Beautiful brunch atmosphere. The food is delicious. Do not go if you are in a rush because the service can be a little slow. Pleasant, but slow. Also, do not let the Uber drop you off across the street because the concierge will run out and yell! LOL Apparently that's a frequent issue. As you can see from the photos, we tried a lot of things: steak, shrimp, burgers...all were great, Definitely on the pricer side so check the menu first if you're not looking for fare on the higher end price-wise.
Gorgeous venue but that's about it. I've tried many restoration hardware restaurants but don't remember the food being so mediocre. We loved our drinks though I think my chai latte was a little too spicy! The smash burger had barely any flavor, and the Chinese chicken salad was good but wayyyy too many wonton things!! Price was typical - around $75 for 2 drinks and 2 dishes
Amazing restaurant, beautiful stunning decor and impeccable service! We made a reservation for lunch, got seated with minimal waiting time- but I guess that doesn't even matter because the sitting/waiting areas are so beautiful you don't even want to leave those! We ordered burrata and a burger to share and it was my friend's birthday which they brought out a dessert on the house for! Prices are reasonable for the ambiance, location and level of high end dining that you know you will be getting! Would love to come again.
Restoration Hardware is a vibe and a great place to get brunch. A beautiful restaurant with a courtyard inside that is wonderfully decorated. They have a great brunch menu I got their Swedish pancakes and steak and eggs. Steak was cooked to a medium rare temp and the Swedish pancakes satisfied my sweet tooth. If you are looking for an elevated brunch experience this is it.
Kayla was a very sweet and attentive wait staff and she had the best attitude. It's beautiful w the decor and you can also go shopping for furniture, furniture, and interior design. So I give a five stars for the beautiful skylight in the interior, indoor outdoor field room where you can dine and drink with many chandeliers and trees and you also have indoor seating where the ambience is really warm not dark at all colonial windows for light and lots of seating when you're waiting on the couches and the furniture right outside the restaurant. The staff are very attentive and I already noted Kayla was great. The food is okay but a bit overpriced. It's an amazing place for any event like birthdays and a Romantic couple date. Then you can go to the other floors to see how you could decorate your home.
Food was greasy. Do not add the caviar to the lobster roll. Menu shows $36 for lobster roll and $40 if adding caviar. (Menu makes it seem like for an additional $4) But it's actually an additional $40 to add the additional caviar which is just a few sprinkles of caviar for $40. For a combined price of $36+$40=$76.

RH Chicago is absolutely breathtaking--easily one of the most beautiful indoor spaces in the city. Walking in feels like stepping into another world, especially in the winter when it's extra cozy & magical. The staff is always professional & welcoming, making every visit feel special. It's the kind of place you want to come back to again & again, whether for a meal or just to soak in the atmosphere. Such a stunning, one-of-a-kind experience!
Came back and tried some new things! The matcha latte was just okay. I probably wouldn't reorder. The gem salad was DELICIOUS. It's my favorite thing I've had here. If I return I will definitely get it again. I added chicken which was great, but it would also be good without! We also got the Swedish pancakes for the table and I would absolutely recommend these as well! They're the percent sweet item to split at brunch. The texture was great and the maple syrup was perfect! Service was good, and the ambiance as always was beautiful.

The waiter was so nice and everyone was friendly. I got a mimosa as well and some coffee and both were fantastic. The space is absolutely gorgeous and we did some shopping after we ate. I never had a desire to pay maitre d's to seat me immediately, or to even get a seat. If you plan a trip to this restaurant you better make a reservation early. If you don't have a reservation, if anything is available most likely it will be in the wine cellar area. It's not a bad area, it's quieter than the open restaurant and it doesn't have the ambiance but it's relaxing. It's usually a few tables empty however, they do not try and squeeze guest in before a reservation is coming. Restoration Hardware has taken the venture into food and now on the east coast they have opened a hotel. Based off of the food here I think they will be successful. We ordered a burger and salad. The burger was fantastic however the salad was average. The salad being average is the only reason for 4 stars versus 5. This is my third or fourth time eating here and I have never been disappointed. If you like good food and checking out some nice furniture, make a stop here.

RH Chicago, The Gallery at the Three Arts Club is one of the most beautiful and memorable dining spots in the city. The setting alone is stunning--elegant architecture, sparkling chandeliers, and lush greenery create a calm, upscale atmosphere that feels special from the moment you walk in. My wife and I came here for the first time, and it was fantastic. The food is consistently fresh and well-prepared, with classic dishes that are simple yet elevated. We went for the American Breakfast, a side of pancakes, the whole smashed avocado with an egg and two lattes. The service is attentive without being overbearing, and the staff makes you feel genuinely welcomed. Beautiful! My told my husband if we lived in Chicago I would have gotten engagement photos on the staircases. Great place to look around and take photos. We where meeting call leagues for dinner so we didn't go shopping but I am assuming buying furniture here is pretty expensive. One of the room is just full of rows of swatches and patterns and finishes. Seriously a designers eye candy! We didn't get to spend as much time exploring as I would have liked since we had dinner plans at 3 Art Cafe, which in the middle of the store. read more
Who would've thought one could find in a Restoration Hardware and have a lovely meal in a beautiful atrium? The wine list is great, and the menu, while not extensive, has some good items on it. Vegetarian options are available... vegans would have a tough time eating here. We started with the burrata and the artichokes- both delicious. My salmon was cooked nicely, yet could've used a bit more seasoning. The truffle fries were a great size and again, cooked nicely... and not as flavored as I would have expected. read more

I cannot recommend their brunch enough. Their service was impeccable, food fresh and creatively served, and with the high ceilings and trees you were not right on top of the table next to you - the way other restaurants seat people. We started with Bellini's and ... The cheese board appetizer was outstanding!! We both got the avocado toast - as you can see it was made fresh. Tasted great and it was huge!! First I want to say, the restaurant and FOH servers themselves deserves 5 stars. We visited Saturday 8/19/23 for brunch and was able to be seated without a reservation. We sat inside on for couches with a nice view of the outside. Unfortunately I can't remember our severs name BUT, to describe him respectfully; he was the Server who is tall, skinny, no hair, light skinned brotha with glasses did a fabulous job!! He was attentive, patient, and explained the menu well. He really made our experience wonderful. Now onto why this place is getting a low rating. I am visiting from California, one friends is visiting from Washington, and my other friend just moved here to Chicago from California literally 2 days ago!! We are looking to eat and furnish her new house. 2 birds 1 stone. After we had brunch, we decided to check out the gallery. We started with the roof and made our way down. Once we got to the children/teen floor this older, Caucasian, long hair blonde, heavier set woman with glasses, and a lot of face work, asked if we had any questions. I said no we're just looking around. Then she goes: "oh no I know what question you're wondering. Where's the free section. Is anything free." Then she laughs and walks away and goes downstairs Now we didn't think too much of it at first, laughed, and thought how weird. But when we went to the next floor below approx 7 mins later, the same woman was sitting down at a Table. She was on her laptop seated with other coworkers (who were more hospitable) and said nastily: "Mmm, Still haven't found anything for free yet" and laughs. Now, am I understanding that this classist woman is unhappy with her life and needs to put others down to feel better about herself. This is the type of employees they allow in their RH Design department? How pitiful. And the sad part is we have money, we're from California hello.. My friends work in High Tech $$$ And I am an Executive Chef. So no, we don't dress "super fancy". We were making a list of items to purchase but After that experience?? hell no. We'll take our money somewhere else. This is why you don't judged based on appearances. You never know who you're talking to. It's sad that you have an employee that is miserable and unsatisfied with her life. Who need to keep having surgeries done to her face from getting old. Do better. Treat people better. read more

My fiancée and I went to the 3 Arts Club Cafe in RH for her birthday. We were satisfied with the food, but were not completely blown away. However, the building itself is very unique and has a fountain in the middle that adds to the vibe! read more

Absolutely stunning location head to toe perfection with design and details that blow you away!! Came from Miami and had to get some beautiful pictures here and some drinks, we ended up staying for a Friday brunch! We were sat in the courtyard with a stunning view of the inside while also enjoying the outside. We were helped by Cutter was very helpful in guiding us around our options and the menu. For drinks We ordered a matcha latte with oat milk, a chai tea latte, and a hot chocolate. All of it was exceptional !they arrived so fast to our table we loved it and the matcha you could taste was the real deal and not a knock off or cheaper version. It taste just as it should. The hot chocolate was out of this world so so so good. For lunch entrees we had grilled cheese with fries , a baby gem salad and chicken and scrambled eggs with sourdough. Everything was perfect and came out quickly and was a big portion. We were worried the prices would mean small portions but it wasn't like that at all!! Big portions huge flavor, everything made with mindfulness and a def luxury. Overall a MUST GO TO in Chicago. read more

Although several of the reviews are for the 3 Arts Cafe (which I will review separately on their Yelp page), my review is for the actual furniture store. This location is THE mothership of all Restoration Hardwares! There are 5 floors filled with beautiful furniture which is decorated and placed in a way that is aesthetically pleasing in every way possible. After hearing rave reviews about this location, my husband and I booked a trip to Chicago to get some #homeinspo for our new home (yes, I know we're extra). Our design consultant was Chris Moreno and he was easygoing during our experience. He wasn't pushy and navigated us through the store to check out different style couches (which is what we ended up purchasing along with other living room pieces) and also provided insight with other furniture that we were interested in. Our purchase was swift and although the furniture is made-to-order, we received everything a couple of weeks ahead of the guaranteed delivery timeframe. The best thing about this location is that there's a bar and cafe with wine, beer, and a variety of different coffees and pastries, which you can take around as you look and/or shop. read more

This is our go to when we are in town! Brunch first and then we decide to head upstairs look around. Wonderful furniture and wonder food as well as an amazing view as pictured below. Can get a bit pricey but if your like me and don't mind paying for good food head on it. I love the RH scrabble and it's about 18 dollars, not including tax. Coffee ranges from 4 dollars to 7. Street parking only. My suggestion is find a parking place and just Uber to the place read more

Amazing! While visiting CHICAGO my husband and I discovered this CAFE by accident. Is a hidden gem. Honestly, is not just beautiful but the food is delicious and the service is excellent. We had an early dinner and we were impressed by everything. Our server was Kayla the sweetest server we ever had in our staying in this Windy City. I encourage you to make reservations you won't be disappointed. We had Shrimp Cocktail Arugula Salad w/ grilled chicken Lobster Roll If I can give 10 starts I will!!! Decided to stop in here to get some coffee. This is normally a furniture store but 7 year ago they also added a Cafe. The store has some amazing furniture options. The 5 story building has different types of furniture in each floor. While the furniture itself is on a pricy side, each item is unique that I have not seen anywhere else. The Cafe is amazing and you can stay here for hours. The coffee was good but their hot chocolate is best in town. If in store you have to get the hot chocolate. Overall we had a great time here. read more

I went here as a large group. It was very beautiful inside. Great for dressing up and taking photos. The food was ok. To me it's not worth the price. Mash potatoes and fries were amazing. Everything else was ok. read more
