Due to their poor installation workmanship, they failed to seal any openings so mice got in and ate wires. They refused to take responsibility for this and blamed the manufacturer. We googled this matter of installation and across the board every article said sealing holes is one of the most important parts of installation. Allen Pools said they NEVER seal holes. They have totally blown us off, not even returning phone calls. All we want is to have them fix the wiring (and seal holes). They have treated us poorly. Think twice about this company.

You wouldn't think you would have major problems when you put in a pool less than 9 years ago (leaking from underground pipes & stairs, completely rusted walls)! The company we used to install was not helpful what so ever! Other pool companies wouldn't dare touch a pool that they didn't install. Concord Pools have went above and beyond our expectations! We have been working with Dave and we honestly couldn't be any happier! They took the time to evaluate the issues with our pool that was put in with such carelessness and corners cut! Upon Jerry's arrival he realized the leak was a simple hose connection. Jerry was extremely knowledgeable and confident in his work. Everything was done in a timely manner. He even had to return at no extra charge to reseal the connection with a different product. My tub is working beautifully now and the cost was extremely reasonable. Jerry was also a great guy and simply a pleasure to be around. Highly recommend with any hot tub issues and more.

This company does work without your consent, and will charge you!…read more I am disappointed to leave this pool company after 2 years because they went ahead, and did work outside of my agreed upon contract of a pool opening. At no point in time did they contact me to do "additional work". Therefore, be very careful. They replaced a piece that did not need to be replaced on top of my filter, tossed to the side. Not once letting us know. Not once hearing from us to agree on them touching anything outside of an opening. What's more disturbing is now the piece that was replaced I am not sure can go back. Thus, forcing me to now shut off my pool filter and now not using my pool until this company resolves this blatant issue of unauthorized work and possible damage to what they replaced as irreplaceable now. Make sure you find a pool company that values their customers consent on all work done on your property. Especially because I was not even home for this lack of consumer respect. I would ALSO like to point out that the items replaced were there last year and the year before that. and NO ONE DID OUTSIDE REPAIRS UNTIL NOW. I WAS TOLD LAST YEAR AND THE YEAR BEFORE THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE.
