She is always so productive during her therapy sessions (except when she is hungry or tired) She literally loved Susan from day one. I trust that she will meet all her physical developmental milestones with her. She is consistent, dependable and loving. She has tons of experience. She is a mom of four herself. Instead of having one physical therapist per one to two patients, Liberty assigns three patients per therapist and you spend most of your appointment waiting for them to get back to you...ridiculous. The worst experience I've had. The spaces are so close it's uncomfortable. Neither myself nor any of my guests had ever been there before so we were excited since it had such good reviews. When I arrived to set up at 12:30 I went inside and let the lady at the front desk know I was here for the party. She said ok and gave me some snark when I didn't understand what she meant by "Is it just you or do you have anyone else with you". I told her I have a party of almost 20? She refused to clarify what she meant. After some back and forth with major attitude from her, I realized she was asking if I, myself, had any children with me. No I didn't. Guests were starting to arrive, so I asked where we need to go (again, we have never been there before). She would not get up out of her chair to walk us down the hall and show us. She just pointed and said "down the hall". I said ok and mentioned needing to go back and forth from my car to get everything out of it (cupcakes, drinks, decorations, presents). She said I need to take my shoes off. I asked her to clarify since I was just wondering if I could at least leave my shoes on to go back and forth while getting things out of the car and bringing them to the party room. She just looked at me and said "You need to have your shoes off. How you want to execute that is up to you." .....Alrighty then. After everyone arrived we realized pretty quickly that the back party room was 20 degrees hotter than everywhere else. We figured out on our own how to work the AC in there. Couldn't find any trash cans so I had to grab a big trash bag from behind the staff counter. The front desk lady came in the party room at one point and looked at the bag and said "Um? Did you need another bag or something?" Then she opened some drawers that had the actual trash cans in it as if to say....look you idiots they are right here. Well I'm sorry but maybe if you had gotten your lazy butt up and walked us back to the party room and showed us around this wouldn't have happened. The only other time we saw her was when she popped her head into the party room and said "just so you know you have 19 minutes before you need to leave". It was just the most unnecessary amount of rudeness. She clearly hates people and definitely doesn't need to be working the front desk at a place that values their guests. As we were leaving she was nowhere to be found. My guests and I all agreed that we will not go back simply because of her behavior. Which is unfortunate because the kids did in fact have a great time playing.

The doctor's response was to deny my co-pay refund, slap on a "chronic care" fee and put not just one late fee but two for their offices lack of cooperation with my insurance company. The doctor's sent a letter to me threatening to turn me into my professional board because they think I used non-public resources to send them a letter requesting my refund to their home. All you have to do is google "Home address for each doctor" and their address comes up. Fascinating that $70 was more important than a happy patient and that their intire process, staff and they are the problem. I really thought it was the gate keepers, but it is the doctor's. This is how they make their money. Causing undo stress so they can create the "chronic care" fee. Do not go here if you want to get better. The patient does not come first in this establishment and they care more about money than anything else. Off to small claims court to not only get my $70 bucks back but now the late fees.

I would be there at some of moms meals, and she would taste and, start crying. I would say mom what is wrong? She said the food is horrible. Wanting to prove her wrong I said here, let me try it. I tried it and SHE WAS right, most the times just complete tasteless cheap slop. Mom continue to loose weigh here as she would taste a meal and then let it go back to the kitchen. We brought her some meals just so we would know she was eating, but were not able to be there for every meal. How are patients supposed to get strong and recover to go home when they do not eat healthy good TASTING food? The third thing is the rooms are small, and the place is in need of a remodel.
