The location is right next door to my favorite restaurant Vivo Austin which was a bonus. Since we are in the middle of 'Rona, I had to text Holly once I arrived. Once I got an email of the purchase, I checked out the website and intake/arrival Information. It was not listed anywhere that it would be at an actual apartment complex in a random apartment unit. All that is mentioned is that it was at the "Indigo community." Once I arrived and realized this I tried to cancel over the phone or at least reschedule so that I could bring my husband with me. I expressed that I didn't feel comfortable or safe going inside. I understand that a 24 hour notice is needed for cancellation though if they are not going to specify that the service is at a random apt complex and unit then they need to make an exception for those that don't feel safe.
