Very clear guidelines were given- no need to enter my home, the work was to be done in yard; away from my front doors, no smoking on property. Even if the client hadn't followed through giving these folks the boundaries, one would think there would be no need to give warning that essentially be trying to break into my home is not acceptable. The smoking on property. They parked right in front of the door and when Jim found my door locked he proceeded to rattle and rattle it, causing my dog to jump up defensively, in turn knocking the release bar, and Jim, while being told by both a human and a canine to STOP - he continued attempting to enter my home. Then looking at me oddly when he was told very firmly to shut the door and get out! Next thing I see is smoking in my property. Oh and I looked out one time and there very much appeared to be someone taking down their pants too. So... We then had to rearrange ubox pick up dates and wait for him to unload. 2- we made a verbal agreement that we needed the boxes unpacked, in their respective rooms. This is something he did not do. 3- he still demanded to be paid in full for a job that took him only an hour to do... Overall a horrible experience.
