I love this place, everyone there was very nice and extremely helpful. It's really far away from where we are living, and it is not in the best area of town. I will have to try the other one next time. I WOULD go back.

Extremely bad customer service at this place on more than one occasion .

Terrible customer service .... on more than one occasion we have had horrible customer service and they treat people like they are stupid and an inconvenience to wait on..

I'm surprised their rating is as low as it is. People seem to complain about the service. First, I don't expect retail level service at a wholesale place. Second, every time I have asked for help from one of the forklift guys, they have always been very nice and helpful. The other day they spent several minutes and called up two employees to make sure that I found the goat cheese I was looking for. Sometimes checkout seems a bit slow but to be fair people are not buying a few groceries at a time; they are buying bulk items at wholesale. With that in mind I think they do a great job. Checkout people seem well trained and push people through pretty quickly. The prices on many things are really good. For example I get 50 pounds of rice for about $18. The only thing I won't buy here is chicken because it is the same garbage that everyone else has which I am not fond of. But I don't think most people notice or care about the chicken quality (based on what people happily pay for and eat at restaurants). And it isn't any worse than the chicken at most super markets. I'm just picky about my chicken! I also don't get Thai basil here because when they have it it is in too big a pack for me. Lettuce is same price as super market when buying individual heads which is a bummer. The selection is fantastic. The la canasta flour tortillas are fantastic. The goat cheese is really good and that is hard to find. Also good prices and great selection on equipment and small wares. All in all, I don't know what I'd do without this place and I think nearly every small restaurant in town shops here, even after they leave a bad review :) Five stars because, even though not perfect, this is easily the best game in town for bulk wholesale restaurant food and supplies. I forgot my card today and they happily provide a temp pass.

Here's the deal. If you own a restaurant and shop here you're an idiot. The time you spend puttering around in this place doesn't equal savings. Their prices on same items are noy that much cheaper. If you have a good relationship with your broadliner and use a produce house you'll save money in the long run... This place is primarily people that have burnwd every bridge in town. If your time is worth nothing have at it.

So far so good, don't really have anything to complain about this place. Come here often for my work as we do wholesale services.

From the moment I reached out Veronica and Luis were attentive and made sure all my questions were answered. Communication was clear and painless. Even helped me find other things I needed for other projects. They handled every need efficiently and supported me every step of the way. It's rare to find such genuine care and professionalism these days--I'll absolutely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family.

Unfortunately, I have to be in a Wi-Fi area in order to use my phone like that. And they don't have Wi-Fi. I needed very specific things size wise. And you're not allowed to open packaging but when you pick up a lamp and you lightly shake it and you hear broken glass, but you're not allowed to open up the package and see what exactly broke why bother buying it at half price if you're not gonna be able to use it. This happened repeatedly also I was looking for a specific size bathroom medicine cabinet. Since much of the writing on the boxes didn't have dimensions, and I couldn't open the boxes because it's against the rules. I could find boxes that I think might've had the right sized item inside but I really couldn't take the gamble especially when I can't see if they're scratches or dents or a door ripped off, etc. I think the only thing I will come back here for is tile. If you're doing a craft project and you need a few pieces of tile or you're doing something special to cover a table top and you only need a few feet. This is the place to come for the tile. Unfortunately, the majority of the tile is not labeled and not priced and I hate having to run up to the counter every single time I find something to find out how much it's gonna cost. It's just ridiculous. I found a similar place, not too far away, where the people don't mind if you open the items to look at them and they will even go so far as to take a light fixture and wire it to a test area to show you that it works. So I think I will keep going to this other place instead.

The weather, as we know is unseasonably warm. Twenty F above average temps. I am converting to Summer Schedule. Knobby knees and pale leg sticks showing below carpenter shorts. The dog's wading pool is full for the first time since October. The same for his secondary water pot. His 3 water sources also rovide water for many birds, maybe a sneaky cat or two. The rowdy neighborhood chihuahuas are fenced out. I drink more water too. If you want a hint about your hydration, search "Fire Fighter Pee Chart." Clear means excellent. Yellow, drink more. Orange Brown - kidneys at risk. I drink lots more water too. What does this have to do with Costco Gasoline? My bladder, and all it's connections lapped the sun 74 times. Well over 50% of men will have swollen or cancerous prostate glands, or both. When many elder men hear water flowing, the bladder shouts, "Empty, Empty, now now now, Find a toilet, Boy And How! They do not know the cultural tradition of finding a discreet shrub to experience bladder relief. I was raised in that culture as was my child. Pumping gas can sound like a fountain or water hose. I had plenty of water this morning, gas at Costco was in the center of my errand list. The urethra twins began barking orders to the brain. Costco Fuel is a very public place, especially as the public lines up like it is October, 1973. Waits are long. Shrubs are low and trimmed perfectly. The pump stopped, focus shufted from my bladder to my heart. I saw the price I just paid. I nearly shouted for the Automated External Defibrillator; there is one here. But I survived the COVID Bread and bird flu egg crises. I got in the car, drove home fast, glad to get my has at the Costco Business Center, 33rd and Grand Avenues.

We only come here for the essentials and sometimes we have to travel further to the other Costco stores for things they don't have at this Business Costco. I do have to admit this Costco has the best gas prices in the Valley. For some you that have a need to save on office supplies you might want to take a trip here. The parking is kind of needs some improvement.
