Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly, remembering me from a previous visit years ago. Intake and x-ray was thorough, and the staff were caring. Alex M PA-C, my provider, took time to physically check my symptoms and review the X-rays and clearly explained what was causing my pain. He is knowledgeable, empathetic and quite humorous. I'm hoping I'm met with this same treatment at my first physical therapy appointment later today

Absolutely love this place, my only regret is not making an appointment sooner…read more The office is very nicely decorated and clean, staff is friendly and chill. I switched to this place after an unfortunate experience from another chiropractor so I was somewhat apprehensive going in, but Dr. Kevin takes the time to listen and try different methods than my past chiropractor did which has helped a lot already. Unlike other places I've been, I don't feel like just another patient-- here, I feel like I'm recieving personalized care for my needs. From the self check-in kiosk to the adjustment tables and massage roller tables, they have excellent top quality equipment which very much contributes to a great overall experience. In every room they even have gentle cloud ceiling light alternative option to those like me with light sensitivity. After each visit I'm left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Already looking forward to trying more of the alternative approaches they offer!

Dealt with both for years and was only able to go to the gym for 4-8 weeks before pain would stop me. Finally, following other recommendations I made an appointment w/ Bull City and while the diagnosis of the elbow conflicted with what a doctor had previously told me I decided to just go with it and trust them. Turns out they had a much better understanding than previous medical professionals I'd seen. Through treatment and the exercises they gave me to do, which were different than doctors recommendations in the past, I actually saw steady improvement. There were setbacks here and there as I pushed myself in the gym but their physical therapists guided me on "good pain" vs "bad pain" and we adjusted as we went. Now through weeks of sessions with the team at Bull City PT I'm on month 10 of lifting and have put on 20+ pounds of mostly muscle. I didn't think this was possible without surgery. Highly recommend anyone in pain or being held back by an injury at least get a consultation - could change everything.

I Left With a Punctured Lung and Little Accountability... Please read before you seek care there…read more I underwent what I believed were routine trigger point injections, and what followed was one of the most frightening medical experiences of my life. Immediately after the procedure, I developed symptoms that ultimately led to the diagnosis of a punctured lung (pneumothorax). I required emergency treatment, hospitalization, and placement of a chest tube. I experienced significant pain, difficulty taking deep breaths, missed work, and weeks of recovery from an injury that never should have occurred during what was presented as a relatively straightforward procedure. What has been equally disappointing is how the practice handled the situation afterward. Rather than accepting meaningful responsibility or attempting to make things right, I received what amounted to an apology accompanied by statements that the procedure was performed within the standard of care. Their position was essentially that complications can happen, and therefore no further action was warranted. In my case, I was never informed that a punctured lung was a risk of the trigger point injections I received. Had I understood that risk, I would have asked additional questions before consenting. Patients deserve informed consent that is specific to the procedure actually being performed. While the practice stated they reviewed my case and even identified opportunities to improve their documentation and procedural processes, those acknowledgments have done nothing to address the physical pain, emotional distress, lost income, and disruption this complication caused. Mistakes and complications can occur in medicine. What defines a practice is how it responds when they do. I expected accountability, transparency, and a sincere effort to resolve the situation fairly. Instead, I was left feeling that protecting the practice was more important than caring for the patient who was harmed. I hope future patients never experience what I did, and I hope the practice follows through on whatever changes they identified during their internal review. My experience, however, left me deeply disappointed and without confidence that patients are truly supported when serious complications occur.

It was really bad. He acts all nice, but he is impatient and doesn't want to be bothered with questions. I asked him THREE questions and he said to me "I think you just like asking questions." To his credit he did text me to apologize. But honestly I've never experienced that level of rude before. Not only that, but he gave zero information about what to expect after my injection. Like, I did not know my face would completely flush red like a sunburn and I was going to get much worse for awhile. I did go back once more and was sorry I did. He told me "I'm not passing you off" but that is exactly what he did - sent me to 2 other doctors and spent maybe 7 minutes with me. Really disappointed in this experience with Dr. Singh. Waste of money and time.
