Due to their poor installation workmanship, they failed to seal any openings so mice got in and ate wires. They refused to take responsibility for this and blamed the manufacturer. We googled this matter of installation and across the board every article said sealing holes is one of the most important parts of installation. Allen Pools said they NEVER seal holes. They have totally blown us off, not even returning phone calls. All we want is to have them fix the wiring (and seal holes). They have treated us poorly. Think twice about this company.

If our Spa ever needs replacement, I will go directly to them.

He sent his son, who works for the Store, out and he showed up at my house just a few hours later and repaired the broken part. They didn't charge me any money for this Repair and I appreciated the hasty response. They also help me reprogram my pump earlier this season for free. When they were here they grabbed a water sample to test at the store which was very convenient since I am disabled and cannot drive and drop off samples myself.
