I was referred to shasta orthopedics & they would not let me even be seen or even have a consultation unless I filled out their huge very invasive extensive paperwork ..I told them I cannot write so much with all of my injuries, but they dont care ..because it is all about them ...they were rude and bossy and so unconcerned about my pain and condition and did not offer to help fill out the paperwork at all ...also I tried to contact a doctor on the weekend, and no one was available ,,the recording said press # 1 to speak to a doctor but that number never rang ..so I can see that I would not get any follow up care & their after hours doctors are non-existent plus these doctors are getting so bold and demanding, they expect us to give them a synopsis of our entire life, asking us very inappropriate invasive questions that have nothing to do with why i went to them in the first place .. I am so sick of the way the medical industry is these days ...they have traded the Highly revered Hippocratic Oath for a selfish hypocritical oath of greed and power taking care of themselves , padding their own already thick wallets & they truly do not care about us at all...then they were sending me more mail when I told them i had no interest in playing their selfish uncaring inconsiderate games ..I would not recommend this place to anyone , & the other reviews i have read are the same ,,, so Shame on you ! Also, because he is in demand, getting a surgery scheduled in a timely manner is almost impossible. I had to wait two and a half months for my first surgery and two months for my second. Bottom-line, if you can put up with his front desk he'll do a great job for you.

They are anticipating being "inundated with traumas over the summer and won't be able handle it." Not too busy now, just expect to be and don't even refer to patients as people. There you have it. GO ELSEWHERE! Also the MD referral line has the complaint about them to save others from them.

Then there is Kylie with the long brown hair and freckles. Kylie is bright and gets me through my exercises. I call her a little butterfly as she is constantly moving around taking care of her clients. Kylie is and she is always rooting for me and makes sures I am always in correct form. Same for Courtney, who is always quick to come and correct my form and has a great personality. Lastly, there is Gary, who is my physical therapist and one of the owners who sees me after my workout to massage and stretch the neck. All in all, this place is amazing.
