From my first doctors appointment to the soonest I could be seen by a back Specialist was 5 month. This was unacceptable! June 12, 2024, I slipped on a bottle with my right foot and tore my left quad muscle in half when…read moremy leg twisted, my PCL and inner ligament almost in half. after getting bounced from dr to dr for a couple weeks, Dr Schillen saw me end of June and rushed my appointment for surgery to July 8, 2024. surgery was great, recovery was excellent, after 3 months of Physical Therapy, I was sent home and told to do anything I wanted just to be careful, now is April 15 of 2026. I cannot even tell I had an injury. I walk up to 18k steps per day at times, with a daily average of between 9k to 11k depending on our projects. I'm 67 and still cruising like I'm 40.
