I then received a text that evening saying I needed to NOW email the alpharetta location about the cancellation which is NOT part of the contract, but I did it anyway. Today, they charged my card again. This is the gym membership scam of years ago. It's what non-reputable businesses do to retain revenue -- instead of providing a good service, they trap you into a payment circle hoping they'll make it difficult enough to cancel that you won't. I'd avoid this location. Can't speak for the other franchises. There are other options available.

It takes a hand written form to cancel and 30 days to process so you're stuck for another billing cycle getting more credits. Silver lining, the staff is nice.

Great experience! Staff was great and provided a lot of interesting knowledge on the treatments!…read more I've tried cryotherapy several years back and it was an entirely different experience. Previously, when I had tried it was in a chamber and hydrogen coming from the bottom. Ice box has an entirely different concept- the cooling comes from the top and you are entirely enclosed! They provide- socks, gloves, headphones, ear covers (if you opt out of the headphones), and a robe to wear. Inside the box you remove your robe and stand there for 3 minutes or, jump around if you are like me! The box is able to fit two people! Having a friend with you certainly makes the time pass fast! Red light therapy was a treatment I had not tried before and it was very nice! They said it boosts collagen production and showed dramatic photos of differences for people after 10+ treatments. Certainly seems a good alternative to Botox! Compression therapy was also something new to me! It seems that it would be a great thing after a hard workout or a long day at a desk!

I was gifted a session in the sensory deprivation tank for my birthday. I used my gift today and I…read morethoroughly enjoyed it. Seth was very personable and explained everything I needed to know about the experience. He even gave me a little gift bag with shampoo, body wash and earplugs (to keep the water out of my ears). They use a whole lotta Epsom salts to achieve a salinity akin to the Dead Sea. You cannot, not float. He explained how the tank is kept sanitary. He showed me how easily the lid opened, in case I started to feel claustrophobic (I did not). Then he left so that I could get undressed. You can wear a bathing suit, or not. I chose not. Because of the high salinity, the water feels a bit viscous and slippery. It was unexpected, but not objectionable. I pressed the button that started my session, closed the lid, laid back in the water and floated and floated and floated .... in almost complete darkness (a small amount of ambient light coming under the door from the hallway filtered through the gasket of the closed tank). Unlike Sheldon (Big Bang Theory), I did not see Mandelbrot Sets in the darkness. When the time was up, I raised the lid, showered and dressed, then left feeling totally relaxed. The only negative was that the salts get on anything you touch until you shower. But, that's a small thing that was easily remedied. I look forward to doing this again.

A few things, including one fairly major thing, hurt the experience. I'll let you read the previous review for details if you want. Was my experience overall good? Mmm, I'd say it was fine. Cryotherapy and red light saunas were as advertised. Facial seemed to be performed well. I didn't want to get into any arguments, but I truly didn't notice a real difference in the before and after pic. I ultimately decided to up my review because the owner sold me on how much she genuinely cares. This is surprisingly rare, especially these days. I've dealt with management/ownership of many businesses over my years of writing on Yelp. I still remember Chef Gilberto personally thanking me for my positive review of Chichen Itza back in 2013. I can tell you that owner Micheline M. is definitely one of the good ones. I am now potentially going to inquire about their new ad and how they can help me lose 2 dress sizes in 6 weeks. I wholeheartedly trust Micheline's management of this business.
