I was given a card to try a free class in a specific month and called this location, which is closer to where I live. It's been open since October of 2020. The owner Kim is very nice. Before I went in for my first session, I called them, and I was able to try a session there. They were so nice about it and sent me a reminder text the day before to confirm I was still coming. When I went in, Kim showed me around the facility and spoke to me about the benefits and how things work. It's accessible 24x7 and has certain hours staffed. Unstaffed hours there is a help device and a couple of neck ones you can wear with you in case of an emergency. There's a monthly membership option ($59 unlimited classes) and an option to pay for a set amount of classes (4 or 8) that you can use anytime. You have to purchase a mat and towel from them ($99). These are made to not melt or release any toxins, which is the reason why. The location is great and easy to find. It's in a plaza with other business and plenty enough parking. One thing I'd point out is that the ceilings are not too high inside the exercise sauna pods. I'm 5'7 and I did the yoga, and when i had to stretch my arms, they were almost touching the ceiling. After recently moving to Atlanta, we attempted to access this club using our SilverSneakers membership, which clearly provides access to all LA Fitness locations--including this one. Yet, for reasons no one seems capable of explaining, we have been denied access due to what staff repeatedly describe as a "computer glitch." What's truly unacceptable is how this situation has been handled. Instead of taking responsibility, the club manager actually suggested that WE should call corporate tech support ourselves to resolve the issue. That is astonishing. Isn't that part of his job? Only after pushing back did he reluctantly agree to "do us a favor" and contact them himself. Eight days later, we are still without access. Every single morning, we have made the effort to go to the club, only to hear the same rehearsed response: "They still haven't called me back." No updates. No escalation. No accountability. Are we really expected to believe that a manager cannot contact a supervisor or escalate a basic membership issue over the course of more than a week? At 73 and 68 years old, respectively, it is not easy for us to make these repeated trips, only to be dismissed day after day. This is not just poor customer service--it is a textbook example of negligence and severe mismanagement. The complete lack of urgency and care is deeply disappointing. We have earned our access to these facilities over many years, and being treated as an afterthought--especially as seniors--is unacceptable. This experience has left us feeling ignored, disrespected, and completely let down by a company we trusted for over a decade. Do better.

It's plainly laid out in the membership agreement, so I'm not sure how anyone can be mad about that.

She was very thorough and patient and helped me to understand not only each of the items I would now be taking, but also what their purpose was, and any suggestions on how to apply them most effectively. What could've been a very overwhelming set of follow up items, turned into a very simple and clear plan that I can easily follow. She assured to the clients with annual membership that we would get a refund for the months not used at the end of February. I had just paid for my 2026 membership and was only able to use it for one month. That refund never arrived and all my calls and emails to the manager and owner of the studio have totally been ignored. I am pretty sure they were already aware they were going to close that sauna prior to clients renewing their annual membership for 2026. This is acting in a fraudulent manner. The chain closed since then a few more places around Atlanta and keep stealing from the clients. They've closed some other locations in other states. BE AWARE of this behaviour if you are thinking in joining a Perspire Sauna studio. DO NOT buy the annual membership. It is better to pay by month or use other infrared sauna studios that are more professional. I do have to point out that some of the Perspire Saunas are Franchised and in this case the owner behaves in a different way.

I love that while in your totally private sauna room, you can listen to YouTube, watch Netflix, or change it to something else. I had an enjoyable time and I will be purchasing a membership so that I can continue going to the sauna at a regular cadence. I love that the membership allows you access to any of the Perspire locations nationwide. Highly recommend!
