements, I don't need to wonder what is in them, and he teamed up with the best to make sure we're getting the nutrition and not fillers. He says he wants the patient to receive the nutrition they need, so check them out as soon as possible. Dishonest Billing and Unethical Practices…read more I would strongly caution anyone considering Wholelife Chiropractic. My experience--and the experience of others--shows a disturbing pattern of misleading billing, surprise charges, and unprofessional behavior. I was charged over double during a lawsuit--$105 per visit for the same care I later received for $50. I was also billed $100 for exercises that were emailed to me with a link to youtube I was never told this was a billable charge. They refused to let me use my insurance-covered visits saying insurance doesn't cover wellness visits, which is not true. This practice feels predatory--taking advantage of people in difficult situations. Other reviewers had similar issues with surprise bills and insurance miscommunication. Be careful. I was even able to view another patient's statement that they are suing, and the billing codes are the same however our charges are not. Seems very shady.

When I walked in I was greeted by very friendly staff who explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. The office was neat and clean as was the restroom. Dr. Thacker was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything to me and most importantly, he helped me! I feel so much better. He also makes house calls for your dogs and/or horses! What more could you want?
