I love this place. Wasn't sure when I first visited as all of this health care technology is new to me. But I will tell you so many of their services are very helpful. I had my right hip replaced in 2015 and my left hip is about due from arthritis. I had my left hip stretched for 15 minutes at restore hyper wellness and I was pain-free for several days, My hips felt healthy and warm. I have also use compression for my hips several times, and that is also very helpful for the pain. I feel a real lift of my spirits from each PBM session, and Really enjoyed cryotherapy for so many reasons I just feel very energetic coming out of there and my joints feel better. Definitely do the cryo- facial! It is awesome!! Can't wait to try the sauna and get back there for another cryo-facial. The staff at this location is excellent, beginning with explaining each of their services to supporting your enjoyment of each service, and will do whatever it takes to make you comfortable. I have also had IV drip therapy and I will be doing more of those, as the need arises. Excellent nursIf I lived closer to this location I would probably be there every day. I love it here ! I have visited about 3 times and had a pleasant experience every time. I've got the cryotherapy and the compression boots. The compression boots are definitely my favorite ! And I highly recommend it for all athletes and people who workout often. It's a great way to help the body recovery and I always feel better after. Also, the chairs are suppper comfy ! I had a hydra-facial. I assumed being a "premium facial", this would be better than usual. Not only do results not compare to other facials in the past but the esthetician was incompetent. She clearly didn't know what she was doing (or talking about) here's a just a few things she did that ensures I will never get another facial from this place. First off, in order to see soften skin for extractions, true estheticians use a hot towel or steam..she used a cold towel and then had a attitude when I said it was cold and refused to do anything about it. Then she wouldn't stfu and just tried to upsell me on other services the whole mf time!! Like stfu if I say I'm not interested im not interested! Like damn do you want only work on commission!? I just wanted to enjoy my facial in peace! Then with the "extractions", I don't think I can call it that. I just call it "rubbing on my face for a min"--like ZERO extractions were made!!! That's one of the main reasons I get facials and they specifically said that's one of the things they focus on during the facial but the esthetician failed miserably. Don't waste your money on the facials here. I can't speak on the other services as I haven't used those but tbh I don't think I will. Plus the energy in the place is real sus. I thought that visiting this place would offer at least an hour of relaxation while doing infusion, that is not the case. The nurse is nervous and disorganized. I thought in the day and age of Covid, there would be private and quiet rooms, no...I shared a room with 2 other people with the other patient's wife going in and out of the room. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any health business in Atlanta. On number occasions, restore canceled appointments with me, one time in which the receptionist Ebony, told me I had an appointment but I actually did not. All this occurring and this location refused to allow me to make appointments when I needed to reschedule. In addition, my expensive cryo skin and slimming package was a HUGE waste of money. Save your dough and go elsewhere unless you like being treated unfairly along with have little to no results. I have seen much better results at other facilities. The manager Ashley is also very rude and disrespectful. When I attempted to voice my concerns to her she did not take them seriously and was dismissive. read more

My aesthetician was Jessica K, and she was amazing- she went through the entire procedure and provided extra skincare tips for me! I ordered the Cryoskin Toning Facial-and it was so relaxing! What an awesome place! I really can't say enough great things about Restore and the people there. As a health coach, I understand the benefits of many of the therapies they're offering but there are a few I hadn't tried myself. I was so excited to have the opportunity to try an IV drip, compression therapy, cryotherapy!!!, and PBM and my experience was phenomenal! For starters the space itself is bright, clean and inviting and they have included every little extra touch to ensure your comfort and relaxation from massage chairs and TV's to blankets during your IV and compression therapies. The therapies themselves were great, but what really took the experience over the top was the staff. Tasija and Dina were absolutely incredible! They explained every detail about each therapy and guided me through each process, all while being so warm and genuine and just clearly passionate about what they do. Tasija even talked me through the cryotherapy, as it was my first time, and she truly made that experience even more of a rush! I ended with PBM to take that adrenaline high back down a notch and I left feeling so renewed, relaxed and clear. I slept SO GOOD that night, and my entire body just felt great for the next few days. Worst business ever! Not only do they seriously lack in customer service skills they have no communication between team members, utilize staff to write reviews on Yelp and illegal charge people's cards not only while their membership is frozen but also after you have canceled your account for multiple mths and offer excuse after excuse for why it continues to happen! They refuse to offer any resolution what so ever either! I've had to chase down the GM Ebone and ended up having to deal with my bank and BBB. They are extremely unprofessional. Their turnover in management is unreal so no one has any idea what one has told customers and refuses to take responsibility or uphold anything. There was only one nurse Cheryl there who was ever able to get an IV on me while their "main nurse" stuck me multiple times and never listened when I explained what wasn't a good vein. I had to book appointments around Cheryl's schedule just to be able to utilize my treatments in the first place. IV rooms were not relaxing and often times had multiple people in them talking on their phones being loud. Never ever use this place! read more

I have been doing the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber treatments and the IV Drips. Immediately within first two weeks I noticed that I am sleeping 7 hrs through without waking up and I have less anxiety. I also signed up for the micronutrient testing so that they can tailor the IV Drip treatments to what I am deficient or not observing.
