I had back surgery after wearing a brace but over the years my scoliosis increasingly worsened as did my back pain. They'll let you get twice weekly therapy for a few months and then give you a bill because they determined a few months ago your co-pay didn't cover the visit. Shouldn't they tell you after 2 - 3 visits what your true co-pay is? Yes. Yes, they should. Yes, a company with morals and ethics would tell you. Pivot has no moral nor ethics, so they don't. They don't give you the chance to reduce your visits to once a week because that's what you can afford. Nope. Don't go to Pivot. Go to a locally owned business. The good therapists at Pivot should change employers to someone with their values.
