I asked for the most intense type of massage because I was in so much pain. His work was targeted, skilled, and addressed the source of the problem. He used techniques I've never experienced, including work around my iliac crest/hip area with movement that helped release the IT band. It wasn't easy, but it felt necessary. My entire body fully relaxed for the first time in over a month. He also has excellent equipment, including a very comfortable table and face rest, which makes a huge difference. His sound system is incredible too. The whole space felt thoughtful and professional. This made it more than a massage. It became an experience. Andrew is knowledgeable, strong, intuitive, and easy to talk to, which made the deeper work much easier to get through. I got exactly what I was looking for: a customized treatment for my specific pain. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. I already booked my next appointment and plan to keep seeing him.

The first time I visited I was able to stick to back and shoulders, the next time I did a full body massage and felt better the next day. I will definitely be back!

He kept grilling me about questions he didn't even know the answers too, it was very strange for a massage. Kept asking me questions about things even though he didn't even know the correct answers. He also made fun of me from the other room to someone, maybe his friend, about the clothes I was wearing. Maybe he was nervous one day I would take his job? Not sure but he ruined my day. Hope I never see him again. Should not be an owner and never a manager... not a people person. Yes tre, you did give me a massage, buddy, maybe you don't remember me but I will never forget. My neck still hurts. You can try to pretend this is a fake review but I did come to your establishment at 691 Maraglia St where you massaged me. I will never treat my clients like you. I had done all the exams, X-ray, and bone scans. All to fine out that I had out fracture in my back, spacing in the disc and degenerative bone disease. From my first doctors appointment to the soonest I could be seen by a back Specialist was 5 month. This was unacceptable! So, I called Shasta Spine Specialists and Summer at the front desk had made me an appointment within a couple of day. Upon first exam , I couldn't believe that I had waited so long to feel that relief. I could stand up a little straighter, and to have the back pain seemingly flush from my body was intense. I'm still seeing Dr. Carrino every Monday and couldn't feel much better thanks to him and the ladies. My daughter is also see the doc. for pain caused by curvature of the spine. He has been able to relieve a little of her pain as well. And, my wife is also a patient , being seen for neck pain and carpal tunnel syndrome. I would say if you are having any headaches, back pain, nerve pain or yes ever carpal tunnel syndrome, then , you should give this group a call and schedule an appointment. You will be happy you did!
