They are almost always ready same day! I place a quick order online and they call me when it's ready. The employees are friendly and very patient. I feel bad for all the crazy shipping things they deal with, but I am always just there for a quick prepaid order pick up. This parking lot is a disaster. You can't really turn left to get out because of oncoming traffic, so I always turn right and loop around in Walmart's parking lot. There used to be a tree right in front with hundreds of birds in it and bird poop everywhere. They cut the tree down and cleaned it up, and now it looks way better. I had to briefly wait in line and then send my item. The shipping label had been sent to me and I printed it myself, so there was no reason for there to be an issue. I was able to hand my stuff over and they asked if I wanted a receipt, which yes, I needed to keep track of this stuff as much as possible so I could get an important payment sent to me, and then head on out my way. I hate putting vendors in a bind, but Angelo saw the vision and delivered exactly what I needed with a quick turnaround time. I also needed help with sourcing envelopes and since the invites he created were custom sized, he guided me on an easy Amazon option. While the website can be a bit confusing to navigate, knowing what I know now, I recommend giving Angelo a call or coming into the office. Sometimes, doing things in person is much more efficient than doing things online.

You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. After reading several reviews mentioning inconsistent notary availability and customer service, I was honestly a little apprehensive about stopping by--especially during the morning rush. I only needed a simple document notarized, but I was bracing myself to be told "no." Instead, I walked in to a completely different experience. The door was wide open, there were no other customers, and two employees were already at work. One wiping down the Amazon returns station and the other behind the register. Both immediately welcomed me in, loudly and cheerfully, with big smiles. Expecting resistance, I quietly asked, "Does there happen to be a notary here this morning?" To my surprise (and relief), they both enthusiastically replied, "YES!" I was told to have a seat at a table and that someone would be right over. Literally two seconds later, Keisha came over, introduced herself, and took care of everything. She clearly explained the process, asked for my ID, walked me through the cost upfront, and made the whole thing incredibly easy. We even had great conversation--which says a lot considering how much of a morning zombie I usually am. Afterward, I paid, was thanked for my business, and was genuinely wished a great day. It didn't feel scripted or forced--it felt sincere. I walked in expecting a 4/10 experience at best. I walked out giving it a solid 10/10. This is how customer service should be done. For those less seasoned or need more complicated services, there are two staff members on standby. For those using the self-service stands, I beg you, please only use if you have an ounce of competence or have used this service before. While you can drop off pre-packed items with pre made shipping labels, I highly recommend scanning them at the self-service stand and sending a receipt to your phone or email for a record.

I came in with a modest, personal project and an entry level understanding of print workflows. Rose, the owner, and Daniel, the in-house designer, were exceedingly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. They were also frighteningly FAST. Other printing services I had been looking at were giving me guaranteed Christmas Eve delivery dates for projects turned in by December 7th. I first contacted Rose on Tuesday, December 3rd and the project was finished that Friday. I gave them my files on Wednesday morning and received a digital proof that afternoon. The next day, Daniel drove to my office to show me three different hard copy proofs and let me keep the two options I didn't choose for posterity's sake. Daniel also delivered the final order to my office, which was super helpful because I bike commute and would've had a very hard time getting to their location during business hours. :) This was a mass produced Christmas present project. Without Agility, I think Christmas would've been ruined. Well... maybe not ruined, but I wouldn't have had any presents for my family.
