We visited the physical location multiple times and placed the order in person. Expect zero accountability from this business. Original Review: This is the most frustrating, incompetent business I've ever dealt with. We ordered a hot tub cover and extras at the Lake George store, and they promised 3-week delivery. Instead, we were completely ghosted for months despite calling and emailing dozens of times. Occasionally, someone would answer and say they would figure this out and get right back to us only to ghost us again without an update. When they finally responded four months later, the order had apparently "disappeared" in shipping and offered only a refund--meaning they held our money for months with zero communication and we ended up with nothing but tons of time lost and exacerbation on our part. The owner, Eric, then called us making endless excuses (including blaming a brand-new AI system he'd had for a week for the months of past silence). He promised to rush-order a replacement cover with a discount just to stop me from posting my honest review, only to completely ghost us again. We ultimately bought a cheaper cover from a competitor who delivered it in less time than promised. Eric clearly knows nothing about his industry or how to run a business. Avoid this place.

Beware! This company does work without your consent, and will charge you!…read more I am disappointed to leave this pool company after 2 years because they went ahead, and did work outside of my agreed upon contract of a pool opening. At no point in time did they contact me to do "additional work". Therefore, be very careful. They replaced a piece that did not need to be replaced on top of my filter, tossed to the side. Not once letting us know. Not once hearing from us to agree on them touching anything outside of an opening. What's more disturbing is now the piece that was replaced I am not sure can go back. Thus, forcing me to now shut off my pool filter and now not using my pool until this company resolves this blatant issue of unauthorized work and possible damage to what they replaced as irreplaceable now. Make sure you find a pool company that values their customers consent on all work done on your property. Especially because I was not even home for this lack of consumer respect. I would ALSO like to point out that the items replaced were there last year and the year before that. and NO ONE DID OUTSIDE REPAIRS UNTIL NOW. I WAS TOLD LAST YEAR AND THE YEAR BEFORE THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE.
