The entire office staff is amazing here as well as the PT, Dean. Everyone is incredibly friendly and efficient. Heather, secretary, checks in on me if she doesn't see me coming in. Amber and Jenetta, the PT aids are very personable and helpful. Dean pushes me just enough to keep me moving Forward everyday. Just an over all wonderful experience. I had zero movement in my left ankle when first starting here due to rupturing all my tendons while snowboarding. Now, just 4 weeks later, I'm already back to the gym and feeling amazing! I've had seen Dean a few years ago... I had gone into therapy for Iliotibial Band Syndrome (ITBS) on the outer thigh (right side). Dean massaged the area where it hurt and did some physical therapy and within weeks the pain was gone. read more

If you are in need of great place to to rehabilitate after surgery or an injury this is the place to go. The front staff, aids, and Dean (therapist), take care of you each step of the way. Each and every visit you are treated with respect and courtesy. Every client is evaluated and receives an individual treatment plan to follow. It's hard for me to write a bad review but I was really disappointed with the lack of care I got here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They were so busy and so many people that most patients were doing there treatment on their own as the assistants were just trying to keep up. They were out of touch and seemed like they didn't really have a clue about what they were doing, including the PT. read more

God Bless Jim at NVAL physical therapy. I was a tough case and really in a bad way. After some steps broke under me and I fell over 5 feet I was injured everywhere. What no one diagnosed for over a year is that my neck was causing a 70-90% blockage. I suffered that my hands, forearms, shoulders and feet were in a really bad way. I never had any headaches but I kept telling doctors that why are my hand injuries mirroring each other? It must be my neck! My hands were atrophying on outside and turning black with any pressure. A breeze in summer was so painful I wore gloves. 10 doctors and no one checked my neck until Dr Purcell. And I was even telling them! From the beginning Jim recognized that I needed gentle care and he took it slow and put me into the pool. Any other therapist tried to do a quick build up into hand exercises and disbelieved when I would tell them it was way too much that I felt something was really wrong. My fingers and toes were a jumble over each other. My fingers split into a V. On both hands! Jim did a magnificent job realizing that in spite of my athleticism I required care that did not cause more irritaton of my undiagnosed injuries with a long window at that soothing level. Then 13 months later t was almost at the point of my accepting that this was now my forever body. Completely damaged at a vulnerable age (50) All the good healthly exercise, diet , money and my strong body was gone in a poof instant!!! I do thank a higher power that I fell onto Jim's doorstep. He is a special person who looked at me. read more

The physical therapists are fine, but I did not like the vibes of the rest of the staff. They are young women and not especially warm or personable. There is one in particular that never smiles and seems pretty snobbish. Her vibes were cold as ice. I won't mention her name, but if you go there, you'll soon figure out who she is.
