I wish I could give Allen Pools negative stars…read more Be aware -- they are selling you an item the cost of a car and have no interest in helping make sure you are happy at the end of the transaction. You will need an electrician, and patio -- and they will not help you coordinate with those people. The sales team was lack luster and completely uninterested once they had my $20,000. They will not help you make sure that specs and directions are thought out or considered. It may be that your ridiculously expensive hot tub is facing the wall of your house, with the cover blocking the view. Also, the head of delivery interrupted me, talked over me, yelled at me, hung up on me then told someone else not to connect me with the manager. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will take your money and will not stand by their work.

Beware! This company does work without your consent, and will charge you!…read more I am disappointed to leave this pool company after 2 years because they went ahead, and did work outside of my agreed upon contract of a pool opening. At no point in time did they contact me to do "additional work". Therefore, be very careful. They replaced a piece that did not need to be replaced on top of my filter, tossed to the side. Not once letting us know. Not once hearing from us to agree on them touching anything outside of an opening. What's more disturbing is now the piece that was replaced I am not sure can go back. Thus, forcing me to now shut off my pool filter and now not using my pool until this company resolves this blatant issue of unauthorized work and possible damage to what they replaced as irreplaceable now. Make sure you find a pool company that values their customers consent on all work done on your property. Especially because I was not even home for this lack of consumer respect. I would ALSO like to point out that the items replaced were there last year and the year before that. and NO ONE DID OUTSIDE REPAIRS UNTIL NOW. I WAS TOLD LAST YEAR AND THE YEAR BEFORE THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE.

Let's just say mistakes were made and we experienced a lot of confusion and many delays. After about a year with little progress, I was having difficulty finding anyone trustworthy, who was willing to do the necessary revisions to complete the installation. To say I was desperate would be an understatement! Jason from Living Waters came to check things out and asked all the right questions. I could immediately tell he was an honest guy running an honest business. I was comforted by the fact that he was obviously knowledgeable about hot tubs in general. He could see that we were in a bad situation, but was willing (and able) to be creative, get his hands dirty, and do what was needed to set things right for us. Once I hired Living Waters there were no more surprises and no further delays. Jason has an extremely versatile skill set, which enabled him to address various little problems, which I would have assumed were outside of the project scope. He communicates better than any contractor I've worked with, constantly keeping me updated on progress and clearly articulating any hurdles he anticipated, while at the same time providing assurances that we were on track and on schedule.
